First time at the Paso East. We came in 1:45 but buffet ends at 2pm. So opted for a fresh pizza and salad bar. I was very surprised with the 🍕 the crust was crunchy and the sauce was great (not sweet, not heavy) the salad bar was small but fresh. I would change your macaroni salad recipe (a little under cooked, seasoning, dry) I did like the no Mayo idea you could do "pasta, sun dried tomatoes chopped, fresh basil, olive or avocado oil salt and pepper to taste. Wife had the Union Jack on tap it was nice and cold n tasty. The inside is family friendly lots of room big booths games full bar outdoor patio. All in all fir not being a chain, it's a pretty great place for crunch pizza!

Now typically I'm not a huge Pizza fan. But my parents wanted me to go to paso a Pizza Kitchen to try it out and have lunch with them. I was very pleased with my meal. Their crust was nice and crispy. Sauce was flavorful but not too overbearing. The cheese blend was nice and melted great. I really enjoyed the pepperoni and sausage and it was very pleased with the low amount of grease that shows that they use quality products. The salad bar was delicious all kinds of goodies to put on my salad. Great experience a little bit pricey but all in all I will be back.

I usually come once a week. Always order my pizzas undercooked , "Easybaked".Half the time they are not.Just a few suggestions;Since there are some cooks that are not fluent in English, the person taking the order highlight/circle the "Easybake" and or communicates with the cooks on special orders. The server can also check the ticket with the order before serving.We love your Pizza. You have the best salad bar in town. Always fresh.

Pizza is amazing.... I had Louisiana creole...shrimp and chicken were both tender and crust was done and crisp. My server was out of this world....sure I was the only one there at the time....but I was full 9f special needs and she handled them wonderfully. Prices were decent, inside and out were both clean. Can't wait to go back and try all of the other (10+) specialty pizzas.

I phoned in my order and I was told it would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. After arriving there I waited 30 minutes, even though there were only four other customers there and they already had their food. The employees were casually chatting with each other and seemed to be in no hurry to do anything at all. A sign on the door said "Masks required to enter" but only a couple of the employees wore masks and those that did had them pulled down below their noses. I won't go back.

This pizza company is the most ridiculous, incompetent pizza company. They hire kids that don’t know how to take an order, know there menu and don’t know how to call the customer back if the order guy wrote down the wrong address. So, if you show up to the wrong house, you would want to confirm address with customer. This has happened to me twice! I thought if I went to the second store they have, it would change in there customer service. This may be the ownerships part in properly training their employees.

I think we were there on a bad night. We ordered two pizzas and we're told 30 minutes. Showed up 35 minutes later to a long line that was hopelessly stuck with an incompetent cashier. After ten minutes in line we were told it wasn't ready. 25 minutes later the manager brings out our pizza. Cold. Pesto was good but chicken Alfredo was missing ingredients and chicken dry. Really unhappy with this place.

OMG, best pizza, quick, and so we'll priced. Not thinking about how long it usually takes for a pizza place to have your order ready I went in on my 30 minute lunch break 🤦🏿‍♀️. Very excited to say, after receiving my order, which was Pizza, pasta, and garlic cheese bread, I still had 15 minutes left for my lunch break!!! Love it, thanks guys!!

We love the pizza but they DEFINITELY need more help! Phone off the hook for 1/2 hr last night, finally ordered pizza to pick up and they said 1/2 hr. Drove over and waited another 1/2 hr. Please hire more help for your weekends!!! Look at your reviews and you will see the frustration and people not returning.

Not good! Cold and tastless! Nothing short of frozen! One side of our pizza was pepperoni only and we may have had 5 to 6 pepperoni's on half a medium! Wish I would have taken a picture but we were starving after waiting over an hour, which is not a problem if you receive hot or even warm, good pizza!

Your salad bar is not up to par. Your cut salad appears old and withered; I didn't find any croutons, raisins or bacon bites to put on the salad. Prior the the lock down, we would come in to eat your salads. Today we past on your salad due to what appeared to be a down grade. Hopefully, you'll take note of this comment and get your salad bar back to par.John

Small establishment in a strip mall. We had a party of six, ordered two pizzas, a prepared salad and a salad bar. The first pizza and prepared salad came out first, along with a plate for the salad bar. The second pizza was not forthcoming, and we had to ask about it twice. The salad bar needed some love, ingredients floating in brine or juice. No fresh proteins, wilted lettuce.

Horrible service... went to get an order to go for my family and the person taking our order had no idea what they even had and we couldn't look at a menu because they didn't even have any. Then we went to get the salad bar and half the bar was empty asked 5 different people and each time they said someone else would fill it had to wait 10 min past we got our pizza for them to put anything out and most of the stuff looked like it had been sitting out all day and that was the fresh stuff they just filled the bar with. Then after we got our food half the order was missing went to ask the kid that took our order he told us we didn't order that had to get the receipt to prove to him we did order it he then said they put the 2 orders together again had to open the Togo box and explain to him that if there was 2 orders there would have been 2x the order of with and there was still only a single order by the time we waited for the salad bar and our full order of food the pizza was ice cold before we even left. All around horrible service considering there was only 5 tables being served and the food was sub par compared to other pizza places nothing special about anything they offer (better food, better service and nicer places to go then having to deal with the BS here)

I really like the decore, the bar would be better if it sold more then beer and wine. The staff is very young, but professional... Except a cook who was picking at food on the line where he was visible ( which I wouldn't have had a problem with had he of had on gloves or washed his hands).
