I’ve been taking my puppy to be groomed at Petsmart. The groomer that he goes to is amazing. However the manager in the grooming department whose name is Manny, has zero customer service skills and doesn’t show any compassion for pets. This concerns me about bringing my dog here as I’m very observant and particular on who handles my pet. The first time I scheduled an appointment online it was with Manny. And when I walked in and saw his personality I almost canceled the appointment. However, another groomer ended up grooming him so I decided to keep the appointment. As a long time pet owner who has experienced my dog being abused at another Petsmart location, I am beginning to feel uneasy taking my dog here. In my opinion, Manny and people who lack compassion for animals should not be handling pets. He’s extremely dry and unpleasant.

Excellent service, I came in to get my cat groomed and worked with Randy for a third time and he was awesome as always! I love working with Randy, he is very gentle with my cat and my cat doesn't complain about him getting his fur cut, So as I was waiting for my Siberia cat to get groomed, I did a little shopping for kitten food and found everything I needed at 1 store! This was the best experience I have ever had in 1 store. Please see the pictures I have Included of my BIG BOY Siberian Cat. Now he definitely looks Cute and Fluffy with his Winter Coat but since he is a Long hair cat he does get very hot during the spring and summer time so if you have a long hair cut too, by having your cat groomed and fur trimmed during the spring season, your cat will be comfy during the summer and by fall his fur will start growing back and by winter your fur baby will have his or her coat fully grown.

I brought my adopted dog Siscily, her owner passed away, to be groomed at PetSmart. Her body needed to be shaved because of the matt's. Her facial hair was fine and I combed it every day and used barrett's, hair ties and bobby pins to add some style. When I went to pick her up I saw her on the table, but thought to myself that can't be my dog. The body was shaved, but there were random long pieces on still left on parts of her body and her face had been unevenly cut. She is a Cocker Spaniel Mix, ( Cockapoo ), but not anymore. She looks like a Poodle and then I I saw on her profile, that I created my groomer, ( Araceli ) , changed her breed to Poodle Miniature can you believe that, but I changed it back. There will be no more styling the front bangs for now and I AM SAD ! I will say the store manager was very kind to me when I went back to addresses my concerns and even gave Siscily a Dog Sweater at no charge and refunded the the $82.00 that I paid and for what I am not sure because no report card was given 😣

I like coming here for my fur babies needs. They have better prices for cat litter, cat, and dog treats. If they have a better deal on Chewy. com, Petsmart will price match it! 🤯

As a new pet owner, staff with product knowledge and their expertise is very important for me. I went there right after our vet visit to pick up flea products and a neck ring for our dog. This is our first time dealing with fleas. I asked staff for help with the sizing of the neck ring as well as product recommendations. They may have been understaffed but I felt rushed when he tried to explain the flea products. As for the neck ring, they weren’t helpful at all. All the other pet shops we have been to, the staff were very attentive and took time to explain things, which helped me choose a product that I felt more comfortable with. So I think I’ll skip this place and go to other stores. It may be good for those pet owners who are experienced, just to pick up products.

My review is based on my dogs grooming experience with Shaday. She takes good care of my little ones. She's gentle and gives them lots of tlc, helping ease their grooming anxiety. After trying multiple groomers, I finally found the perfect fit for them. I’ve taken my pups to Shaday for 3+ years now! I drive from 45 minutes away and I am Super grateful for her.

Do not waste your money on Petsmart grooming. They have no clue of what they are doing. You would think super expensive but worth it, no it is not. When a groomer shave a Pomeranian, and ruin their fur, this has only one meaning, no experience, no clue, no knowledge whatsoever. This happened in two different Petsmart grooming stores, which means Petsmart hires whatsoever. I am so very upset and disappointed. They charge $72 then extra for special shampoo extra for teeth, extra for nails, so i wonder what the $72 cover exactly????

Not many stores carry our dogs food so I had called here to confirm they had it available after seeing they had a “few in stock” on the Petsmart website. The person I spoke to told me they didn’t and it was discontinued.So I tried ordering it online to pick up at this store and sure enough the order went through and I was able to pick it up a couple hours later. When I picked up the order I spoke to another staff member and they said they have no records of it being taken off the shelf or it being discontinued.Wish the employee I spoke to over the phone would have done a better job with the false information she provided.

I was truly impressed by groomer Shaday C. My dog Dottie looked exceptional. Shaday really listened to what we wanted and executed my instructions perfectly. Shaday is an exceptional groomer. Thank you for taking good care of our fur baby.

The checkout is almost always so long to checkout! It can get pretty bad so if you have patience then you'll be ok! Some employees can definitely work on their customer service skills! I mean you do deal with the public and if you have no patience amd dont know how to talk to people with care and respect then you shouldn't be working at a retail place of all places!

What a great store and staff! It's quite far from home, so I called in advance to make sure they had exactly what I needed. They were nice enough to check stock for me. When I arrived, someone immediately asked if he could help me find anything. When I told him what I needed, he said, "Oh, you called about that; right this way," took me to the correct aisle, and even loaded the big bag of food into my cart. When I thanked him, he said, "You're the reason we have jobs!" I thought I had time-traveled back to that kinder era when helpful service was common in stores. What a refreshing and pleasant experience. Kudos to a truly excellent staff! On a more practical note, parking was plentiful and easy. Overall great experience, and well worth the long drive!

Poor customer service , I been a customer for 9 years and I bring my 2 dogs for the grooming salon but they didn’t accept them because I was 10’ earlier. So sad bye bye Petsmart.

Great staff. Friendly, helpful. Can find what u need here for your pet. Was looking everywhere for Friskies Little Soups for cats, they had it. A little more pricey, but worth it! Will continue shopping here for my pet.
