The best place I’ve taken my little lady for her grooming! Roch & Gertrude has a great staff and take lots of time and care to pamper their pets. Grooming doodles isn’t easy and I could tell by my dog’s disposition that she had a great time, and looks great too. They have some cool options such as expressing glands and using CBD oil, etc.It takes a while to book, but is very worth it. I’m very grateful my little lady was able to go!

I am writing this review after just under three years of loyal patronage to this business. I have a Miniature Schnauzer and since the earliest visit had pre-determined regular appointment every 6 weeks. After our last visit I was shocked and surprised at the level of service my Schnauzer received and immediately returned to discuss this with the front end attendant on duty. To my dismay she immediately began making excuses claiming she witnessed the finished product and everything was fine. That maybe my Schnauzer had cow licks, she began to blame my dog, saying that he's difficult and hard to handle. Admittedly, I became offended and asked why after all this time if he (my dog) was so difficult wouldn't you communicate with me and inform me that you couldn't manage his grooming needs rather than provide sub level service and continue to charge top dollar fees without explanation/excuses? This past week I was contacted as usual regarding his next scheduled appointment and I confirmed. After leaving work early to make this appointment and arriving at the "salon" I was once again approached by this same individual " Leann wouldn't even come to the front and join in this conversation" only to be informed me that they thought best if I took my dog elsewhere. Why send messages to confirm the appointment only to to me away? That could have been handled much differently. What happened to servicing loyal customers with courteous communication and a simple..."we'll make it right" attitude?That was definitely NOT my experience with this "salon" today! Such a sad and disappointing experience after all these years.

Leanne and her team are incredibly attentive and make sure your dog has the best possible experience and that you get exactly what you've asked for with services. I have a Doodle and he's high maintenance yet this groomer handles every little aspect of his grooming so professionally and he looks immaculate every time. They call if they're going to have to do something a little different during grooming, or if they need a little more time etc. They are super flexible with booking appointments which is helpful and offer up loads of useful info for caring your puppers coat. I am really thankful I found them and can't recommend them highly enough!

Lee Ann is an excellent owner for this business. We have been here 5 times with two dogs in the not easy to handle category and the staff has done an exemplary job each time. Very honest and straightforward; no complaints.

I've been a pet owner for over 15 years now. Rarely I find a place that's clean, with friendly staff who really love dogs. This place has it all. The prices are good /10.- for nail filing is better than Petco/. They are caring and polite. We are definitely coming back. PS: there's plenty of free parking when you walk south past Green St.

Always a great experience when bringing my dog to be groomed here. Staff make you feel like they actually care about your pet. My dog comes home well groomed and happy.

The groomers at R&G are the best! I have been bringing my dog here for years. He can be a little crazy at times and they deal with him in such a loving way. His coat always comes out clean, fully brushed and laying properly. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
