My dog is super timid and usually hates getting groomed- but she actually loves them!! I think because they're so gentle and sweet with her. I would highly recommend- they're so consistent and really care about your dog. It's the first place I've been to that doesn't have a million dogs there at once- it's pretty quiet and they have the same people there every time! Prices are great too.

My friend and i have been taking our maltese here for 4 months now, very pleased with their service. Your dog is the only one being groomed and they are treated with great care. They have never been running latr when we drop them off. You want a good groom from a place that does everything they say they will do LA PET HOME is the place for you and your 4 legged family member.

I’m so impressed. They were patient with very anxious puppy and did a fantastic job handle my big personality puppy! These two dogs look so handsome and smell so good. I highly recommend. It was easy to schedule, very professional and great communication. We are definitely going back.

I could not be happier with LA Pet HOME. I took my recently adopted rescue to them and was worried about her reaction. She was happy, beautifully groomed and was ready very quickly. Pricing is very reasonable. Highly highly recommend. Very nice people too

We brought our scared little Havanese to LA pet home. She doesn’t usually like grooming, but she liked it better there. They were really friendly and gave her space to get used to them, they where also really gentle with her and she looked great when she was done. Next time you want to find a good groomer it’s a good price and place. We will differently will be going back!

This place is wonderful! It’s a cute store with good nutritional products and very cute, reasonably priced dog accessories. But what really makes this a 5 star plus business for me is their grooming. I have a sweet blind 12-year old cocker spaniel. For 9 years I had been going to a large groomer in Monrovia, but I had to switch after my dog had a seizure there due to the high-speed dryer and noise. They didn’t even tell me until I came to get him, and they offered no solutions. So, desperate to get his hair trimmed after all this rain, I found LA Pet Home. Thank goodness! Fatih and Lauren listened to me, told me they could use a lower-speed dryer, and suggested how his hair should be cut. They were so kind and patient, and my dog was very calm and happy and looks fantastic! And the price was reasonable! This is a great new local Pasadena business!!

This is a great place to take your dog- besides grooming, they also offer boarding and day care services. They did a good job with my golden doodle and I loved the service from Fatih and Lauren! I will definitely be coming back

Absolutely the best spot. I tried a couple of places but my dog would not eat and then come home depressed for days. This spot changed it all for him and the staff is always very friendly and attentive. They take great care of the dogs and keep the place clean. We love their services and employees! Easy booking and attentive groomers! Highly recommend their dental cleaning services as well!

Super happy with the dogs' bath and haircut. The staff were very friendly and handled the dogs well. Left them while I was at work, so having the daycare here was also a huge plus.

My puppy just had his first grooming experience w LA Pet Home and I couldn’t be happier with the service and attention. They did a beautiful job grooming him even tho he was nervous and not collaborating (lol) he wanted to lay down the entire time, they still managed to do an amazing job. The owner of the shop was so welcoming. My precious baby felt so comfortable like she was home. I'm so glad for the amazing grooming and the services provided for my baby. They really love the dogs and treat them as gently as possible. Give this place a chance and you definitely won't regret it. I can say that I'm a loyal client now :)

Such a stellar job with my Maltese mix, I’m so happy I found this place!! The staff is so attentive, friendly, and treat your pup as if they were their own. We’ve been to other groomers that have made him so anxious, but here my pup was comfortable, taken well care of and HAPPY!! We’ll definitely keep coming back here for his routine haircut. I’m very happy with this new shop and their grooming services. I have a puppy that I took to only one other grooming place before this. The difference between this place and the other is night & day. Firstly, they are very friendly and the dropoff doesn’t feel rushed and/or chaotic. They took the time to introduce themselves to me, and more importantly, to my anxious pupper. Secondly, I was very satisfied with how they groomed my goldendoodle, especially around her face, as the other grooming place looked obnoxiously triangular. Very relieved to say that I have found my go-to groomer in these parts! Next time, I will also check out their pet merchandise for sale.

Writing this to say that this place really cares about the comfort of your pet. My highly anxious pup went in for a nail trim and although she was too anxious to make it through the appointment, they didn’t force her to keep going and made sure to check in with me. They wouldn’t charge me for anything given the circumstances and even sent me home with a pair of nail clippers in case we wanted to try ourselves! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Stopped in here on the way to coffee. The owner is unbelievably friendly and the space is intimate and welcoming. We ended up just purchasing a few items for our new rescue cat. Fati even offered to make us coffee while we were there. Cannot recommend stopping in enough. What a friendly and wonderful experience.
