I love thrifting and I use to love coming here although I’ve noticed this lady follow me around the store a couple times and try toPeek in my bag to see if I’m stealing or if I have something, but it’s become ridiculous. She’s also extremely rude when it comes to being at the cash register, doesn’t say hello and I’m not sure why? Like I’m sorry you hate your job lol or maybe it’s just towards us Latinos. Not really sure but she’s just weird. She’s short, longish dark hair, and you’ll notice her by the bad makeup she wears.

The store is way too small for the amount of inventory and flow of customers. Furniture items are sparse to say the least. Otherwise its clean and employees are nice enough.

I used to love to go here. Now all of their donations are sent to to an online shopping site. The store is now filled with rejects and unsold items from target, world market and the dollar store. They call these items "purchased goods". The Goodwill used to be a really fun treasure hunt. Now it is just sad warehouse for unwanted, broken and and over priced junk.

I do find some of the prices high for something I am buying second hand, BUT around Halloween time I would rather go here for costume pieces as they are way cheaper than anywhere else, and they have hats of course!

Love this place they have nice clothing ranging from 5.99 to 9.99 shirts and jeans sometimes sweaters for about that price the quality is good this is the best goodwill they are always friendly and great prices on household items

i never really write reviews ever, but i just got home from shopping at this goodwill and Olivia, the assistant manager, truly went above and beyond to help me today. she was incredibly kind and helpful. i will always look forward to seeing her when i come into this location !!!(:

I would have given a 5 star review, because the staff were wonderful, but these days, any more than $1.99 for used videos is too much. I paid $3.99 each for 7. I wouldn't have chosen that many if I'd known ahead of time. I only saw a price sign for books. Other than that, I recommend you check it out.

This Goodwill is clean and neat. Its organized, employees are polite. My only complaint is they refuse to open their second restroom to their customers.Its been this way since summer of 2021. Other Goodwill stores have clean restrooms open for their customers.I may have to contact the manager of the distribution center about this particular Goodwill see if they can help.

Very happy to find the store open!I found a cool outfit for this HOT day.Everyone was wearing a mask and staying aware of personal space.... I like the sound of that better than social distance.

They charge way too much for their stuff there. Once in awhile you might find a good deal but most of the time it's like paying retail prices. I would go to other nonprofit thrift stores before shopping here. One of the good upsides to it is the staff are friendly and they do try to keep the store fairly clean it's just the high prices that makes it so I do not want to shop there.

-5 stars, 15min before store closes, as soon as we walked up, we where told the store closes in 5 minutes, as soon as we walked in we where not greated w/ welcome in or anything, instead every few seconds they insisted on telling us the store was closing. We preceded to browse around, when an employee yells out loud, we have people in the back still. Instead of offering any assistants on locating specific items since the store was soon to be closing, after locating the items i was looking for. I felt rushed, and decided to just leave the items, no customer service, employees not friendly or helpful.Where did customer service go? Out the window, apprently!

I didnt like too much I bought soap for 89 cents and 3 jackets totally 28.00 dollars it was a yellow tag aale but I bpight purple tag and green tab. Cashier was not friendly but I spent 28.00 dollars not alot. Not surw If Ill be going there. LHDxxx

The stripper shoes are great but too bad I was wanting to get a pair of socks. Generally speaking, we live on the central coast so don't assume that people don't understand what you are saying about them in Spanish.Christmas came early here is my gift to them: make up a cognate word for leggings if you expect to be even close to being discreet.

VERY UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE!As i was trying on shoes a rather old, wider male employee kept following me around. When I switched aisles he apparently grabbed my sandals and clothes I was holding onto (I had hung them on a rack to try on different shoes). I went back to that aisle to grab them not even a minute or two later and was frantically looking for them, so confused. I saw him holding my sandals in a different part of the store and was like "umm...excuse me those are mine" and asked him where my clothes went. He said he put them all up front. I hadn't even tried them on yet. After that he KEPT FOLLOWING me around the store as if he thought I was going to steal everything. What a judgemental prick. Needless to say I'm sure he felt pretty dumb when he realized he shouldn't judge a book by it's cover and he had to watch me pay for the items that I wanted. You should rethink your staff because this older gentleman really upset me and made me feel uncomfortable. I hope this issue gets resolved and he gets reprimanded.
