I was pretty disappointed to walk in and find that in the Halloween clothing there was a shirt with the Ouija board on it. The location was kind of dirty and hard to navigate. There was hardly any staff members to assist you in case you needed help this location has really gone downhill, the prices were really super high like everywhere else and the customer service that an all time low. It’s very disappointing I think keeping her evil clothing in the front of the store is an awful horrible thing especially when it’s already been all over the news that people don’t really appreciate that. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this location.

I came to this (3121 E. Colorado) Target to see if they had a specific pair of jogging pants in my size, but I didn't see any. I started to leave and then I thought, maybe I should ask if they have any in the back. Usually, when this happens, the associate will tell you that everything is already out on the floor. I got the attention of an associate walking by and assumed I was going to hear the usual, but instead she insisted on checking the stock. She wasn't able to find any, so she then checked other local Targets to help me locate it and she found a pair at the La Canada store. She then even went further and made sure I had the store's phone number and the item #. The associate's name is Princess and she went 150% above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate it. She was professional, kind, patient and has a great personality. I went to the La Canada store and sure enough, I found and bought the Joggers. Kudos to Princess, as her name fits her personality. THANK YOU TARGET!!!

The East Pasadena TARGET is my TARGET, they’re always helpful, friendly and accommodating. Tony the manager, cool people. Always takes good care of us. Friendly , knowledgeable and always making sure everyone is happy.Noel, is very efficient, accommodating and makes me laugh.The best TARGET night crew !

This is the worst target in the history of targets. Trash parking lot. Literally sloths run the cash registers. The same sloths probably managed the year long remodel and the store looks worse than it did before. White tile replaced by warehouse flooring. Cause they were aiming for a Costco experience? I love Target but not this one. Its also July, why isn’t there any outdoor set up. It looks like a bargain market with no selection. Not what Im used to with well managed Targets

Parking is always crazy here but that’s cause it is a convenient location and everyone loves Target!I personally haven’t had any issues with this place. But I do agree the checkout lines are always super long and self-checkout is the best way to go (also has a long line too).They have a CVS pharmacy inside and target groceries.We were able to find what we needed here!

This is my Target Pasadena store on Colorado Blvd. It used to be the old Fedco Pasadena store and Target took over after their 1999 bankruptcy. They are currently in the entire remodeling process to bring up to today's super department store standard and restocking almost every dept. I like the store because its nice and clean and most of the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They used to have a home gardening dept but it did not do well so they replaced by the grocery dept instead and they are still growing. Really like their toy dept and be able to purchase some of Lego products.

It's always a pleasant experience shopping at Target East Pasadena. Prices are reasonable, items neatly stacked, one will find practically everything inside. Checkout is fairly quick and employees pleasant to converse with. And parking is so convenient!

Special shout out and thanks to Noel and Juan at customer service. Picked up a bottle of The Macallan 12 Sherry Oak in January of this year at the customer service desk and had a really good experience. Both Noel and Juan was courteous and professional.

Store is great, but the old white hair skinny French guy at return service is a black-hole for good vibes. Here is the conversation:*after I chose the reason of return on the POS machine*- what’s the reason for returning?- it’s poorly made.- so you use it?- yes, but just ..- ok, ok, good enough for us to throw it away 🙄I hope he gets off the high horse and stop passive aggressive judging customers on not wanting to hold on poorly made product. If it’s good, I’ll keep it; if not good, I’ll return and buy something else, I’m already at the store and ready to spend more than I return… “Don’t hate the participants, hate the game!”Anyway, it’s a waste of career that he doesn’t become a police officer, because he knows how to provoke people and give the 3rd degree. Prob the only joy he can afford in life.. fine fine I’ll only turn when I am already in a bad mood, so he won’t ruin it. And corporate, listen, I’m not gonna buy anything, I’ll check it out and buy things elsewhere. Ha

I’ve had my fair share of poor experiences at target in general. Sometimes it really just depends on who’s willing to help you without giving a bad attitude. I was having trouble returning a registry item of mine and my barcode was not working. The first employee initially declined helping me further but someone named Tony (who I assume was the front end manager) came over and accepted it. It wasn’t just that he approved it that made my night, but his whole positive attitude and kind words, even congratulating me on my new baby. As someone who’s worked in customer service for a good while, I really REALLY appreciate people like this and only hope they get the recognition they deserve.

