Everyone who worked there was super helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. Had a real focused on animal help vibe as well. As well as a return policy for food, if the animals do not like it put it in a bag and bring it back in for a refund. 2 out 3 cats loved their suggestions for treats, the 3rd is just a picky eater

Cute spot! I was staying in Paso for a few days and my pup got a little muddy. I wanted to get him in for a quick bath before we stayed in the AirBNB. It is super easy to get in and out with fast friendly service. This was a self service bathtub for your pup, they give you everything you need. Good to know about this spot for the next time we are in town!

For a small pet supply store, they have an excellent selection of quality products! The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. We shop at this location, in Paso Robles, and at the one in Atascadero. We have been shopping with them for years, and we actually prefer them over the big chain pet stores because of the quality of the products at Lemos. You can pretty much guarantee that any food or treats purchased there will be good for your pet, and the toys and accessories are good quality as well. I feel sorry for communities which don't have such a high quality pet supply store.

Visiting family and forgot my dogs chews at home.So I stopped in to Lemos. They have a great variety of chews, toys, and treats. I felt the prices were very reasonable. The store is very nicely stocked.

Very helpful staff, plenty of choices in pet foods and toys. Training classes and shot clinics available.Update: the paso branch has a bathing area! They provide a towel, shampoo, shower lead and a blow dryer. All for $17

I've never gotten anything less than 110%. Staff are helpful to a fault. One even assisted me in hoisting my stubborn pup into the basin to wash. No hesitation and no complaints. Wonderful selection of products for your pet and amazing associates.

Great products, amazing customer service by knowledgeable staff. They have been helpful so many times. We needed a leash that attaches to the face to keep our dog from pulling too much on walks. The employee sat down on the floor and fitted the dog, taking the product out of the package to try on. They now have a dog wash station too. You can't go wrong with this store!

Only one thing needs to be said about this place...Customer service! It's always great to walk into a store and be greeted and helped immediately. Lemos makes sure to have their store fully staffed, and has a wide selection of pet supplies. They always have what I need and getting in and out is quick!

Very cool pet/feed store. While not equipped to be your primary source for livestock, they carry mostly house pet items from food & accessories to treats. Always have pleasant interactions with the very happy and competent staff. To top it all off, they have self dog washing stations. Come here!

We take are dog here to use their self wash dog baths. They provide soap and a towel and an air dryer if your dog can deal with that. Ours can't, she doesn't like loud noises. All for I think $13. Plus the help is friendly and knowledgeable

Passing by and wanted to see if they had chicken treats. There is plenty of parking by this store. Walking in, we were greeted by a young gentlemen who pointed us to the right area.We bought dried mealworms. They also have dried crushed oyster shells to give to chickens. And since we were there, we decided to just go ahead and buy a small bag of chicken feed since we were getting low.After leaving, my BF looked at the receipt and realized the price they charged us for the mealworms and the price tag on the shelf was different. We went back in since we were not far and were able to get back the difference. (Price tag was wrong but they honored it anyway).Great customer service. Will be back when we need more items for the chicks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when we looked for a bed, food container, grilling supplies and food for our new dog. They took the time to pull down beds for us to look at and help us take our purchase to the car.
