This store should close. They never restock items, and the customer service is terrible. Asked 2 people for help and just ignored me. The lady who claimed she was a manager was particularly pushy and unprofessional. We will take our family and 7fur baby business elsewhere since in is not valued.

Centinela Feed is more of a mom and pop with a few locations. They carry Stella and Chewy and Primal and Lotus along with many other companies that sell raw dog and cat food or freeze dried. The selection is big and wonderful. The staff is always so nice and helpful and they always greet you. Occasionally, they have events like Halloween, and you get goodie bags for the pups or Easter photos. Some locations you take take your pup for self-serve washing. Your pup is always welcome to shop there, too. It is on the pricier end, but it's definitely quality food, toppers, and treats. I get bone marrow bones, raw goat milk, and toppers and treats. Sign up for emails because you will know what's on sale and you can order online for delivery. Go spoil your pets they deserve it.

Great store for healthy pet food options! My cats are on a raw diet and they always have primal and lotus in stock. Staff is always friendly too!

Only store in town that I can find certain products for my dogs healthy. They care very good fish oil and missing link. Both are very helpful for my pugs,. This is a cute little store. Has a small town feel to it and everyone is always very helpful.

Very lovely staff, wide selection. Centinela has the variety of Petco / PetSmart but with the healthful selections of a small pet provisions store. There are sales that happen all the time if you sign up for the newsletter, and if you have a AAA card, you can show it for 10% off! Love this place.

Great customer service. I was wandering around looking for ziwi brands and stainless steel litter box when staff offered to help. They only had a small selection of ziwi, but worth it for the 😸 kitties

I went in yesterday on 4.28.23. I tried giving them a second time cause now the acknowledge customers. Walk in I'm greeted as two customers leave and I'm now shopping alone. Cashier left her post to go stock in the back and I was ready to check out. I waited as she was taking her sweet time stocking. I could have walked out with my 4 items but I left.In future "sir I'm gonna be back here please call me when ready" crazy how bad workers are here and now I can see why they are always hiring. They are just as bad as petfood express.This is why we drive from LA to Eagle Rock to Urban pet, hands down way betterYesterday I felt like I was unwelcome and she wanted me to leave, this store must have very poor management.

They had exactly what type of high end dog food I needed. Staff were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. They do not stock vaccines here, though. Also, staff is eager to close right at closing time do if you are going to get there within 5 minutes of closing time, call ahead to let them know you are on the way.

The staff are friendly and if anything overly helpful. It's like they get paid on a sales commission basis, but since you go there to buy stuff, it all works out for the best.They have all the normal good brands, knowledgeable staff & great stocking levels.Plus giving them your email will allow you to get a further discount.

Let me start by saying I spend a lot of money at this pet store and to be racially profiled is completely unacceptable. I understand we are living through some scary times but please be respectful! Stop assuming every young black man is stealing. We deal with this type of BS all the time. Coming to fix things in an aisle, you could’ve cared less about until a young black man is standing in it, is wrong and suspicious. We don’t need to be “watched” or followed, nor do we deserve to be labeled right when we walk in the door because of skin color. I noticed two of the employees walking aimlessly keeping watch of my products, basket, and hands.I understand being asked if I need help once, but to keep bombarding me while I’m looking and reading labels is annoying. I can take as much time as I need. Bombard every customer that way or ask once and keep it pushing. Keep a watchful eye of everyone, if that’s your “job”.I’ve stood in an establishment once, where a woman was stealing right in front of the employees. They had no clue until a patron eating ran and told the employee what she had done. Do you know why they didn’t notice her? Just STOP racially profiling!!There are thieves in every single race. Next time I will not be afraid to record and call the mess out.

Nice pet store with a great variety of products. The staff is always really nice and helpful and they'll often offer to bring your stuff out to your car.You can sign up for the customer loyalty program to get 10% off every time your purchase is equal or higher than $35. Overall a great store with plenty of parking!

This pet supply store is so awesome. I always find my dove food here at a great price or any random bird stuff. They also have coupons from time to time. The associates are always very nice and help you out. I prefer this place over the other big pet stores hands down.

My old dog needed a warmer sweater so we thought we'd give this place a try. What a selection! He has had digestive troubles so we decided to try a new kibble. It was magical (Blue Buffalo)... I'd signed up for their rewards program reluctantly but the food worked out so fantastic that they traced back my purchase and we were able to buy it again....as we have a dog "bucket" for his food and the bag was long gone. The service is helpful & we'll go again &'again.

I love this place! I was looking to change my cats food and wanted suggestions and help finding a high quality one. I tried other pet stores and didn't get answers to my questions so tried this store for the first time. It was exactly what I was needing. Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The store carries a great selection of high quality pet foods and treats. I have been back many times and get the same great service every time. I will say it again, I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I like this store a lot. They have good quality dog food. Although when I enter the store I know what I want...but the staff is very helpful, polite and informative. I highly recommend to all pet owners

I have attempted 3 different times to purchase dog food at this location and have been met with rude hostile attitude each time. Manger Natalie seem annoyed and perturbed that I requested assistants. I strongly recommended supporting helpful kind friendly stores...this DOES NOT fall into that category.
