This was my first time at this Whole Foods, and it will definitely be my last. I had an extremely disappointing experience at the checkout due to the cashier’s poor attitude. This guy with a beard and ear studs, grabbed the small monitor, shoved it in my face, and snapped at me about how I was paying. I was like, ‘huh? I have a card on my prime account.’ Then he goes, ‘You should’ve told me you were using your credit card on your Prime code.’ Seriously? I’m definitely not wasting my time going back here again. Enough is enough.

They always have a wide variety of vegan food. There are a good variety of vegan turkey loans to choose from for this week, I got a few different ones but they had more option than that also. They also have a hot bar of food if you dont have time to cook, with more vegan options also. I highly recommend this store.

Think twice before using the Amazon returns counter at this location. Some team members are very dismissive in listening to customer complaints and are not competent enough to scan in returns properly so that your Amazon return can be processed. I dropped off a package that the Amazon counter on April 19th and as of today April 29th, the package does not show as being dropped off at Whole Foods to process the return. I called and returned to the Amazon on the same day of making my return and the day after. The folks at the counter did not make any effort to locate my package and quickly said to contact Amazon customer service. Think twice before returning items at this location!The response from the owner validates my comment.

This is one of the biggest Whole Foods Market I have ever visited. I was surprised by all the things it had. Compared to the stores in the Bay Area, Socal always has better stores all the time. The only thing that kept me from leaving a 5 Star Rating was that the ribs and brisket section wasn't a self service area like the one in the north side of Glendale, CA.

This Whole Foods location on Foothill in Pasadena does not hire friendly or helpful staff. Try a different location for a better customer service experience.Update: I received a response from the owner but it simply took me to a generic customer service page. So I am not able to provide additional detail about my experience yesterday, 04/24/24 at around 10/30 am.

My favorite ‘house-brand’ grocery store products. They also carry my favorite bread (Silver Hills) and my favorite yogurt (Brown Cow). Their own organic OJ is some of the most authentic tasting on the market. While other grocery stores decided not to bring back self-serve hot food/soup, this place has loads of options (cold, too!) every day.

I've been to so many whole foods store, however I feel need to express the experience in this store... I'm normally a Gelson's, Pavillions or my favorite of all time Bristol's. However as I walked throughout the store I couldn't help but admire the execution in several categories like the keeping every Isle clean fully organized and above all stocked... Just beautiful.. And to top all this store has allot of selections it can be overwhelming the experience..... I live in Glendale and don't mine the drive here cause wholefoods close to me is just not even half the level this one is..... Unfortunately I was not able to find my milk that I always get in Bristol Store so that was not good for me... On the other hand I can definitely see buying everything else here, because it so organized and bathrooms so clean 4+.... The DTLA AND THE ONE STORE IN GLENDALE AVE SHOULD LEARN FROM THIS ONE...

Clean store and friendly staff members. Their cold beverage section was fully stocked which is a major plus. I encountered a few staff members that offered help while I shopped. In fact, I bought a few products based off some of their personal favorites. Store wasn’t too crowded for a weekend and parking was a breeze. I prefer this location for my day-to-day shopping. It’s not too crazy and big and easy to find what you are looking for.

Whole Foods is one of my go-to-market for fresh produce, seafood, meats, and healthy options.::Experience::The majority of the time I shop online via Amazon and opt-in for the free curbside pick up. The only downfall is not having the ability to talk to the shopper and you can't add more items.::Food::I like to get the marinated Carne Asada, Bone In Rib Eye Steak, Bone In Pork Chop, Dungeness Crab, Shrimp, and Salmon. The Meat Department has high-quality standards like grass-fed beef, air-chilled chicken, no antibiotics, cage-free, etc. If you don't feel like cooking, they have prepared hot foods; buffet style but not all you can eat. You can also get pizza, sandwiches, rotisserie chicken, cakes, and salad. There is also a juice bar that serves smoothies and freshly squeezed juice.::Dessert::Do you like warm chocolate chip cookies? Try the Eat Pastry Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!! Most of the time it's out of stock because it's so popular. Nice WF. A few items were out of stock but staff was cooperative. I'm on budget and have some health complications. I try buy seasonal veggies from WF and cook myself in an effort to fight off the complications, WF plays an important part in my life and even made it a enjoyable process for me.

It's Whole Foods. Their shelves were well stocked. Had to ask where the macaroons were. They were not in the bakery department, they keep there's is a frozen food section and pre packed. This Whole Foods has different macaroons from the one I normally go to in Monterey. The one in Monterey has a light butter cream texture. You can find them in the bakery department and pick an assortment. The one in Pasadena you can not and their filling seems more gel like. I will not be buying them again from here.

the worst hot & salad bar out of any WF stores I've ever been to. all hot bar dishes are salty af. pizza slices were dry and cold. staff was rude. patio seating area is very dirty and unkept. never again.

I went to pick our turkey dinner today and at the pick up table there was a very large man called Ruben. He was very, very unpleasant and kind of a d-bag. I know we are all busy and pressured with the holidays coming up, but you can’t treat people that bad.Please, get Ruben all the help he needs.Other than that, we get our dinner at Whole foods every year and we enjoy it.

I was serving Swedish meatballs to a couple dozen people at a mountain retreat. Needed some vegetarian gravy after realizing most gravy contained beef stock (even mushroom gravy!). Whole Foods saved the day. And it was pretty tasty gravy too. Good spices in it. Reminded me of KFC"s gravy.The store itself was nice, clean, and bright. I was in and out in a jiffy thanks to the self checkout.

Longer waiting time than normal during the COVID-19 Pandemic. But this store still provides pretty fresh food. Some food are in low stock, milk, cookies, pasta, ice cream and bottled water.I’m still grateful for their service.

It's always fun to shop at Whole Foods. Market. They have a fair selection Of food offerings. Extremely pricey of course, but always high quality. I wouldn't do my major shopping there due to the Extremely high prices. But for high quality organic products and meats, produce, seafoods etc they exceed expectations.
