The service here is excellent. All of the staff members are so friendly and kind. They have a self service dog bath here that my husband and I like to use. Note - the self service dog bath closes about an hour before the store closes. We found out the hard way today, but one of the employees Jim was so kind about it and gave our dog a little treat! Highly recommend this store to any pet owners around the area!

This place is very mid. The selection of products isn’t very good. The dog was station is $18 seems a bit expensive for what it offers. I have never been to a dog wash that cost more than $10-15 and I’ve never been to a dog wash that doesn’t have aprons for you to wear. For the most part employees were cool but I can’t recommend this spot.

This place is great. Customer service is good. But the reason I gave it a 4 stars is because of the first time I went to this location the service started off great. I had brought my husky to a new pet store and he’s a shy husky. He had a few oopsies around the store. Some older lady that works there started to give me dirty looks after the one oopsie. The second time my doggie went again, she gave me her 2 cents about how my dog is not neutered and males leave their marks in places they smell females. 😒yea I got a bit bothered and I just let it go. I walked it off around the store looking for more product for my floof. When I finally got what I came to get from the store. I had purchased a bag of Nulo kibble ( fyi that food is amazing I recommend to any one who has picky eater) by that time I had asked the cashier if her cans were still in sale? She said yes of course. I asked if I could leave and go pick up some cans? She said of course. I asked to leave my purchased bag at the register? She happened to ask the same old lady that was giving me dirty looks. 🙄. By then there was a few more people in line… and she puts me on blast in front of everyone. She tells the cashier “you can go get her the cans she wants because her dog is peeing everywhere”. I got really upset. And atomic bomb went off inside of me😤. I kept composure. The cashier had tried to convince me to go and get the cans. I felt hurt and insulted, I told the cashier thanks but I don’t think I want them, I’ll just go else where because this woman has a problem with my dog. I was not about to start making a scene with this woman about her nasty comments. I contemplated on returning because I didn’t want to see her ever again. But since my floof is a picky eater and I’ve been searching everywhere heaven and earth looking and buying bags left and right that he just doesn’t want. I swallowed my pride and just went back 3 weeks later. Hoping I wouldn’t see that woman again. The second time I went back a kind man who worked there offered to help, I asked if I could talk to management about that woman’s nasty customer service. He helped me out and convinced me to come back again. And I do go back, I just have to watch out for that woman, and I don’t bring my floof there again sadly. And he likes pet stores once he gets used to them and sees other pups there. I have worked retail most of my life and I’ve never been this nasty to anyone. Let alone being put on the spot simply because my dog had an oopsie.

Second time I went here and I really like it despite pricey-ness. I am very pleased with a high quality ingredients and different mixtures of frozen variety for my pup. I made this switch to reduce allergies and it definitely is working.The staff working the floor last fri were very nice and approachable. One gal even took the Time to let me know about the sale while I was gathering my food even though I didn't ask. So thoughtful 💕However, I cannot say the same about the guy at the register... He was not friendly and didn't even look me in the eye. When I set up my shopping bag, while he was scanning, he put all my food to the side of the bag even though I held my bag open for him to put in. It was over ten pieces of things n puzzling to see a conscious effort of ignoring. Completely not my experience from the first visit, so I'd still come back despite this dbag but star off for that one.

We've come here for the last few months for all things for our kitties to get their food, toys, and other supplies when we need them. They always have everything we need, and staff are always ready to help us find something. Also, can we talk about how great their toy selection is??This afternoon, I was getting some supplies for my cat post surgery, and both the manager and lady working at the register (I forgot their names, but I'll find out next time I go in!) were amazing helping me find things I needed to make his recovery comfortable. I also needed a surgery suit onesie, and the lady read my mind and suggested I get one so he doesn't have to wear his cone. I would have 100 percent forgotten if she hadn't showed me where it was. 💕Thank you, team!

