Karly is an amazing manager of this store and knows exactly how to help me find the quality products I need. She is so knowledgeable and a great face for the SCBT brand. If it weren't for Karly's warm and friendly demeanor going above and beyond to help us get what the ranch needed, I would resort to only online shopping and not purchase as frequently. I love the great inventory you find online and in-store, but the store staff really enhances the experience.

They have all the animal health supplies you could need, even veterinary supplies. Their name brand products are awesome. Ultracruz spray foam wash is my favorite! Baths are so much faster and they get super clean

Absolutely Terrible. I needed a product very urgently, and I never got it after a week. When I called them, they said that the product was discontinued by the manufacturer. They didn't even bother emailing me before I called. Absolutely terrible. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Always order by Phone with this company! Their website accepted my PO Box as a shipping address then a very RUDE person called me and blamed me and lied to me by saying that FedEX does not deliver to PO Boxes (they do). Then made me pay again to ship the medication back to me while my birds were dying.
