Stopped at this loves a few days ago and forgot to post the review. Overall clean store. Very friendly and helpful staff. The women’s public restroom was fairly clean. The showers were fairly clean as well. Had shower #2 which could use a bit of a deep clean, but again overall it was clean. Good water pressure and temperature too.

The bathroom are designed nicely and employee keep it clean. The store provides lots of options for snack/drinks as well as amenities and is well lit. They even have Twix in the fridge if you like it cold. They have a lot of locations too that are just as reliable. Prices are reasonable too!They have a kiosk to check the weather and plan routes.There employees are welcoming as well.

Stopped here for a shower on 4/15. Shower was clean. As I was getting dressed, someone, assuming the cleaning person since they unlocked the door, WALKED IN ON ME GETTING DRESSED. Told the lady at the counter, and she just acted like it wasn’t a big deal. $20 for a shower and then that. Absolutely not worth it. Don’t stop here for a shower!!!!!!

Fantastic new truck stop. Parking is level lots of room. The store is new It has a little bit of everything I can get a salad and amazing fruit or I can go to Arby’s or get coffee. It’s all good even better we travel with pets, and they have a small and a large dog park fenced for your ears Couldn’t be happier

No shop mechanics here. Start at 3pm and still waiting like this industry needs your lack of support in it?! 2 hr wait because of no mechanics!!! Hore mechanics will ya. Ir use to get busy...I see why the commercial industry isn't coming here. I don't want too either. Thank you

It’s a Love’s. It’s always nice and clean. The bathrooms are kept clean and well designed. I walked inside the store and immediately got hit by a shockwave of dopamine, so hard it knocked me unconscious on the ground and I arose to see a forest of mushrooms glowing bright golden ahead in the horizon. I made it to my feet only to discover I had a mouth full of dirt. It wasn’t just any dirt though, it was the magical dirt of the prosperous empire of Tickledongville, with its delicious taste and hardy nutrients, which gave me an instant feeling of stamina. I ate more of it. All my pain went away. I inhaled a deep breath of fresh crisp forest air (the same smell you would inhale after the first rain). I walked through the forest and suddenly out of nowhere came King Dong in all his glory. He had just awoke from his basking session in the hot sun of the planet of Dingdong. He pointed a peculiar looking cannon at me, shot, and out came the largest hotdog you will ever see. Out it flew, at a hundred miles an hour, straight into my face, and I was knocked out. I woke up sometime after on the pavement near the gas pump at Love’s. I highly recommend inhaling the 91 octane vapors here at Love’s! I had an amazing experience!

If you have your dog with you this truck stop has a dog park. The dog park area is dividedIn half so if there's a dog that's not so friendly you can saftly stay on one side. This is a great place for you dog to take a break from a long car ride and do what dogs do!

I walkaway feeling like i got ripped off by this place twice. No more, last time i am going to do business with them. First time here bought small little shampoo for over $13 compare to walmart is only little over $3. Then today their payment method for washing machine and dryer is so tricky, i made a mistake of choosing one for the other and i wasn’t able to reverse that mistake so i end up paying to dry my clothes twice. I feel like they do this on purpose because they know it is easy to make mistakes like that. This place will never see my money again.

Poor night management. Waited an hour (position #1) for a shower. When we let them know how long we had been waiting, we were blown off then later told by thenight manager (Christina) "the guy cleaning was on break." The store was very slow at that time. She made zero effort to rectify the situation. Melissa the front cashier, graciously went, cleaned a shower for us and apologized. We were grateful to her for taking the ignition to help us. While in the shower an employee proceeded to unlock the door and open it, without knocking. When we said, someone's in here! They didn't even apologize. Before leaving we asked to make an exchange on a defective product the manager (Christina) had horrible attitude about helping us, as though we were inconveniencing her while she was at WORK.

The girl with colored ribbons in her hair and a full bucket of powder & makeup is the laziest person ever worked at this truck stop. I just forgot my fuel pump number because my fuel card wasn’t going through at the pump and she was too lazy to look at the camera in the big tv at her back to see which truck i was pointing her at, there was just one white truck in the first row. (Maybe she doesn’t know what white color looks like) I mean nobody has a full day to spend with her to find the pump number. I was so upset with her that i told her that I’ll go out and check n then come back, instead of apologizing for not able to help she said THANK YOU! Seriously? How rediculous customer service it is. She doesn’t know what customer service means and should get fired i guess or maybe get the training all over again and also learn colors from kids. Lazy people.

Loves' truck stop had gas at $3.89 while their competitors were at $4.39 and higher. Clean, spacious, and a great place to get a respite. There are clothing items and more to purchase. Food and more.

This loves is clean inside and the workers are friendly. The removal of two stars is for what could end up being a much bigger problem if they don’t get a handle on it IMO. We saw more than one non commercial vehicle parked in the lot for the commercial vehicles. I realize there are people that sleep in their vehicles all across the country but they at least park up front or at Walmart. These spots are for semi’s that can’t park at the front of the store. They were changing their clothes and the man got out and took a leak. They ate there breakfast and then the man walked around looking at the trash on the ground and grabbed something that looked like it could be a starter. I am sympathetic the homeless situations but the management should care about this. We called and explained the situation and they did nothing about it.

This particular franchise is on the top of the chain. It’s very clean. The employees know what they’re doing and if fuel prices aren’t too bad and there’s an Arby’s here.

8/27/23 8:20 pmToilet had bunch of droplets (water or piss?). Floor was still wet and smeared with water. Pubes in the shower. When i pay $16 for a shower, i expect it to be welcoming and clean. It seemed like the guy that cleaned the room only changed the towel and left the bathroom just the way it was after the last person used it.If you can't do a decent job here, you can't succeed anywhere...

Stopped here on the way home. My husband asked me chevron or loves. Hands down I picked loves. We visited 5 states and Loves has had one of the best rest stops for my family. Very clean, and a variety of drinks and snacks.

Gas station is a mess. Every garbage can outside by pumps and by entrance were so full of garbage. There was no room to toss a receipt!No excuse and there were plenty of employees doing nothing!

I didn't give this store 5 stars because the only problem was, they were short on supplies but that is not their fault as the truck, due to weather delays over the Siskiyous was late. Otherwise customer service was excellent the time at the counter was quick and easy with courteous service definitely a 5 star travel plaza

Wonderful people work for Loves! Very helpful and nice folks. If they can help you in any way,they will. I needed to mail some postcards and one of the employees took them and put them in the mail for me. Love the Patterson Loves!!
