My husband and I had visited this store in hopes of finding even higher/better quality/human grade dog food as my mom's family dog tends to have a lot of allergies including of course food allergies. Not only where we able to find 3 options for her, she ate all of them with no issue and honestly she looks amazing. It feels so fulfilling to have your pets eat as well as you do , in hopes of better health and longevity for them. My cats on the other hand are a bit pickier but I hope to be able to transition them to the food available here and thank you for keeping our fellow felines in mind as well. Skye was of great assistance and we appreciate her kindness on our second visit , but first purchase since our first time in was just a window shopping moment. I hope to see the continuation of expanded selection on the items available with our beloved companions best health/interest in mind. I also appreciate the fair prices as this is a expensive city to begin with. I will definitely be a returning customer, thank you guys and this will definitely be a place we will frequent now that we know.

My 16 year old Shih Tsu, Jethro, loves the staff at Healthy Spot in Pasadena! He gets groomed by Donna once a month and she does a WONDERFUL JOB! ALL the employees there are extremely friendly and very loving to our petsI recommend them to all people who want the best for their pets!!!!!

We’ve been here many times to buy treats and jackets for our dog and everyone working here is so helpful and nice. We brought our Shiba Inu here for grooming today and Luna did such an amazing job! Our girl, like most Shibas, can be particular with baths and has never let anyone clip her nails. When we picked her up, we were amazed to see that Luna was able to clip her back nails and our dog ran out happy and calm. Luna is so patient and understanding and we wished we came here earlier to find her. Everyone we met today is very caring and it’s no wonder this place is packed with dogs. The people here is worth the drive. Thank you Luna and team!

This place is amazing! I had a VERY bad experience with my newly resued Cockapoo, Siscily, at PetSmart. I took her to PetSmart and they shaved her body and face. They even nicked and cut her face & body. They also didn't perform things that came with my $100 package! Well, I just moved to Pasadena and I was walking her one day and walked by Heathy Spot. The people there were all so nice and they helped Siscily and I feel better. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. My Siscily is all fixed and looks like a Princess. Healthy Spot is a pet store; however, they hold some free social events throughout the year that are fun for both humans and pets. At the first social event I attended, I was pleasantly surprised with their free creative dog treat menu.My pup also received a gift bag, puppatinis, and tons of treats to try. There was even a holiday-themed photo booth and to top it off, they threw in raffle tickets inside the gift bags for a chance to win some amazing prizes. The social events are a great way to meet other dog owners and it also gives your fur baby a chance to try and test out new foods.For further details, check out my travel blog.

We live walking distance and my dogs and me love this store. They have healthy food and treats for your dogs, cute toys and clothes along with all the much needed stuff for your furry kids. The groomers here are amazing and always take care of our two pugs. My doggies love coming here and pull us to the register and start begging for treats. The staff is always so kind and they spoil our puggies!

Best spot for grooming and the staff is so wonderful. They have a great selection of door and treats. My little puppy is a grand chewer. They introduced me to a yak cheese bone. It lasts my dog a week and no problems with his digestive system.

Popped in while visiting Pasadena. Really nice little store, well stocked with lots of cool stuff. They have a great grooming setup also. We bought a toy and some treats. Prices are good.

Miki is the best groomer ever. She takes such amazing care of Zee as you can see from this photo. Zee is always photo ready after Miki works on him.We appreciate her loving care and kindness. The entire staff here consists of animal lovers who obviously enjoy what they do. We ❤️ this place.

I went to this store yesterday to help my friend David pick up the products he ordered for his cat on doordash. But I experienced a terrible hour. When I told their employees that I wanted to pick up, they told me that they needed an order number. But I contacted david and kept looking in the app, and we didn't find this thing. Later, I called doordash customer service, and doordash customer service told me that there is no such order number, but the customer service checked our information and told us that employees could help us communicate with the clerk. However, it is very bad that they said that this is their company's regulations that require order number to be checked. doordash also told them there was no such thing. Later, David can only cancel the order. I have to go elsewhere to buy. However, I took it once in the last month. I just checked my information. There is no need for this non-existent "order number". Today I learned from other friends of mine that their so-called order number is actually the order number given to the merchant by doordash. Health sport even let our guests provide this thing.The first picture is the order number required by health sport. The second picture is what my friend told me. This is the order number displayed by the machine in the store.I will not go to this store again, and neither will my friends. We checked all the information and they did not let us take things away. This caused some troubles in the back. A girl with a fat neck with a lot of particles, a thin boy, and a girl with very tall hair. Hope you won't meet themReply：I hope that everyone will not come into contact with them. Because your three employees didn't help me solve any problems. All I need is an "order number" that doesn't exist in the customer app. Even after I called doordash customer service to confirm my identity, they were still unwilling to help me solve the problem. We will not go to your business again. I also hope that everyone will not come into contact with such shops and employees who only shirk their responsibilities.

My dog is 8 years old. He has always been shy and takes a long time to warm up with new people. I haven't taken him to any groomer because of his temperment. He finally got professionally groomed first time in eight years because I was too busy to bathe him at home. Surprisingly he is really good to Miki. She is amazing. She is very gentle with him and did not show any fear. Look at his nice butt job and hair do! I will definitely use her again!

Jay did such a fantastic job filing my dog Axel’s nails. Axel is a very strong and nervous pup. However, I watched Jay hug and kiss Axel, making him so comfortable, while successfully completing the job. Great job, Jay! The staff at this store location is always so welcoming as well. Great customer service. Sky helped me to pick the kibble, fresh topper awesome squash and suggested to mix it with kibbles. Also showed me were the Cod skins was. Next she charged and a very handsome young man carried the 24lbs bag of dog food to my car.Outstanding customer service.🤗

A nee location to service pet owners. With dog grooming and sales of many items. Grand opening today. Store was packed and it was a warm day. Caution on parking be very aware of parking on street as daytime is 1 ht and patrols are hourly $52 for going over so maybe better in back.

Nice little chain but this store is pretty tiny so the selection is not the largest. I love that they have K9 grillz come for non anesthetic teeth cleaning.
