I like to go here to get there do dads. I wish they have more plus size clothing I don't know if they have plus size clothing but it would be nice. I go and get their beauty products and things for the house. I have bought many handbags from here. I always buy my coffee here.

I love shopping at Ross, but for having to ask an associate to use the restroom, the restrooms are pretty bad. It's inconvenient cause if I'm with my kiddos I gotta run to use the target ones... But other than that, they have pretty good stuff.

It's not that I hate Ross... or my experiences there.... but I feel that the state of disarray the store is left in.... is disturbing...... the amount of time spent in line is nauseating.... the fact that I'm looked upon as though I'm a thief keeps me away for long periods of time....

This store doing cheating to seniors customers.The employees can not say anything about discount for seniors on every Tuesday. They are not allowed to ask or tell the customer today is discount for seniors. I was there today ( Tuesday) buy some clothes for my self. I pay and get the receipt then go home. When I get home I look at the receipt I did not see any discount in receipt. I drive back to store and ask her ( same employees was before ) how come I don’t see any seniors discount in receipt. She responded: I have to bring back here all stuff I bought then she will do the discount. I gave her the receipt I just pay a little while ago and ask her take care for my discount. She said No. I said so the receipt did not mean anything why I have to go back home and bring all stuff I bought back here? She responded this is the Rules. I ask her why don’t you ask the customer are you seniors? Or saying like the store had discount today for seniors. She responded she not allowed to do that. I ask her I want to talk to the store Manager. I did ask her I was bought some stuff here awhile ago and ask her do for me the seniors discount and show her the receipt. She responded she can’t do it without all stuff in the receipt. I couldn’t believe that. I ask her again how about this receipt had date time everything on it doesn’t mean anything to you? She still say No . Finally before I go home I talk the manager your store here is not honest business. Look like try to ripped off the customer if the customer did not ask them for seniors discount and give the customer hard time for discount if we forgot to ask them when we’re going to pay at cashier. This is true story at this store 06/07/22 about 8:20pm

Great selection of products . Nice and clean . The lines were insane , I did expect a bit of a wait but with 20 people and n line and only 2 cashiers , I felt entirely guilty for shopping . There were other workers standing there but did nothing. Shoppers were all extremely patient , it took the other workers that were standing around to get involved and help out . Other than that no other issues

As a wife proud of what my husband wears , the name brand and price might be great, but quilty is not , think they get messed up batches, also wont have my man or kids were same as everbody else. Rather spend extra and smart

Honestly, if you have the time to just leisure through the store? I always find more than what I'm looking for. Everything from pillows to sleepwear to Himalayan salt. Just be prepared to wander around.

Great selection. Staff had a hard time keeping up with weekend shoppers who just dumped clothing, etc. on the floor, left items in inappropriate sections, etc. Then let's talk about unsupervised children who pull toys of the shelves, open & play with them & then leave them in the aisles.

Not much left in the store. Must be getting ready for the Spring/Summer merchandise to come in. It is nicely organized and clean. Customerservi ce is friendly and very helpful. I enjoy shopping at Ross!

Nov 11th 2022 at 1:15pm called the store while standing in line for a while. I asked if someone else was available as they only had two cashiers and line was the longest I seen ever. The man who answered the phone was rude and said well you know more than me since I’m in the back and that all the help we have right now and hanged up on me. May not be coming back for a while.

This store is clean, and staff is friendly enough. However my last visit was not that great! An ink tag was left on an outfit I bought for my daughter, this was not ideal because I live 30 minutes away. As I was leaving the store it made the alarm sound (that was embarrassing) the lost prevention guy checked my bag and missed the ink tag. Other than that I love my local Ross.

Ross is one of my favorite stores. It's a great stop for low-priced clothing, shoes, household goods, and small electronics. I also like to stop here when shopping for gifts. If you aren't sure what you want to get someone, there are plenty of options under $10 or $20. Near Christmas, stocking stuffers aplenty!The selection is eclectic and constantly changing. Make sure you check out the small selection of snacks, as they offer some unique items that are fun to try.Returns are easy, and the service efficient.

Clean store. Prices not as discounted as they used to be. Avoid large orders particularly if you are elderly. Their baskets do not leave the store. VERY inconvenient and unfriendly policy. Because of that I think I'll wait for 30% or more sales at the brand stores.Staff is pleasant and friendly. Face masks required.

What can I say about Ross, other then I love it! Every time u go in, it's a different experience..u truly never know what you're gonna find! Always check the clearance section of each dept..u can find amazing savings there! There's something for everyone and your home! I won't pay retail when I can get it at Ross! Staff at this location is helpful and friendly, for the most part! Dressing room area is always kept clean and organized, I like the music they play overhead, and they also have great snacks, at the check out area, just in case u get hungry, after being there for hours.. spending hours there is easy to do, and i suggest doing just that, if u want to really find bottom dollar savings, u gotta hunt, but it's worth it! After xmas clearance is always a tradition!

