I just placed an order online for pickup for Olly Gummy Vitamins and when I received them the entire contents of the container was melted. Extremely disappointed. Worst Walmart ever! Also the person at the customer service counter left as soon as I went to the counter to start my return. After finally finding someone to explain what happened Walmart offered to replace the item by putting my refund on a gift card and having me pick out the replacement. Unfortunately however the brand that I ordered and picked up was not on the shelves at all.

Been out of town for a while and I come back to almost all the self checkouts being shut down, apparently people were answering some survey and said they don't like self checkout and they want people handing their bags. Now the lines are 2x as long and they have workers hovering over your shoulders like creeps when you use the few self checkouts that are still open. I'm definitely going to come here less from now on.

I don't like to shop, especially in a crowded store. I needed distilled water. There were 3 left, and all of them were out of my reach, so I found a young woman stocking. I don't remember her name. It started with an S. It may be Stacey or Sherry. Anyway, the water was beyond her reach as well. She got a step-ladder. The water was still out of reach. She, then, proceeded to find a stick with a hook on it. Water was still out of reach. She rattled the rack until all 3 waters were in reach, and ✋️ the water down to me. It took 15 minutes for the entire transaction. I was beyond grateful. I feel she went above and beyond the line of normal transactions. I felt valued as a customer. I wish I could remember her name. She is approximately 5'5" and 150 pounds. She has dark hair and dark eyes. She was pleasant and friendly throughout our entire interaction. And, she didn't show what a huge inconvenience it was.

Walmart has never been on my shopping list. However,after moving to Paso, it offers a great opportunity to restock the house. I was surprised at how much we save on a basket full of items.

Walmart continues to double down on the "every customer a thief" mentality. If you go to the store to buy shampoo and cereal, you will have to check out at the cosmetics counter, get your cereal, check out again at the regular lines, ask someone for a bag (you can't grab it yourself, they want to make sure you pay the 10 cents for the bag), then show your receipt when leave. The app hilariously calls your receipt "exit pass", as if you're locked in there unless you prove you didn't steal that $1.50 pack of 500 paper plates.

This is a well stocked, clean, friendly, and huge shopping location for local residents. I just visited to purchase a bed in a box for our guest room. I got everything I needed for under $100. You can’t beat the prices. my checker, Dimitra, was exceptionally helpful.

I would give a 5 star but the last few times ive been in there.. There lost prevention guy has followed me around the whole time.. He's a shorter guy with a short haircut and obviously not very good at his job.. Seeing he's at the very place im at in the store for 3 visits now.. While he's chasing me around the real thieves have been robbing wal Mart blind.. I just know next time I catch him following me around im going to corporate.. I don't know but I i was boss somebody would be losing there job cause while there harassing an innocent person for the third time.. I just lost money cause someone else was stealing from me not just once but three times.. And not just that if he's that bad at his job who k o how many times I've really been robbed while he wa on the clock

Alison is AMAZING!!!! She deserves a raise and a lot of credit as she’s a fantastic employee!!! She held a very special toy for my autistic son all day as we walked out and returned a few hours later to “earn.” Her generosity to our family does not go unnoticed. Toy was right where she left it, hours later, and she personally helped us out while expressing pride and joy for my son earning it. Also I misplaced my keys and she found them! Is there anything Alison can’t do!? Seriously if she’s not in management, she needs to be. Give her a hug and kiddos!!!

I got off of work and went out to this Walmart to look for some toys for Christmas. When I got there I didn’t see the toy I wanted on display. I seen one on a pallet so I asked an employee. He refused to give me the toy that I politely asked, for he proceeded to take the pallet somewhere else. He asked me to come back in the morning. This is the Worst customer experience ever. I went on to ask for the manager and The same guy that took the pallet came to me and said he was Cambryn or Camrin the assistant manager.😡

Went to find plastic cups for Halloween party, they were out but they did have a ton of candy and sugar free candy (Russell Stover and Hershey's/Reese's zero sugar) for those who wanna keep the carbs/blood sugar down. Plenty of self checkout lanes to get out quick. Tons of holiday fun stuff too

removed self-checkout due to rampant crime here…. They have 13 registers and only 2 cashiers working??? It was a hassle. I dropped my items and went to target instead

I recently visited the Walmart Paso Robles off Niblick Road, and I was disappointed by the overall quality of the store. It is an older Walmart, and it shows.The store is dirty and in need of some repairs. The refrigerated food section is small, and the selection is limited.One of the biggest complaints I have about this Walmart is that there are always only one or two lanes open. This can lead to long wait times, especially during peak hours. Walmart is pushing self-checkout, but it is slow and inconvenient, and you cannot purchase alcohol at the self-checkout kiosks.Overall, I would not recommend the Walmart Paso Robles off Niblec Road. There are other Walmarts in the area that are in better condition and have a better selection of products.

My small item was just delivered. I have a bench just outside my front door with a note to please put delivery on the bench. Instead he put the box directly on the ground just outside my door so that I can trip on it. I have back problems so I had to kick the box into the house.WTH. He did this on purpose

One of the best Walmart’s I have visited, only because of a very kind staff named Mr Richard ( the staff who checked and greeted the exiting customers) on 15th July , a kind man with beards . He saved us a 2 hr journey for a pick as he coordinated with the shift supervisor to get our item even if we were slightly late . I will certainly go back there only because of his action. We installed the product and is good .

It really is only "ok" anymore, I wish it was a super store, with more employees they are sometimes very hard to find??? Also constantly moving Merchandise all around so when a customer goes in for a quick pick up (a specific item) (can't find it)??? On a great note though their prices are still not so bad as many others in the category
