POS!!! If you wanna pin your dog down to the seat and cause anxiety, Then this is the product for you. This is a poorly design product that does not work for a dog in a seat. Not only that if you want to return it, not only do you have to pay to send it back, but they Took $30 as well for a restocking fee… I don’t normally write reviews because I’ll just let it go, but I actually took the time to let as many people know as possible that not only does this product suck but the companies policies are horrible

It has been 2 weeks and I haven't even received a tracking number. No response on email and the chat option is dead. Tried phoning 3 separate days at 3 separate times each day and all it did was ring and ring and ring and ring. I was very excited to try this product but it seems I will have to do a chargeback with my credit card and try something else.

I haven't received the product yet, but their communication and customer support is about as bad as it could possibly get. I emailed and waited over 24 hours to no response when I was trying to check in on an order I made 3 weeks ago and didn't even get an order confirmation on (only reason I was sure it went through was because it posted to my credit card).So I tried to chat in when I finally saw chat was available, to be met with about 12 minutes of silence on their end. During that time, I tried to call, during business hours, and got sent to voicemail.Then, when they finally responded on chat, I discover that the thing I ordered wasn't shipped until 15 days after the transaction posted to my credit card. Look, if things are backordered, maybe tell people. Or send an order confirmation. Or anything that any normal company does.Maybe get out of the direct sale game and just sell things through retail. Seriously, this is awful.
