I have been bringing my cats here for a while, but in November we had them stay for boarding for almost a week. I brought them their own food and the day of pickup I asked for them to get showered. When I was picking up, one of my cats was being difficult to get out of the cage so that got me thinking how was it that they took her out a while ago for her bath. She ended up having an accident and I had to shower when I got home. During her shower so much dirt came off her that it was impossible for her to have gotten a shower earlier that day. As the first 3 days went by they were both passing gas horribly. Im thinking they did not get fed the food I left them. They charge a pretty penny and I would expect atleast honesty if they were not able to get her out for her shower so I wouldn't of had to pay for hers. From now we will take our business elsewhere.

Dont go here for teeth cleaning. Terrible serive. The people doing it are rude as well dont have respect for your tine. They waste your time. Twice they scheduled an appt with me. Waited 30 minites then they cancelled with some excuse. Took another 15 minutes to get a refund each time.

We have been in love with My Pet Grden since we got our doggie almost 7 years ago. Reasonable prices and they make you feel good leaving your pet there. We used the overnight services and regularly take her here for baths and grooming. Never had an issue. Katy is thee best.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this pet salon I take both my Pomeranian doggies here for a few years now and the staff is friendly attentive and always do what I want as far as grooming my dogs come out happy and smelling wonderful! They also have loyalty discounts on grooming I will only go to these groomers !

This place is the best! I have a hard time finding a place to groom my senior cat because she is 16 years old and most places aren’t suitable for her needs. Not to mention, I had recently moved so I was looking for a reliable place that I could trust to take extra care of my baby girl. The MPG staff was friendly, understanding, and incredibly patient in trying to help my appointment booked. They made an accommodation for us where a staff member was able to come in for an early morning appointment so they could have a quiet and calm environment for my senior cat to get groomed. This truly meant a lot to me as my cat gets easily stressed out and at her older age, stress can be a lot on her. They made her not only look so adorable, but they got her so clean! She had some mats around her hind legs that they got off and even cleaned her ears and clipped her nails to a safe length. The appointment was fast, efficient, and affordable. My senior cat looked great and wasn’t stressed at all when I picked her up. I wish I could give this place another star cause they truly went above and beyond. Not to mention, they sent me this really sweet note in the mail that brightened my day. Thanks, My Pet Garden! I definitely will be returning!

Please don’t take your cats there because there are lots of dogs barking.I took my cat and she was so anxious because of all the barking.My daughter already ask one of the person there they said it’s ok we can bring our cat there will not be dogs early in the morning . They called me that it’s not possible for them to groom her. Pick her up, when we did she was very depressed and so quiet and sad .do not trust them for cats .

Wonderful experience! I have a 6yo corgi who is nervous when it comes to grooming and baths. They took amazing care of him and gave him the best grooming I’ve received. The team was very kind and thoughtful and my pup came back looking great with a fresh cut! Additionally-I’ve received tons of compliments at the dog park and will continue to recommend this business.

Great customer service! Thanks for helping me find the right soaps to get out the skunk smell off Milo when he was sprayed! It was much less messy than tomato sauce and did the trick.

I love this place so muchhhh, everyone is so kind, and I always get discount coupons when I arrive, in the mail or via email. I take my dogs here to get groomed and they always leave happy and squeaky clean. They have daycare there as well, which I haven't tried out yet. This small business deserves support from locals!

Super friendly environment. I don't currently board my pets. I buy food and supplies for my 2 cats and my dog and occasionally have my dog's nails groomed. I am very happy with how helpful and accommodating they are with information and special requests. They often offer new pet products to keep it fresh and are always helpful and willing to answer questions and offer suggestions. Even though we aren't in there every week they remember us and often acknowledge us by name. I can't recommend them more. If you are in the area, you should make them your pet store of choice!

Our little Luna was soooo happy and sassy when walking out of here after getting professionally groomed for the first time! She’s a 9-year old rescue we just adopted 6 months ago and I’m so happy she was comfortable here. They did a great job and did exactly what I asked for! The staff is also super nice and friendly!

The store seems to cater more to dogs; however they carry FussieCat wet cat food, which is super hard to find. I make large purchases of their selection of FussieCat to last me a month at a time. The store is clean and the staff are friendly.

Went in for the first time looking for christmas gifts for my pets and it was a diamond in the ruff! (No pun intended) they literally have all the personalized collars for cat and dog. Plenty of food and services offered and the staff my goodness were so happy to see us! They are super friendly and that's what brings back customers! Great job everyone 👏

Had a wonderful experience at My Pet Garden. They were really kind, helpful and very gentle in grooming my cat. Always felt like this was a service under friends rather than a business! The icing on the cake was the wonderful, handwritten card i received in the mail a couple of weeks later, such an unexpected outstanding gesture! Will definitely be back.

We brought in our 1 year old puppy for a hair trim, this was our first time at this groomer (she usually keeps her hair 1 inch long when we get grooms), we specifically asked to keep her ears and tails long, AND we showed a photo of what we wanted from a previous cut. We are SO DISPLEASED. I was in such shock picking her up, I didn’t make a fuss in the store. However when we called back to ask exactly what happened, we were told “We will call you back” and haven’t heard a thing. The grooming appointment was on Sunday, we called back Monday, and today Friday we still haven’t heard back to get an explanation of how this happened. How in the WORLD, when we specified EXACTLY what we wanted, could they get it so wrong?! And not only that, they kept her tail long when they shaved everything else? Including the ears? Nothing makes sense and we are EXTREMELY unhappy. We didn’t pay, but we also didn’t get a good reason for why this happened. Their negligence is abysmal. Pretty pricy but its great quality stuff. They answer your questions and give you tips. They offer grooming too. Though I stopped using those services after my dog got an allergic reaction to the flea treatment one. But definitely go there for the food, treats, toys, and accessories. They're good People.

This review is strictly on the canine dental cleaning. It's non-anesthesia and the charge is $160. It was finished within 15 minutes. Afterwards, no receipts, no written reports, no post cleaning instructions. Just a verbal ok and off I went. I think at a rate of $640 an hour, a lot more professionalism can definitely be on display. No return cleaning for me. :(

I have been taking my dog here for about 1 year and never again. I am always very thorough and double check that his teeth have been brushed, anal glands are taken care of, etc and I ask them if everything looks okay.A few days ago, I left My Pet Garden under the impression that he was happy and healthy. Hours after his grooming, I noticed a big red bump near his tail that swelled up and started to bleed.With a visit to the vet just yesterday, I found out that he had two impacted/abscessed anal glands, one that bursted through his skin. Also, the groomers were NOT cutting his nails to the point that a sore formed due to his nails rubbing against his skin. Turns out, (the vet informed me) that they had NOT been cleaning his anal glands, cutting his nails, OR brushing his teeth for a very long time. Not to mention his cut is different every single time that I go there.The groomers should have AT LEAST let me know that he needed to go to the vet. This is not okay. I'm very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

After a poor experience elsewhere we took our little dog in for an emergency bath and haircut. She looked a bit like a mop when we dropped her off and when we picked her up not only was she clean and smelling fresh, but the cut was adorable. They did a great job and have earned a loyal customer. now this is how it is done!!!