I struggled with this rating. The people working here are nice, and the prices are ok, but the store usually looks like 5 or 6 families with their kids came through and took everything off the shelf and put it back in the wrong spot or just left it on the floor. The screeching kid tonight was a nice touch. The wife and I both left with small headaches. The checker said it was making her cross-eyed! We did get 2 nice bags at a reasonable price.

Clean and they have covid protection planThere top priority is costumers safety. We were able to get our children shoes for under $60. Three pairs of high quality shoes. I was extremely happy with our shopping experience.

Can't go wrong with Ross stores.Always get more for your dollar that's for sure.If you don't find what you are looking for come back another day.They get New shipments of Merchandise On daily basis Monday through Friday.The store is well organised and kept nice and clean.Big parking lot as well.Come on down and check it out.

The prices are great! I was able to get a complete outfit pant shirt & shoes for $50. The only thing I didn't like was that their shoes are hooked together and hard to try on. So I bought the shoes and after taking forever to take off all the tags and stickers I put them on in house after 5 minutes had to take off. Now i have to dig out price tag so I can return them. I don't think I will attempt to buy shoes there again just becuse of that reason.

My wife never misses an opportunity to go in amd peruse the racks. It usually takes the better part of an hour. She often finds something she likes at a good price.I almost never find anything I'd wear; except that one time I did find a pair of Doc Martens that fit.

Lots of good deals if you dig a little. This has always been one of the more messy Ross locations. Today was my first visit here in several years and not only was it just as messy as I ever it but incredibly unorganized. The clothing racks are in a weird order sizing wise and nothing is quite located where signage hanging from the ceiling is. They are lacking quite a bit in plus sizes and in shoes for men over size 10. I couldn't find any of the things I specifically went there for (mens jacket, size 13 shoes, and mens wide calf socks). I get that one of the reasons other stores have higher prices is because they're nicer looking and have more employees to keep the racks and shelves organized but there needs to be a bit of a higher standard in my opinion. I worked clothing retail for the majority of my working career and there's no way I'd have let my store get this sloppy. If it were better organized it would be soooo much easier to find everything, including those awesome deals I mentioned. That all being said, I was able to walk away with 3 outfits for me, 6 for my kids, a portable speaker, a few art canvases, some undergarments for all 3 of us and some converse high-tops for under $180. Just wish I'd found those things for my guy also.

They always have something that I need, and sometimes something that I did not realize I needed until I saw it. Pretty decent selection of discounted toys, and shoes are always a great deal. Recently just bought a turkey roasting pan which was a steal.

Decent size Ross, hit or miss typically like most Ross stores. Ask an employee what days the delivery trucks come during the week and that's your best bet for finding the "Good Stuff" before it's gone. This location is right next to Target so start your shopping at Ross and if you can't find it just cruise over to good ol' Target

Always Hidden Treasures at Ross. From name brand shoes at an incredible discount. From Nike to converse. Always a great selection of men's boxer briefs department store prices $30 a pair Los price $5.99. Can never go wrong at Ross. This particular store is always kept nice and clean as a word to some in the big cities are destroyed.

It's decent. It has clothing here and there I suppose like any other Ross store and other items adults and kids might find to use. Although I always find myself just looking around and not really doing... Anything of the sorts to use anything, although I do occasionally find myself picking up some strange items in this store like fancy locks, peculiar shades, random puzzle games, gimmicky toys, odd footwear, fashion clothing, strange mirrors, luggage, chairs, desks, tables, paintings and the list goes on and on. Anything you find here might either be your lucky day or just something you look at but don't really need probably. And I find myself to more of a tech savvy type of guy. But in this store there's hardly anything technical that captures my attention. What? Like earphones, headphones, and the you know, typical stuff I suppose in this scenario. Which is why I find myself not really needing anything from the Ross store that much. I mean it's a great store, don't get me wrong but the issue is that there's not much that captured my eye in this store appart from the earphone accessories and what not. But I guess that about sums up this place, the only thing I pretty much bought from here is a small dual lock 2 small locks for my pcs I guess. I sometimes come here because of my mom and the kids wanting to get stuff from the store. Ross can be a little bit interesting. But like I said, it's not really my type of store. Also if only the luggage was a bit cheaper I would buy one for my clothes just incase if I need to travel somewhere. But I do recommend that you bring your family or heck just yourself to have fun at the store to find anything that may interest you in this case. I know I might sound like a salesman for Ross but trust me. I'm just an average tech guy who wants to explore the wonders of the tech market. Take that however you would like to interpret it at your own will. :)

Store was very neat & clean. Went in looking for a new casual dress for a luncheon and a red shirt. The store only had a few dress. Very disappointing and no truly red shirts. All in all I was disappointed by there limited clothing supply. A lot of good household and seasonal decor.

This store is a very nice store. It has everything that you would need or want. I found a BEAUTIFUL dress for our Son's wedding. I wish we had this store in Minnesota. And Very good prices. Thank you
