The owner is so kind; Hanky is a rescue who was severely traumatized so I was reluctant to leave him, but he walked straight to the back room without hesitation! I knew then, that this was our guy! He got down to Hanks level, spoke to him, and it was all good.

Worst experience....I was in an emergent situation to clean my dog and I had to take her there for a bath and brush. After looking at my dog he says I can't brush her hair. Might I add, she's a maltipoo with medium hair and I brush her hair weekly. She had no mattes or knots... After telling him that my other groomer who I usually take her to has done it when her hair was longer and that I do it myself recently he said he won't do it. I asked if he can give her a bath without brushing (I considered brushing her hair myself) he said he won't do that either. So I asked if you won't brush her hair and won't not brush her hair, what option are you leaving me with...he said haircut or no service so upon discussing her grooming details, it soon became apparent that he does what he wants without taking the owner's preferences into account. I like her hair on the longer side during the winter and after showing her last grooming appointment's picture he said he won't do that and he'll shave her down....Not only will he not do what I request but even when I was trying to be compromising and willing for a haircut he won't even do the length I want???? Is it a one size fit all grooming salon?Luckily I found a place across the street that didn't need to cut her hair but was able to brush her out just like I initially requested. It's clear that he's not experienced and will only do what pleases him instead of the customers.

I was super nervous at first because I brought in my puppy for his first grooming ever. The owner is very kind and explains the whole process. They take a bit longer than usual, but are very patient with dogs and try to have them as relaxed as possible. Excellent service for a great price, and you get to support a local business! I have a maltipoo and they were able to give him an excellent haircut.

First time taking my 4 month old Siberian husky to the groomers. I was really nervous taking him I want someone who would do a good job at washing my puppy as well take care of him. They did a very good job, they bathed him clipped his toes, brushed his teeth etc, I highly recommend coming here. I had other dogs before but this one is my very own dog and i want the best for him and he got the best at this dog groomer. Thank you

I took my dog to Petco PetSmart and another groomer @ highland Park and they could not give my dog a good haircut because she would try to bite them when ever they try to cut the hair around her eyes. I took her here and he did such a great job that I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

The man is an angel. My pug is a screaming goblin from the depths of hell when it comes to getting her nails trimmed. He was so incredibly patient with her and even did Dremel instead of clipping which makes it easier on her, despite what she thinks. I'm so glad I live a block away!

Bringing my jack russell here for years. She actually likes going there and that's all that matters but they do a great job and send her back smelling like a jelly bean. Love this place.
