They have a fairly interesting cheese section even if the French cheese brands are not real I am French we don't have any brand from the store which is sold in France but a lot of choice and it offers powdered chocolate which is good

Pickup: freshest grocery picks, quick response time to drop off groceries in my car, and super convenient. 99% of the time they have what I request, and if not, their substitutions are usually better than my selections.In-store: efficient, clean, very friendly employees and always professional. Treat you like family.There are several grocery stores closer to me, but I prefer coming here.

Good store! But working as an instacart shopper, I had a couple of problems. When I finish collecting items for the first customer order, I start collecting them to the next customer, and I have to leave my first cart at the cashier. And sometimes, they take out all the items that I just found and put in the cart. And I have to collect all the items again... that's why I'm late on my some orders. The second thing, thing is that the beauty department closes at 10 pm, and I can't get some items from my orders. That's not a good thing, I think. I have a bad rating because the store is making these simple mistakes... 2* Only stras sorry... fix these problems, please!

I super appreciate businesses that let the public use their bathrooms. Kudos for that. But having a huge selection of products, but no Individual cans of Mike's hard lemonade feels snobby

I always enjoy shopping at Ralph's. The veggies are always fresh, and the shelves are neatly stocked. Also, the cashiers and store employees are always helpful and friendly! I'll be back soon!🙂

Products and floor personnel are good. Not accepting email is bad - not answering phone calls for a very long time is bad - taking forever to load (including never loading) the delivery pickup app is very bad.

I would like to say "Thank You" to Wes at the Pasadena Ralphs (160 N. Lake) and acknowledge his excellent customer service. I was not having the best day and he had so much patience with me, as I needed confirmation on 2 or 3 matters, while on the phone with him. But he gave 150% effort and made sure that everything I needed was there and that the deli had my food prepared and ready for pick up. I truly appreciate that type of customer service. It's hard to find these days, but Wes helped to make my day a good one!!!

I try to avoid this store because of its chronically poor customer service. Today I stopped by on my way home from the gym and it did not disappoint. Almadelia was rude, dismissive, and came short of calling me a liar when I told her a certain item was on sale (even when I showed her a pic I had taken of the sale tag). She allowed the line to back up, insisting that I find it on the app (the app which never works) and finally gave in after I showed her the pic for the fourth time. She stood there and watched me load my own groceries without lifting a finger, again making other customers wait. When I asked her to help speed things along, she crossed her arms and stared at me. Guess not.All this to say, looks like I'll be sticking with Trader Joe's in the future. They know what good customer service is!

Store itself is clean, presentable, and have decent products. However they really need to train ALL OF their employees customer service and not to selectively folloe certain shoppers around. As an African American and long time customer that is important to me.

I arrived at this particular Ralph's around 12:45am to pick up a few things as I sometimes have a late night schedule. It's closing time is listed as 1am. I was warned multiple times by workers (not a speaker announcement, though that came too, but this was a person directly talking at me) I only had a few minutes before they closed, and by 12:50am, a worker angrily told me "NO MORE SHOPPING" This felt rude to me. The closing time is listed as 1am, not 12:50am. I'd recommend updating the information listed so customers know, because if the closing time is 1am, then customers should have the right to still be shopping at 12:45am, or 12:50am. The closing announcement of 10 or 15 minutes till closing is understandable, but a worker personally talking angrily at a customer in an aisle telling them "no more shopping" when the store is not even officially closed feels rude to me. I am not an entitled customer, and I empathize that workers are eager to go home. However, if the closing time is 1am, then I think customers should have the right to freely shop up until 1am, without a worker in an aisle bothering them. A speaker announcement from someone up front is enough.

Did you know that Ralph’s is the first SUPERMARKET. The one on Wilshire was the first market that brought in butchers and bakers and dry goods and produce all under one roof. Pretty cool. I really like this Ralph’s great selection and the staff is really very friendly and professional. The parking is convenient but at times can be hectic. Once in awhile an unhoused person may be there and have an episode but all we can do is pray. Have a good day my good people

So I was at Ralphs looking for dog food do my super sensitive allergy prone dog Cash. Let me tell you the girl that was in there check out counter probably saved me and my dog from a lot of headache and Scratchy skin. I had told her I was looking for a dog food for my dog who is allergic to most meat proteins. I thought I had actually found a good choice but was also really exhausted that night. Upon scanning my dog food the clerk happened to look at the ingredient list while I was looking for my debit card and noticed that it contained chicken by-product meal which my dog is deadly allergic to. I was so confused because this was supposed to be a high quality dog food from Purina One. I trust that brand the last thing I thought it would have would be a by-product so thank God for that Clerk of Ralph for catching what I didn't catch

I love the meat from Ralphs. The people that work at the produce department are always nice! The people from the the deli are always mad or making fun of people. The cashier I got today is always bad(Michael f) but the rest of them are nice. :)

Love this store, however the reason for my review is because of a young man named Kevin, he is always so helpful and always greets my family and I with such courteousness. I'm sure others have experienced the same with this young man.

I like the pastry department they have Krispy Kreme donuts and a fabulous selection of cheesecakes and it's really nice right next to Starbucks which is located right at the entrance

Friendly and helpful staff.The only problem I had was trying to purchase a Private Select BBQ sauce (Memphis Enspired) and told it's no longer carried. Wish I had known, I would have stocked up, bummer.

I was provided excellent impeccable services on these dates 8/20/22 at 7.17pm and 8/24/22 at 7.12pm and was served by Mike B the cashier and Manny and Jayson who helped packed my groceries. And today 8/26/22 at 7.01am was cashier Roxanne M and the helper was I think Andrea or was it Renee? Truong had assisted as a cashier and also helped locate an item I inquired and was very helpful and professional.. And many of the staff had provided excellent impeccable services all these years in every department. Thank you very much.

This supermarket has a pharmacy that provides medication at a very competitive prices. The quality of the food, vegetables, and prepared foods including bakery are excellent
