I came in last night between 9p &10p to get a few things and I did self check out. I opened my bag this morning and realized I forgot to bag 1 item i paid for. I called this morning to let them know so I wouldn't prolong letting the whole day go by. I called this morning to let someone know and all I got was attitude, it was very obvious she didn't want to help and rushed me off phone. I gave her details of what happened and all she can say was I don't see it. Asking are you going to come now, I told her no it wont be till after I got off work and it wouldn't be til after 5p.. She must hate her job because if that's how you talk to people then she's working in the wrong industry and needs to be retrained. I wasn't expecting such rude customer service. If you don't like your job then quit.

This pharmacy is notorious for not having prescriptions ready in a timely manner, so I called ahead prior to picking up to ensure my sick child's medicine would be ready so I could run in and out. The pharmacy tech said yes, it's ready, come on in. I left my sick kiddo in the brief care of an older sibling and ran over to find out that no, the prescription was NOT ready and that I would have to wait 30 minutes for the pharmacist to return from lunch before they could mix the medicine. Why tell me it was ready when it was not... and... if it could only be mixed upon my arrival, why tell me to come over right as the pharmacist was leaving for lunch? I need to be home with my sick child - not sitting in a dirty waiting space at CVS hoping the pharmacist returns soon. So unprofessional and worse - uncaring.

I went into this location today, Two ladies are very lazy and no help at all , one lady walked by me while I was pressing the help button, she didn’t even say anything or help….. and walked away from me, and I pressed the help button again, the other lazy lady came with a long face, I asked her help and she seems very angry, being as a customer, no one need that horrible service.

Well organized product selection, friendly service. Convenient self checkout with all discounts automatically popping up for CVS members. I have never used the pharmacy at this location.

A total nightmare to refill my simple prescription. I have been there 3 times. I bring the existing bottle. All end up in excuses, a lecture, questions, different people, back and forth on a computer monitor.

This CVS is our favorite! Well stocked, good lighting,good variety of products and great staff. Oscar, Arlene, Hector. Bertha, Brandon and Brittany are the best 👌

Always out of stock on a product I need although they have it but havnt restocked it yet. Every single time its the same issue of not restocking. You'd think the self check out would solve this issue.

Twice my family came here for prescriptions and they decided not to even attempt to run our insurance. The first time they said the machine was down so they can't run insurance. The second time they charged my partner and said our insurance doesn't do prescriptions. I went in to clear it up and they changed the story saying our insurance was inactive, when that is not the case. I tried to make a formal complaint and they out right denied to explain to me how to do it, referring me to an informal option. Without me prying more we would have been out $70 for no reason.

Front desk is too lazy to check inventory for me. People who needs Covid test kit and strongly ask for help means these people are not being so well. This front desk is probably don’t care whether people’s lives.

Went today early in the morning, just 11 mins of the store being open and the employee aimee seemed bothered because I forgot which number account I used to redeem my extra bucks. I understand there was a line behind me but for her to act that way was rude. She kept on sighing instead of being helpful. I find it funny because the store barely open and she was already bothered to work there.

the minute clinic covid testing turned out to be an hour-long-nobody-showed-up fiasco. Me and 5 other cars drove away from the appointment only drive through location without getting tested. There was somebody inside moving about behind a glass window looking just as lost as those zombies dressed in medical garb in World War Z. But then again it wasn't a complete surprise.

Terrible experience. Out of stock items days before being restocked. Dropped off prescription 8 hrs before pickup. CVS didn't have it ready on time nor after waiting 30 mins. Staff is nice but overwhelmed. I choose not to go here anymore.

Every time I come here there's always enormous waits at the pharmacy while one of the pharmacists sits behind a counter staring at you and not helping you. They will always give you issues with your medications, and cause unnecessary delays. If there was a pharmacy closer to home I would use them, this pharmacy is the worst of the worst.

Impolite and Unprofessional. It happened already twice the doctor send them the prescription and they say they never received it discharging me with a very rude manner. Double checking they realized to have the prescriptions but they did not want to show me the date they received them. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

2 stars because they answered the phone and I only had to wait on hold 2 minutes. Unfortunately, they did not have the Shingletts vaccine in stock for any first doses....so I will shop elsewhere for my vaccine, but wanted to go here as it’s my neighborhood CVS.

Very friendly staff. Always helpful. Even more helpful and friendly since the covid and they have been very informative about when certain certain things are going to be in stock in the near future, when they are out of stock. Really appreciate this location going above and beyond. They have taken a lot of tension and stress out of my life. Thank You 🙏

Super rude store management and staff. I’ve experienced this firsthand and seen them be inexcusably rude to other customers. Avoid this CVS especially if you’re sick or need help.