It’s first time to bring my dogs here for self wash tonight. Buy 3 tokens($15/each) get extra 1 free(all 4), 25 minutes is enough for my 2 dogs(shampoo and dry by 2 ppl), and gel and towels are included, it’s worthy. Needs to thanks for Jason’s assistance, he is helpful and very nice!

Really great place for pet supplies! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kitties up for adoption here. Do-it-yourself dog wash. Tons of eco-friendly products and vegan pet food/treat options. Very clean. Holistic items like CBD as well!

I happened to be walking my dog nearby and decided to peak inside. Its a very nice high end pet supply store with coin operated pet wash stations like 10. They had a complimentary pet scale to check if your pet's weight is in a healthy range and which station can hold your dog.Staff was very well informed and helped me find the right food for my senior dog. They don't have a membership rewards but most food and treats were by 3 get the 4th free.

This is a good location Pet Food Express. We come here all the time when we are in the neighborhood. I like their selection of treats and snacks for our dogs. The prices are somewhat on the higher side, however, they have a good selection and varieties to choose from. Staff are always courteous and friendly.

They have plenty of free parking behind the store. The store is clean and organize with a lot of variety. The staff are professional, welcoming, and helpful.I went in to use their self wash station. My dog was not a fan because the water is slightly on the cold side. But all the other dogs there seem to enjoy it. They provide/lend out aprons and waterproof collars.My dog did love their selection of dried chews which were priced well.

My dog loves this place. On our walks, he always wants to come here. The staff here are so friendly and love seeing him and offer him lots of treats and pets. The store itself has become my go-to place for any dog products. They stock top quality goods here and have a generous return policy. Don't hesitate to ask the staff for anything, they are knowledgeable and always down to help. I'm so happy that this store is in my neighborhood, it definitely brings happiness to all the pets here!

Bath area is clean and easy to figure out.Bakery items are awesome and how creative! I love this store because it carries products that are not harmful to pets. We had been wanting to change my dog's food but just didn't trust most retailers which seemed like they just sold expensive things that were not that much better. My sister found it and we love it. My dog loves the food and I'm happy to report that I can see that it has had a positive effect in his overall health. His coat is so soft and shiny. I love it and my awesome little mutt is happier. 👍

I was recommended by Just Food For Dogs to go this store for their renal prescription food for my fur baby. They really make the process to turn in the prescription really easy and helpful to get the food rather quickly (on the same day). The service has also been pleasant. I am coming back here weekly for my fur-baby food supply.

Amazing! We did the self dog wash... it was awesome! I wish I would have tried it sooner. You pay 15 bucks and you get to wash and dry your pup for about 25 minutes. I took my German shepherd and it was more than enough time to wash my girl. The staff if polite and helpful. Towels and a waterproof collar are provided! A must try if you dont have the space to do this at home.

They have kitties available for adoption! The place they have for them is roomy and so nicely kept. It’s nice to be able to see them through the windows to the kennels. The staff is helpful and always nice.

This is where we get our dog food and treats. They carry the premium stuff, they are super friendly, and they have a pet washing area. It's a nice store and very welcoming. Many of there items, if you buy 3 you get 1 free! They have convenient hours as well.

This place is amazing! The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the various pet products that are there. They also have a vet there every Saturday as well as adoptions. They also have wash stations for your pets! I loved it here and will definitely be coming back for my pet needs. Way to go Pet Food express!

Helpful store for dog owners. Their buy 3, get the 4th free has been a big money saver for us, enabling us to afford better food for two big dogs.We also use their dog wash facilities, as it’s so much easier on our backs than using our tub at home. Staff is very helpful and can teach you how to use it.

This place is seriously adorable. I'm not kidding. There is a bakery for doggy treats and a pet wash with stairs for those shorter, stubbier puppy legs. The store caters to dog and cat owners, so you won't find much for your pet iguana (if you have one). The food is high quality, the amount of kitty trees is rather impressive, and if you're in Pasadena and want to adopt a cat, then you can adopt one here!
