This is a well maintained store, very clean and fresh. The deli has good quality food, liked the quality of sushi rolls here. There's also a Starbucks inside the store. The vegetables and fruits are kept fresh and are well priced. There's also a pharmacy inside the store as well. If you aren't a Safeway club member, become one for free so you can get the Safeway club discounts.

Vons is just amazing, always! I wish there were more of them around, but when I’m in one, I always enjoy my timt there. This time I went in for no particular reason, I was just walking around in the neighbourhood. They had these amazing baloons for Halloween that I couldn’t resist getting one as well as a great little selection of plants. Top grocery store that I would highly recommend.

It's a very clean and organized grocery store. It's very spacious. And I really feel like I can walk in here for a while and just look around. Customer service was also very on point. I was very impressed.

Wanted to purchase Crystal Geyser 1 gallon bottles of water. Price $2.00 per gallon, however if you buy 10, the price falls to $1.00 per gallon.When arrived at the register, the clerk asked if I had the Vons app, I said no and left the store.Obviously Vons continues to make money selling for $1.00 a bottle. So why should I have an app to get the desired price?This is clearly a case of PRICE GOUGING! Very unhappy with Vons!!!

Stopped in for some fruit and saw the girl at the deli making sandwiches so I decided to get one. She made an awesome custom creation stuffed with fresh veggies, turkey, & cheese that was very tasty! The store itself has good selection and reasonable prices. The Vons/Albertsons app also saved me several dollars! A good place to grab a bite for the road...

Spacious, nicely organized store with a wide selection in all departments. Good variety of wine and spirits, and a nice section for specialty cheeses. Produce and meat are fresh. Clean, with wide aisles, and abundant parking.

I go there to get La Croix sparkling water. There are variety of flavors. A pack of 12 is for $4.99. I like Lime and Tangerine flavors.Usually, parking on the ground is so busy. So I park at the 2nd floor which you can get to from the slope or Walnut Street at back. It’s a bit of additional time, but much less crowded, easier, and safer!

This Vons store is my favorite grocery store ever. It’s always clean and we’ll stock. The employees are so helpful and very polite. I have been to a few groceries store when I travel for work and this store is amazing. There’s one checker name Nancy. She’s very helpful and polite in every way. Whether she’s at the register or at self check out. She’s always go out of her way to help employees. Definitely need more employees like her.

This store has a history of horrible service if you look through other reviews, particularly people sharing experiences of what appears to be discrimination based on racial profiling.That's already a yikes, but there is one employee in particular who is so rude, I find it hard to imagine that her manager sees any redeeming qualities in her at all. Her name is Leticia.She is very lazy, she will snap at customers, refuse to ring people up, and appears to argue with her coworkers as well.I feel sorry for anyone who has to interact with her at all. Stay away from this location. We will be shopping at Sprouts or Ralph's in the future.

The prices are way too high for the low quality items you get, and for whatever reason they can't hire enough people to manage any of their departments. I wouldn't be surprised if their four stars are from pre-COVID reviews. Don't come here, waste of time and money.

I love this grocery store. You can call me crazy for loving a grocery store, I don't mind, others have and I'm sure more will still, but I just love it here.This is a very spacious grocery store. It has a nice selection of premade foods and a fantastic deli and sushi bar. It is meticulously well organized and lighted and the staff will help you out with any questions. The produce section is fresh and there are a lot of organic and healthy options throughout the store. You will find more variety, spices, sauces, and ethnic options then anywhere else in the neighboring areas. I am an avid cook/novice chef and they always have whatever I need.I love that they carry a Starbucks inside. Even better, their selection of alcohol is superb. You will never be caught in a line here and the staff is great. Fresh food, great selection of exotic foods as well.This place personifies all the best attributes of Pasadena and and none of the worst; it's clean, healthy, and good looking, but manages to eschew being shallow, self centered, or rude. I don't even live that close anymore, but I'll make up activities in the area just to swing on by.

I’ve been coming to this VONS for 40+ years, since long before the new building came up. Of course, the staff as well as customers have changed (lots of newcomers to Pasadena and vicinity), but they carry a great selection and friendly, hard working helpful staff overall for all these years of shopping there. The store is always clean and inviting, with freshly stocked foods. Happy to have this VONS in our neighborhood.

I have been shopping here since before it was remodeled years ago. Staff here is always friendly. Pharmacy is always helpful too. The upper level parking is great for when you need to stop by during busier hours. Otherwise the parking lot at ground level is elrather small because it shares with the other businesses in the shopping center. But even then, that doesn't stop me from shopping here.

I really enjoy this store. Most of the employees are awesome. Especially a checker name Nancy. I’ve watch her help customers young and old. She help them with courtesy and patience. And still get everyone out in a timely fashion. She’s good. Very good. Vons definitely need more employers like this young lady. I will continue being a loyal customer because of employees like her.

The main parking lot gets busy as it is shared by multiple businesses on the property. Additional parking is available by the market on a second level parking lot. There is an elevator large enough for grocery carts.This Vons market also has a pharmacy, bakery, deli, and meat area to assist with other areas of food shopping.

Women at the florist shop were weird. Nice and sweet to everyone unless you were a white person then rude as could be. For example I said thank you and she looked an me and just grunted but was so sweet to everyone else. Then another white person asked about balloons and she barked "right there!" Nice and polite to everyone else. Odd!

This store is amazing. It’s always stock with sale items. Always friendly faces. I ask a couple of questions about Just-4-U to cashier Nancy and she happily help me. The company needs more friendly and knowledgeable employees like her. The store is clean and that make me feel very content. Please continue doing a good job. I will always be a customer.

This is the closest grocery store to our place or we would never go there. We drive past it to stores miles away to get bargains and more choices. It's really frustrating because often just a day after putting out a flier they'll be out of stock on special advertised items. We go there specifically to get that sale item and they don't have it. It feels like a bait and switch. They also don't carry a big variety for such a large store and it's oddly organized. If you go there, just park on the second level. They share the small lower lot with a bunch of stores and a bank and it's always congested. The rooftop parking is much easier and the elevators are large and quick if you have a cart of groceries. I like the choice of smaller carts, too. There's a pharmacy and a dry cleaner which I haven't tried. They have an in-store Starbucks and a US Bank branch in-store. I find it interesting that three separate non-white friends have mentioned having uncomfortable experiences in the store that they felt were related to their race. I want to stress it's hearsay and, being white, I haven't personally experienced it. But hearing about it from three different people warrants a mention, I think. We prefer Smart and Final, Stater Bros, Super King, and occasionally Sprouts even though they are further away. Even with the price of gas, we save money.

Great selection, friendly staff, and quality products. Their wine and beer selection are exceptional and always stocked. We tried their prepared Ribeye steak (with pesto butter) and after 3-min cook time in oil, it was steakhouse quality. Highly recommend our local Vons!

The staff are very fast, efficient and courteous there. I have yet to find any pharmacy in the area that is close in wait time, or personable services. Even when their staff rotated, turned over, the quality of services has never changed.

Vons in Pasadena is my go to if I need anything from drinks, food, sweets, etc….Place is always clean and loaded on goods to shop and prices are reasonable.Promotions are away happening so I can save money while shopping.Manager Ventura is very personable and accommodating.If you have not met him, make it a point to say hi to him and you will know what I’m talking about.Very nice guy🙏👍😇
