The tractor supply company in paso is chalk full of tractor,rancher, and farmer stuff. They got turkey food deers 🦌 food and other animal food. They have tractors mowers blowers quads and atvs. They have propane and firewood. It is a farmer's one-stop shop!

I sat outside and waited 20 minutes to get propane. Went back inside again for them to tell me they're too busy to do propane. So I come to the conclusion they only sell propane when they're not busy. Unbelievable now I know why I don't do business there.

This manager makes up her own return policies. She is rude, unkempt, and runs a very unorganized store and staff. Get rid of her and things will improve! Feels so low class compared to the other stores.

was shopping here at the Suplay tractor. But the times I've gone shopping and I ask the employees to help me look for some things I need and they just tell you to look for things in that aisle, it doesn't help you at all, I don't know why. They are there if they don't want to help you and all the times I have gone they are like that. The second one doesn't open early, they open until 9, maybe they think that farmers sleep until 10 in the morning, of course I will never buy products from this place again.

They’re always friendly and my dog lives getting treats there. I always spend way more time than I planned looking at all sorts of little widgets and tractor parts. Good source of affordable high protein dog food for my athletic dog. Their prices are usually pretty good on chicken feed and scratch.

The cashier needs to be retrained in customer satisfaction.I went into the store and asked to get some propane tanks filled. The lady said she would get someone to fill the tanks, so I went out and waited for 15 min then went in and she apologized and said she would send someone out immediately. Long story short. I waited another 15 minutes before a flag down a gentleman getting carts, who then grab the keys and helped me the only reason I am not giving them a single star is because the gentleman was keen on noticing that my tanks that I bought from the gas station down the street are 20 years old and couldn’t be filled.

The employees here are great. Extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The store is clean and well organized. I came here to buy a truck toolbox. The only box they had that was the color and size I wanted had a small dent in it. They have me an additional percentage off. I would have rather had one that was not dented but it's all they had. Cheaper is always a good thing. Would definitely come back.

Shop here at least twice a month for dog and cat food. Employees are very helpful and upbeat. Looking for a set of headphones that had bluetooth. After the employee escorted me to the area and seeing that there none on the shelves, she got on the phone and went to the back to check on inventory. Success!! Great commitment to customer service.

What a filthy Store!! I would be embarrassed to say the least to call myself a manager of this store. Sad to see the homeless living in parking lot but that is no excuse for the filthy messy store I'll keep my business at my local Dinuba store...That being said Cameron did a great job at checkout where the register scanner was acting up thank you Cameron. Interesting response from Tractor Supply but my question why would I call Customer Solutions I would think the Store would fix the ISSUE but that's the olden days of caring about what you present to the people paying your wages not the business owners but the people that spend $$$ in the store!

I usually find what I need, prices aren't as comparable as I'd like but they have the better variety of feed options, fencing, and pet supplies. The staff is friendly and usually is able to help any time I have question!

I've had to drop my review from 5 stars to 1. The customer service here went from exceptional to just rude! One employee stood, blocking my cart from the checkout counter while chatting with the cashier. When I got around her, she and the checker continued to gossip about the prior customer. I could go on... this was the most obvious and blatant rudeness I've witnessed there as of late. Years ago the service was excellent. It has slowly declined and this was the final straw for me. I will be taking my business elsewhere

The rest rooms have been closed for over two months.During this period, I have requested to use the men's room and I was graciously let in by one of the male clerks. At 83 years old when you gotta go you gotta go. Recently, after making my purchases I asked one of the male clerks near the center counter to open the men's room for me and a blond hair lady, possibly the manager, responded that the rest rooms were out of order and under no circumstances would she allow them to be opened. I questioned her veracity based on the the knowledge of the lengthy closure and suspicion that she was lying insisting on her story that they were out of order. I thought, right to the customers only. I like this store, but something is wrong with the management. There seems to be a lot of employee turnover and avoidance by the employees to initiate help, you have to excuse yourself for interrupting their chit chat sessions. I will not return to this store until the bathrooms are open and the customer service improved. They are not the only hardware store in town.

We were visiting the area from out of town and decided to check out the Tractor Supply store.They carry such a great assortment of so many items.I found and bought a new belt at a great price.If you live here or, like we were, just visiting, stop by and check out the Tractor Supply store. You won't regret it!

Immediately upon entering the store in Paso Robles CA a women who seemed obviously like a manager started following me around the store basically harassing me and immediately lost my business also I've heard this is a common occurrence at this location sadly

When customers (in this case a family with multiple children) are allowed to roam the store mask free despite state law and signs posted requiring masks to be worn inside I recognize my business isn’t important to them. Complained to management and left.

My boyfriend loves this store it's his first stop on pay day. I've been in a couple of times the people are wonderful and nice but I like to shop and browse, without someone following me around asking if I need help.

Didn't have what I was looking for... no problem... but he got really irritated when I told him Lowe's had recommended them. Said he wished they would stop sending people over!! Couldn't believe that someone would be upset that another store gave me a suggestion as to where I might find what I needed!BTW Tractor Supply had the steel rod in the diameter just not the length I need so Lowes sending me there was a good idea!

Very good quality healthy baby chickens. However, since I have been going to this place they type of employees make me feel like I dont belong in that store. I am colored and the feeling that I get is a feeling that people of color get when we know there is a problem with our presence and it has to do with skin. So I usually just make my caucasian girlfriend go in there instead and they treat her just fine. She even admitted its weird how dirrerent the feeling is when I am with her though........after 4 years Im kinda tired of it but I still need the store.
