Always the best service and products! Recently stopped by to see Faith for a hat cleaning/touch up. She is amazing at shaping both straw and felt hats. Just a heads up, if you purchase a hat here they do NOT offer complimentary hat care after your purchase. I remember being told that they did when I purchased (it’s also posted on their website) but I was informed at my recent visit that this is incorrect. Most hat shops offer lifetime shaping and care if you purchase with them, so just something to keep in mind if you want to purchase a hat here. Knowing this I will purchase my hats elsewhere, but Premier Ag will always be my choice for everything else ranch related!

Wonderful customer service! Did not catch the associates name who assisted me, she came out of the office - longer dark hair. She was very knowledgeable of the clothing and accessories. Great selection. I ended purchasing a jacket and came back the next day for a Quincy bag/backpack. Have purchased poultry products for my chickens. High quality products. My chickens are very happy. Loved the complementary gift wrapping. The check out was smooth, and very friendly. The customer appreciation day was such a nice touch for the customers. Nice to feel a warm welcome to a store in these stressful times. I love shopping and supporting local businesses- Rather than box stores. Highly recommend.

I’m not from the area but stopped in to check out some shirts and found some great ones. Next time I will make an a appointment for a hat. Also, the store is full of pretty people. Not sure what’s going on there, good genes or farm raised or whatever. More importantly the folks working there are helpful.

This place is a staple for me when it comes to everything I need for my horses and cows. Great feed selection! They also have a really great boutique and I rarely leave without getting a new top or great pair of jeans!

Seriously just awesome- I’m from Virginia, and searched high and low all over the Internet for a hat for my wedding. I luckily stumbled upon this awesome boutique and they were the only store I found that had on the entire internet. They called me to confirm and I had it within two days! Very attentive, inviting, and caring.I’ll be a customer for life now even though I live across the country because of how amazing their customer service was. Much love!

Great place to shop for all livestock- I love that it is a one-stop shop! We get our hay & grain for horses here as well as show feed/supplements for our lambs. They have just about every line of feed you could want, the cutest boutique and friendly welcoming staff. We love shopping here!!

First time for me at this paso business. Well stocked warehouse for the do-it yourselfers. Smart staff for figuring out what you'll need. They have service crews for technical installations. Turf, rock, tools, lighting and a awesome pizza oven for someone with the room out back. They are also hiring.

On May 7th, 2022, I purchased 2 bales of special tested hay AT A VERY HIGH PRICE for a sick horse and when the young man with curly semi long hair loaded them , he hit the side of my really nice truck with his hay hook. Scrapped off the paint and put a ding in the metal. I questioned him and at first he said that he thought that he hit the top rail. But after looking, it was clear that he hit the side of the truck and really did not seem to care. I stopped at the front office to report this and a lady with long brown hair came out to inspect. She took a photo of the damage, my name and number and said that someone would be calling me. Glen was not in the office. As of today, I have NOT heard back from ANYONE regarding this matter. Not so much as a phone call to say how sorry they were. NOTHING. SO IF YOU HAVE A NICE VEHICLE, I SUGGEST YOU BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WHEN HAVING YOUR HAY LOADED. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS VEHICLES. ONLY GETTING HIGH $$$ FOR THEIR HAY.

Everyone at Premier are terrific. I love that they test their hay, something that is very important for our alpacas. They are also super to work with. I really appreciate that they go out of their way to help, and they made purchasing a large load Of hay easy. From sales to delivery they have my five star vote!

I absolutely love this place! My go to for all my horse feed & hay needs! Just today they were having an amazing sale on grain, ended up getting 14 bags of various types for $70! I would recommend everyone try this place out!

Wow, do I ever appreciate Premier Ag! We place an order every other week to be delivered in Salinas. The service is everything I could hope for and more because each employee is friendly and has a "can do" attitude. I went in to purchase a dog food brand that my neighbor suggested. They had no samples and their smallest bag was 15lbs. My dog is such a picky eater. They wouldn't take the food back once it was opened either. I went over to Lemos. Lemos gave me a bunch of different samples to try out. I went back today and bought 2 5lbs bags of the same brand, just different flavors. The BEST part about Lemos is: if my dog doesn't like this food I can bring it back and get a full refund. Seems like Premier At Inc. should think about changing their policies. 🐕‍

Premier Ag performance hay outlet provides a wonderful feed store experience. Located in Paso Robles, it is very convenient and cuts drive time down significantly. In addition to their high quality hays (delivery options available), Premier Ag also offers a number of different livestock supplements and veterinary products, as well as a variety of bedding materials. They also provide several different types of feeds for any of your animals - from backyard pets to 4-H and FFA livestock. The workers are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful! And if you get the chance to speak to the owner, Glen, you are sure to leave Premier Ag with a smile on your face!

I really like this place! Haven't purchased feed here due to my south county residence, however staff is really nice, helpful. They have a nice selection of western tack and clothes.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me find the right stuff for my chicks, when Walmart had charged me 5x as much! A chick waterer here was a little less than $4 when Walmart charged me $10, and then proceeded to charge me for 6 bags of egg layer crumble when I only had purchased one. Then refused to give me my money back because I waited a week to try to resolve! Will only be purchasing organic feed for my chickens here from now on.
