My dog loves the groomers at Petco! They give him so much attention! He’s always excited to go and super happy while he’s there. He always comes out, smelling so fresh, and so clean!Every groomer we’ve had has always gone a cut above. His favorite groomers are Alex, Emmett, and Jessica!

From the time I made the appointment I was treated nicely. Once there my fur baby was greeted and made to feel at ease. Front desk young man explained everything. This was my second time and I will continue to bring my baby.

The actual grooming / nails cut and buffed was great...but the store gets a zero, or negative rating trying to schedule an appointment. Called 5 DAYS in a row and left vmail for grooming staff to call back to schedule...NEVER got a call back. Talked to store personnel 3 times who promised to have grooming call back...NEVER a call. Finally just walked in yesterday. If you are going to have vmail be responsive and return calls! If the store was not so conveniently located I would never, ever go there!

My little terrier was supposed to have a "Teddy bear face"and is trimmed to the bone like a chihuahua. (whiskers too.)I put a second star because I believe the groomer is a nice personwho loves pets and had NO IDEA what he did wrong. The rest of the tasks were well taken care of. I still have no intention to come back. It was nice to refund but still a trauma.

The was by far the best service I have ever received getting a grooming. I wish I could remember the groomers name who helped me! I live In west La but my work is in Pasadena and you bet I will only be bringing my dog back to this location!!

I am not usually a fan of corporations, however the groomer’s at PetCo are held to a high standard. All dogs have to have up to date vaccinations too which I appreciate. My dog is a bit nervous and skiddish with grooming, he always leaves PetCo happy and wagging his tail. I can tell they are gentle and kind with him. Thank you!!

Great service! I took my rescue dog for grooming for the first time, and the staff was friendly and took care to make me and my dog feel comfortable with the experience. My dog is extremely anxious in any new environments and was shaking from nerves the whole way to the salon, as well as during check in. When I picked her up after grooming and on the drive back home she was super calm which just speaks volumes to the care she got. Pauline was awesome!

They love my dog and my dog love them. He will run towards Petco grooming not the other way around (it usually happens to other grooming places).

Groomer was super sweet with our puppy. She was super fearful and I think he was gentle with her. This was her first trip to the groomers and he walked us through the visit. Took on lots of tangled hair and I got back a clean fluffy puppy. ☺️

I've taken my dog Willow to Petco Pasadena for grooming ever since I adopted her more than two years ago from a Los Angeles County shelter. She has always been treated well and always looks beautiful (and smells wonderful) after every grooming session. I had a bad experience with the woman who groomed the last dog in the family before Willow, and before that, so-so experience at the local PetSmart, which actually is closer to home than Petco. But now I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I made my appointment online, but when I showed up for my appointment it was actually for the next week! I was met at the door by Anita, and she was able to fit me in anyway. I was really pleased about that! Pauline was my technician, and she was great! Kona loved her!

Skye at the groomers was extremely friendly and sweet. My dog is always very nervous at the groomers and he warmed up to her fairly quickly. She treated my dog with love and care.

My dog comes out looking and smelling great! He is a long haired corgi and they do a great job at combing him out and getting small hair knots out. Compared to most places, it's a great price.
