I think whoever put this team of employees together is really spot on! I was having some issues last year and was in the store almost every day for something or other and the staff was always incredibly friendly, and helpful! Me and my GG love them all and can't thank them enough for their kindness through my tough time, they made it so much easier for me. Im forever grateful to all of them. I will always come in and say hello when I'm in the area.

They have most things you’d need Rite Aid for, snacks, makeup, ice cream, magazines, random toys and trinkets and perfume. They are generally quite friendly and nice but there does seem o always been quite the wait and line whenever you are ready to pay. As if the employees are hiding or just a very few amount are on shift at a time. Unless I’m in a hurry, I’m happy with my time there.

Great store. Friendly Staff, well stocked & and great savings. NO alcohol.UPDATE:I'm not sure what's going on here but the shelves are pretty much empty, no biz since they put a pickup food Hub next door. No place to Park, people are sitting in cars & blocking the driveway to parking lot. delivery drivers, phone orders u name it. But I've been going to this since Thrifty's? I think it's the renewal amount of the new lease. Too expensive. But the original plan was Old Towne plans were to upgrade Colorado Blvd to @ least Sierra Madre Blvd. Which happens to be the ending point for Rose Parade. But from Hill Ave to Denny's all new places & Renewals are Tea, Poki Bowls & Boba & Asian food places. ALL across from PCC for 3 blocks are being replaced with Dim sum, Hainan chicken, which I luv & dumplings. I give El Pollo loco, Subway & Jack's a year. I'll have to ✔️ & See if Fat Burger's is still in biz. Till next time. Stay Safe

I would say 99% of businesses do not practice exceptional customer service. This location did not get the memo!! All the employees here are exceptionally great! I usually go in the mornings before work. ALWAYS greeted ad soon as I walk in the door. Anna & Jesse are always incredibly kind, helpful and just very personable in a friendly/professional way. Now don't let me get started on Roberto...with his customer service skills, his positive upbeat demeanor, knowledge of products, etc, this man deserves his own Rite Aid to manage!! I don't write reviews often but this store's staff is so deserving

This location is a great place to shop , extremely courteous and helpful staff, it is clean, and very convenient. i have been shopping here for all my needs for years.I can run in and pick up products that sometimes that I run out of instead of going to the more crowded grocery stores fast and easy. I am a Gold Star customer there ,so my big 20% off is great! you can be one too, and get discounts. I especially like to comment on the service the staff have offered to all the customers during this pandemic, just to stay stocked and making sure everyone could get some supplies. Great job to the employees thanks for your politeness, much gratitude for your service!!

Staff is super friendly, this is my local Right-aid, but I'm trying to find out what time the western Union opens there, there is no info listed here or on the site. And the only contact phone number is for the pharmacy. Also the automated system has no info on western union. I'm sure I can find an alternative way of gaining this information. But I'd rather not have to.

This Rite aid location is great. They also have a fantastic staff, HOWEVER THEY DO NOT HAVE SUPPLIES. No cups for ice cream and no lids for the single size cups. Never!!!terrible for a hot September day

Clean, wide aisles, probably only 3 customers there at the time.I'm editing to add another star since having rx filled because it was done quickly and the people in the pharmacy were so efficient and professional.With the latest news re store closings, please don't close this location!

I've come to this rite aid a couple times and every time I've come there's never enough help. There is always one employee at the register and no one at ice cream, even when there is a long line. The cashier has attitude when asked for help and is in no way helpful. This store either really does need more employees or better customer service.

The blonde manager in this location is always so helpful and friendly, always willing to take the time to help customers and go that extra mile! I can't even count how many times she's checked the back stockroom for items for me; Jessica & Jessika (sp?) Are fantastic, they are both such great people and make you feel so welcome in their store. The entire staff is top notch! Also very well stocked!!

Horrible experience with the pharmacy. My usual rite aid couldn’t fill my prescription, so they transferred it to this location. I called as directed by my usual pharmacist to make sure the transfer had happened and verify when it would be ready for pick-up, only to be treated very poorly by a female pharmacy worker (not the pharmacist - they were out). I was told in short order that I wasn’t a priority. Rude, unnecessary and unprofessional. Highly disappointed in their service.

Horrible customer service, complete lack of empathy for customers, nasty on the telephone. Assured me that a prescription would be ready to pick up in one hour. 2 hours later I visited the pharmacy and was told that they did not even have the medication in stock or available for 24 hours. No apology or customer service whatsoever. There are many other pharmacies to use, I’d strongly suggest you use any one rather than this pharmacy.

Y'all are some of the rudest people I've meet in California. The manager and two cashier are making fun of homeless people. One cashier was standing in the door way holding a sign someone left behind laughing yelling Josh. Well idk what kind of manager Josh is but to allow your cashier to laugh and joke at someone else's unfortunate is just wrong. What if that was you and your family. Then I tell the cashier 3 times what I needed and she still couldn't get it right. Never again will I shop here

I had a dental appointment for cleaning in the morning and after I left I remembered that RITE AID was offering free N95 masks along with most WALGREENS AND WALMART AND CVS. I had initially stopped into the WALGREENS adjacent to my dentist office but I was informed that they weren't participating by the gruff sounding mgr. So I made my way up towards RITE AID.

Pretty standard rite aid. I use it regularly for my prescriptions and occasional purchases. I agree that there are sometimes a shortage of employees at the register, but I've never had to wait too long to complete a purchase.

I was yelled at by a clerk today when I asked for the bathroom key. He wouldn't get me the key and he said I needed to ask another person at the register. I went to the register but the cashiers ignored me. Not wanting to interrupt everyone, I asked the same clerk if he could please help me find a key. He yelled at me in front of the whole store. I don't understand why you would yell at a customer who truly just needed a bathroom.

Honestly I only go there for ice cream and water bottles. Their selection is pretty limited. Their selection is between convenience store and grocery store level, with even beauty products.

this is a good store (but my favorite is Sunset/Highland and my bromaster buddy, David...who thinks he is related to Craig Robinson, the actor known for "The Office," "Pineapple Express," and setting the bar wayyyy to high for impressionable clerks at Rite-Aid...back to AciDena Rite-Aid (credit Far East Movement), I received excellent customer service from very first day I went there and the store manager back-dated the 2/1 sales deal on their larger than anywhere cavalcade of Arizona Iced Tea products...and I'm sure that had I lingered even longer the manager would have given me even more service, but I clutched my huge bag of cans just below belt high and skeedaddled out of there.
