This store is terrible starting from the management on down. Grace is without a doubt one of the rudest, unfriendliest managers I've encountered. Doesn't acknowledge you whatsoever. It trickles down to the checkers. Most are surly and unfriendly, as if your bothering them to check out. Not all but most.

Called in to ask if the store carried a certain product. After the employee had told me that they carry the product, I asked if they had the product in stock & she said “I don’t know.” When I asked if she could please check, she audibly sighed. Very poor customer service!

Terrible management. Waited 20 minutes for the guy in front of me to use a check. At no point did anyone offer to check us out at another lane. We suggested we use another lane so packed our cart back up ourselves, tried to go to another lane but not a single person decided to help us to the front of a line though we've been waiting all that time. After I asked and no one even acknowledged me, we left the cart there and left. Will NEVER go to this store again. And to the guy that wrote the check? What is wrong with you? It's 2022. He also was whining about the wait and asked if he could use his debit card... WAIT...WHAT?!

Always shop at Smart&Final. Spring Street and Creston road stores. Hard workers at both stores. Management and blue collar alike. Well stocked and bargain s if you look for them. Recomend a look.

We were so patient and gave you more than enough time to correct and improve your store. The list is too much. Not all Smart & Final stores are operated as yours. I've observed the difference. Therefore, until you change your regional management, dismiss your purchasers or buyers for your store, dismiss your local management and supervisors and provide suitable training, higher expectations and better treatment to your employees I'd rather make a run to Bakersfield for groceries. You treat your employees with respect and kindness they most likely will treat your customers the same. See ya in Bakersfield.....

As a person that has to shop gluten-free, I love this store. They have taken the time to use a labeling system that clearly shows me which products are gluten free, even ones that aren’t overtly labeled as such. I will always shop here.

I love Smart & Final, because the prices are as good as Costco. Also the store is much smaller and you don't have to walk so far to find what you are looking for. It's nice for us seniors. They also have great fruits and vegetables. I just love it.

Shopped late to avoid crowds and was marginally sucessful. Shelves were well stocked and restocking was ongoing the entire time I was there.Only negative was the cashier. If I had to guess I would say that she has had her sense of humor surgically removed.If this was a one time experiance I would chalk it up to a bad day, but she is surly on a regular basis. (She is also consistently the slowest cashier in the line-up).

Janice was extremely rude, she was making fun of the customers ahead of us for not speaking good English. She continued on about how people are being too cautious about touching things and that no one is really getting sick. Other customers came to her line saw she was the cashier and chose to wait in a longer line to avoid her. Obviously an ongoing problem with her.

Your stores shelves are nearly always half empty, and your slogans pasted on the floor are insulting, not funny. The repetitive droaning on about how we in this together every 10 mins is monotonous and Orwellian. And the poor employees look worked to the bone. Other than that, I used to do most my shopping there. Now, just when I have to. I do like the employees they put on a good face, that which i can see.

Lots and lots of great deals. Got my Perrier water there for a steal. Shelfs are fully stocked which is reassuring during these times. Good deal!

They only had 2 checkers on a Saturday, and the line was wrapped clear around the back. I hate their stores, and try not to shop there. I needed 1 sugar free item I couldn't find at Food4Less, or I wouldn't have gone.

We have 2 smart and finals in our town. I give the other one a 5 star. But this one is not as nice. Not 1 employee said hi or if they could help. The store is not as orderly and clean. Employees need to be friendlier and helpful

Stopped by this morning to pick up a single rose for my gf, unfortunetly they only had dozens sets for sale. One of the associates watering the plants (with silver lining hair) approached me and asked if I needed anything. I let her know that i was searching for a single rose. She informed me that they were out of single roses but expecting shipment later today. I believe she noticed my concern painted on my face and told me "wait here". Within a few minutes she came out with a yellow rose and told me it was from their discard pile. She cleaned it up and made it presentable for me. I thanked her a million times and headed to pay for it. Before i could make it to pay she called for me and let me know it was free. Lovely!

This store is poor, it replaced a Vons that was run out of town because of monopoly laws. The store is stocked like some 75-100 year old person runs it, very few modern foods too many foods that are loaded with preservaties or over processed. There is a lack of organic food options and the shelving is disorganized and just plain odd. There is a particular cashier that is just plain strange and feels the need to ask you how your are several times while checking out, which makes the line in that lane back up frequently. The prices started out ok and have slowly went to the same as any commercial store. They close early at 10. And the positives are bulk coffee and other bulk goods, some produce but careful they dont rotate their produce well and they often have meat sales that can be very good such as chicken and frozen shrimp. There is no deli and no fresh meat counter.

I've learned to love Smart & Final. Partly for the good prices, but also because its always easy to find an employee to help you. Plus they go out of their way to make sure you get what you need.

The worst smart & final for miles. Produce and foods is expiring faster than the people in that joint. The only two nice people are Angelica, Trisha, and the latino gentlemen in the meat department.

This store has almost everything a person would need, especially someone with a large family or business. It is clean and well lit. I always enjoy my visits there.

What is up with this store? Are they closing? The shelves are never stocked. Everytime I need to grab water I have to stand on something to grab it because its never pulled forward. The produce is always bare. I see it all the time.

Just an average store. It has some of what you need, but not everything. I think it only stays in business because it is convenient and Albertsons is always packed.

Employee’s need to be a little more welcoming when first entering the store. Employees walking around and not asking customers if they need help finding something.
