I have a very excitable golden doodle that gets a little stressed with grooming appointments and Kami was so patient and so kind through the entire process. I wanted a puppy cut (not shaved). My dog Layla is a maltese and she is a very shy and will pee when really scared. The first time I took her in she peed and they were so kind and loving at the end she was so happy and they said she did really good.

We have always been very pleased with the grooming service. This cut was a bit rough due to the fact that our dog has a heavy undercoat and had some matting. A few areas were missed or irregular but overall a great job.

Chelsea listened to my concerns that my dog is sensitive. I have never had him clipped that he didn't have a reaction. She has groomed him twice now and no reaction! She is friendly and polite and does the job in a timely manner.

He was cut two places on his underbelly, yet again. There's no hair there, and the skin is so sensitive. Why would they continue to use shears on him here? It's wrong. When discussing it with the manager, she got angry and vehemently denied she did such a thing. So, I contacted the store manager. The next two times I went in she wouldn't respond to my proper hello, as she was sitting at front desk. She just gave me a dirty look and left. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for help. Now I take him elsewhere and both of us are treated better.

I've been using Petco grooming for a few years and I've always been very satisfied with the service. My dog won't even let me brush him, cut his nails or anything. The groomers must have a special touch because he always comes back so clean and handsome with the perfect haircut. They are also very attentive about reporting anything out of the ordinary (my boy had a tick on him).

Everyone who works in Paso Robles Petco Grooming is kind and caring. My dog is a big girl and not a huge fan of going to the groomer, but always comes out happy and beautiful. We had not been to Petco since before the COVID shut-down, and we are glad to be back.
