Love the fact that they have a separate area for RVs to fill up - And they have RV parking in front as well! Wish that folks in cars wouldn't use the big rig area... Sigh.The gas station was clean. Clean bathrooms. Good food selection. Hot coffee is always good.Pleasant customer service.

This place is great, the shower was very clean and the worker Manuel was so polite and told my husband and I to have a nice shower and even told us to have a good night, you could tell he really cared and did a fantastic job. The cashiers were friendly here too and there was places to take our dog out without there being a bunch of stickers, we love this place and will definitely keep coming here, thank you!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The best travel stop so far! Super clean, very friendly staff, ample parking and a ton more options for food choices. Even has a seperate living room, laundry and showers, etc. Highly recommended!

Brand new building. Lots of truck parking outside and space near the driver entrance and exit for a few more. The store has several food options with Wendy's, aunt Anne's, cinnabon, and all the PJ Fresh options. The store is very well cleaned and maintained. The laundry facility is great. All of the showers are handicapped so the space is huge. Lots of hot water and great water pressure.

The app doesn't work here. Because of GPS POINT LOCATION ON APP.It doesn't have a good food menu the fuel entrance and exit conflict so there isn't very good traffic flow.There is always A-line for the shower now and it could be a whole lot better

I didn't know that the bank changed you more gas than you put into your car. I put 62.03 in my van. Came home to find out that I was charged 115.00. I was told by the manager, that this is a common practice. I'll get the over charge back. We'll see.

The store is fine, the service too. Except for the flying j app. In-store... I reserved a shower, I had a number. It popped up, but I didn't get a code. I ask the store manager and he said it is what it is. Now that's kinda rude, so screw them . I went across in to the loves... better service and no issues with the app.

This location is very busy as free parking spaces. That is so, because there have more cars than trucks! Local drivers used that Pilot parking plaza as their own private parking. Why to pay to someone at least $300 per month, if that location doesn’t have a working management?🤷 Also, that 4 wheeler/ truck drivers, stoped on the middle of the plaza, just to do some maintenance on their trucks.🤦🏻

Good place for RV fueling when driving a gas rig. Easy to maneuver to the freestanding RV pumps.

Located about two blocks off the 5 fwy, so it's not a great location. It is clean and has a good variety of goods. The semi parking lot gets full guick, but there's usually reserved left open. Hopefully the parking situation will improve once the Loves opens nearby.

Showers don't have soap or body wash in the showers. Only by the sink.#9 shower head doesn't work. Only the extended showwr head

This management team are the rudest, obnoxious, unprofessional group I've ever incounterd in my life. The Head Manager Alex is by far the most unprofessional person this great establishment has ever mistakenly hired. He yells and bullies his own employees and his customers.

World's biggest showers for a truck stop. The towels are good so is the water pressure the only thing is it smells like reclaimed water and that's how you know you're in California

Really nice truck stop. A bit off the freeway but gas prices are great and they have a Wendy's here, Cinnabon, and good pizza. Nice clean store.

Waited over an hour for someone to clean the showers with 13 drivers in line waiting as well. This is the second time we've tried to take a shower here and waited over an hour for a shower.

Well I am pleased to say that this was a very nice experience, the staff was very friendly and the store was very clean and well stocked. The last couple of visits were very disappointing, way to start holding management accountable. From the CEO down to the part time cashier.the cooperation is finally heading in the right direction. Now the competition is still out there so donot rest on your laurels....

Big Clean Parking lot & Clean/Big Showers (I had Shower #7). Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures, but its worth it. Hot water was constant so was the pressure.Don't forget to run across the street to the Tandoori Flame. Super good. If you're white make sure you tell them you want it extra extra spicy lol. It was very good & cheap compared to how restaurants are nowadays.

Went to buy coffee. Was told I had to use self checkout. I am disabled and have to have assistance because i have to use a cane to walk. Still told I HAD to use self checkout. I physically cannot hold 2 coffees in a carrier, scan, pay and get my change using one hand. Ended up getting burned in the process. Not hapoy.

Great deals on candy available. Coffee ☕️ options are superb. Membership points are great for gas and items purchased in store. Bathrooms are kept clean. Staff is kind. Overall great pit stop for morning trips.

Best Flying J I’ve been to. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Bathroom & Showers were very clean. Was busy but didn’t have to wait long for a shower. Reserved a parking before arriving but they still had open slots at 7pm! My new go to spot for overnight stay.
