CVS pharmacy employees have no customers service skills. Very sour expressions on their faces. For a place that should represent life and health care, they don’t express themselves in any such manner. Instead you get a lot of attitude and they make you feel as if you are bothering them by asking them questions.

Large CVS location with adequate free parking. Security in parking lot and store OK during day light. Mostly well-stocked but some items, not just sale items missing from shelves. Must call associate for help to access some products kept in locked cases in the aisles now due to theft. Rating for front-of-store only, not for pharmacy.

I was at this store yesterday, which is my cvs I always go to. Unfortunately, yesterday was really disappointing the type of response and customer service I received. I had just walked in and went straight to the shampoo area and a man in his early 30s, 6 ft tall dressed decent but walked almost straight at me and whispered some very indecent comments. I got scared because he was so tall and thought he was going to grab me, so I went to the cashier and to the lady who was replenishing the shelves and told her. But she seemed not interested in the issue, instead she just responded that he had also told her the same abd asked her for her phone number. She continued to do her work as of no big deal. The guy saw me talking to the cashier and walked out. Please aware if this guy and carry your pepper spray. I was holding it at the time. The guy was in his early 30s, about 6ft, dressed decent in shorts, short hair, and black.

Pharmacy staff are very helpful and friendly, but usually very busy, so consider another option if you’re in a rush

The staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I actually feel discriminated. I waited on an employee for 30 mins because she was on lunch then when I saw her her co employee chose to help a white person over me while I'm talking to her because she said "I do not speak your language when clearly I speak English" this is never ok not because I look Asian Mariah will just assume I don't speak English then when confronted she have the audacity to act like she's being a victim because she is called out for being rude and disrespectful. All I came in for is to return or exchange my defective hair tool. FYI I say it's rude because I'm already talking to her then a man approaches I haven't even been helped but when the white guy did not even excuse him self but started talking to her and she just walked away from me leaving me hanging in front of her. I said excuse me Ms! I waited for you for 30 mins and then you will just leave me here and started helping him while I was talking to you! She said ohh well it did not seems that your talking to me. I heard you spoke a different language l, I said what? I'm talking to you in English. I also called out the customer and said excuse me sir she's helping me first then you did not even bother to excuse yourself. This is not okay. It also allowed other people to call me out because confronting the employee delayed people's check out as well which is unacceptable. She just left me there without helping me. The biggest wrongful thing you can do is to be selective on who to help. I paid you guys with my hard earned money. It's 100% my right to be given the same respect and opportunity just like everyone else I'm also American that shares the same rights! Not because I'm asian you would assume I don't speak English. Felisidad made it worse she's just standing there knowing what's going on but did not do anything to help. This is not ok nor to be taken lightly. I wasn't able to sleep because of the stress that this brought me. I can not believe that helping me locate my return or replace a defective item will trigger this kind of stress. I have to go back again to that store to talk to the manager because they said no manager is available.

This is a spacious store. The pharmacy is large and with has many staff. It was easy to make an appointment for a vaccination and get the vaccination on time and without little waiting on a weekday at 4 PM. The pharmacy pharmacist and techs are efficient and courteous.

This CVS store used to be very bad years ago. Today’s store has improved tremendously. Great customer service, great product selection, and a great pharmacy. The store is clean and well organized. CVS frequently offers a 40% discount off one item, which I take advantage of.

I would highly recommend this store to clean their surfaces. Very dusty and doesn't look like it's been wiped for awhile now. Especially near MoneyGram phone.

This is the worst CVS I have ever seen. I asked the clerk if there were any products, and she said no, but in fact there were, she said no. She was next to the checkout, and then talked to someone. Several of us waited in line for the checkout, but she said that you can use the machine to check out. I said I don’t know how to use the machine to check out. She keeps saying you can pay by machine...