The pick up order is not ready in two hours. I have checked all items are in the shelf. The staff was unwilling to prepare for the order right away. The staff insisted 2-hour poicly is not guaranteed. Since all items are in stock, why is it not guaranteed? It must be your efficiency and was unable to prepare for the order on time.

Be really vigilant checking items for expiration dates. Was in the store tonight (8/24) for several items and could not locate or buy them because they were either out (which I understand), or WAY expired. Here’s a photo of one, with an expiration date from JULY. Another huge stack was from August 10 (also expired), and I also located yogurts with expiration dates from weeks ago, as well as chicken tenders that expired earlier this week. I would have taken more photos, but my phone died. There were lots of things I couldn’t buy due to the condition of the items.In addition - teenagers were running throughout the store bouncing into things and knocking things over, employees were not friendly and unhelpful (and didn’t seem to care about the former), and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. They’re in the middle of refurbishing the bathrooms and reorganizing the store, so the employees may just be burnt out, and I feel sorry for them. But management really needs help. In addition to all of the above items, their bathrooms have always been in deplorable, unsanitary conditions (feces smeared on walls, paper everywhere, etc.) and I’ve written twice about it - now that they’re being redone, hopefully that will change…? But I wince having to go in person into this store, and yet again this evening - I felt the same.

Worst checkout experiences occur at this Taget location. Never before have I had it take so long to get just a few customers through a line. Cashiers are slow moving and disinterested. Will never again patronize this location.

As you could see by this image I’m a huge God of War fan, that this is where I got my ps5 bundled with God of War Ragnarok. Would really recommend this store it’s really good

Large store with good selections at a reasonable price. Employees mostly friendly and courteous. Parking is good. However, homeless frequents the parking lot, some mentally ill, so suggest you always carry your pepper spray there, and use it if needed for self defense.

One-star for completely hit-or-miss order pickup. I’ve actually never had a “hit”— it always takes way too long for someone to bring out your order (20-30 minutes). Today every spot was full so I did what the app said and parked nearby with my blinkers. After ten minutes I observed the same cars were parked in the pickup spots and no employee was bringing out any orders. Instead, one guy was going car to car talking to customers. So I walked over to him. He said they weren’t bringing out orders at all because they were too backed up, but we could go inside and pick up our orders in person. Maybe this wouldn’t be so terrible if the app actually told you that outright. Instead, you have to sit there and slowly realize that’s the situation, and then spend more time waiting in line for your order.TLDR I’m never doing order pickup at this location again. It’s not worth the hassle.

I like Target but I wonder why they have those buttons all around the store to call for help. I have never got it to work today I pushed the button waited 2 minutes pushed the button waited 2 minutes pushed the button way 2 minutes. No one ever came by.My other complaint is the website said my item was in stock and showed what isle it was in but it seemed they didn't have it in stock at all

The review below was from 2021. Today, I again, had the best experience at this Target! I am VERY sure that the staff at this particular location get a different training than any other Target. They are like a family, hold each other’s back and offer professional yet very friendly service to the customers. This is my go to Target!Older - The customer service at this store is like no other! They are very helpful, quick to offer any advice or price update, and very time efficient!!I'd like to give a shout out to a guy named Tony who helped me yesterday on Feb 13, 2021. I love coming to this Target (East Pasadena) way more than the other one down on Colorado just because of their warm customer service.Thank you for the great experience!

I’m specifically writing this review to commend Tony the manager. I was in the store between the hour of 11-12 today. I was in line paying when suddenly every cashier line was busy and there was a lot going on and many needed help with something. Tony the manager was on top of every problem that arose and was very accommodating. Good job to him, it’s been a while since a manager of a store took care of business in a kind and speedy manner!

I come and shop here a lot. It has a bunch of stuff i need and the staff are sweet. Never had any problems here and i come here a lot. This place is very friendly and has a lot of stuff. If you need stuff, this place is great!
