Love how friendly the Banfield staff always are, but it always seems to take a very long time to get checked in. Overall, though, it has been a good experience. They seem pretty thorough for comprehensive exams, etc.

This place is the BEST!! Jason who is at the front desk is super supportive and very helpful, he ALWAYS provides excellent customer service. Teresa who cleans my dog Chloe's ears and clips her nails is also very kind and helpful. They also have other staff members that are just as kind and helpful!! (So sorry I can't recall their names) Last but not least, is the very BEST VETERINARIAN- DR. WASHINGTON!!!! I've been a customer with Banfield for over 20 years and I must say that finding Dr. Washington a couple of years ago was heaven sent. I trust him and most importantly, I feel very confident having Chloe under his care. Dr. Washington is by far the best!! He's been in the business for many years and his experience truly makes him an exceptional Dr. Lastly, it is totally worth it to purchase the Banfield insurance plan. The savings far outweighs the cost.

Great customer service when you are there.BUTThats if you can make an appointment. Called multiple times over two weeks and no one picks up or calls back. Call went through once and was out on hold for 24 (23 minutes and 41 seconds) minutes then it goes straight to voicemail.Management needs to do better.

When I'm there, the service can't be beat. Doc Washington is so thorough and patient with my baby and my plethora of questions. BUT, I've been calling for weeks and leaving messages and they won't pick up or return my calls. I don't get it... Then why have a machine if you're not going to return calls.

hard to get an appointment but over the years they have given my dogs exceptional medical care. I wrote a negative review earlier because I was disappointed by the inability to get an appointment but I realized that other places peddle unnecessary services that end up causing more stress to the dog. So I have two things to say: I have full confidence and trust in Dr. Manion and Banfield will always be the first place of choice for my dogs' medical needs.

Super rude and sarcastic guy at the desk. Refused to help me with my dog’s prescription dog food renewal. He insisted that we needed a paper prescription from our vet after I had just spoken to someone over the phone who said they could accept a vet’s authorization over the phone. So, an hour’s drive wasted and it’s a holiday weekend. Thank you Banfield for your lack of care for pets. Hoping my dog doesn’t get sick from not eating her vet prescribed food. Chewy will get our business from now on.

I was able to get an appointment for my cat a few months ago for a check-up and shots. Understandably I did need to wait for an appointment. When I sought to make another appointment recently for some health issues, I was informed that they only will see pets that buy their wellness insurance. What a scam!

It's never fun to take a sick pet to the vet, you never know if it will be serious or how sky-high the bill is going to get. At least with Banfield Pet Hospital you have the advantage of very qualified courteous personnel and the benefit of standardized pricing. Their Wellness Plan is worth considering and actually save me quite a bit of money on my pets Dental Care.

Thank you for your help with Cupid and Apollo today. I truly appreciate how calm my dogs were with you. Vet trips normally bring out the worst of their anxiety, but they seemed very comfortable with all the staff.

I’ll start with a short summary: The staff receptionist was the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered in my life, by a landslide.I went into Banfield to get my cat’s food. My cat has been on the same food for 6 years. I have a prescription for her. I have used prescription cards that have been out-of-date and it’s never been an issue, they just print me a new one. I explain she’s been on the same food for 6 years. I even have a prescription that doesn’t have a date on it and calls for 5 refills. This is basically code for : this is the food this cat is on, likely the food she’ll be on the rest of her life, this is what she needs, please give it to us.Moving on, the prescription card I had WAS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. Meaning, I saw the vet UNDER A YEAR AGO. Regardless, the receptionist would not accept my card. I said, “why, she was seen under a year ago, she’s been on the same food, can’t you just update my card? That’s how it’s always been, I’ve never had a problem getting her food.”She refused. I told her, “look, I need food for my cat, like, this is the food my cat needs, so I need to obtain this.”She instructed me to call their office. So I did. I spoke with someone who gave me the same run around she was giving me. Admittedly, I began to get a little upset. “Look, why are you guys doing this? This is food for my cat, it’s her prescription, why are you being so ridiculous over something so minor? This card is less than a year old for goodness sakes!”I asked to see a manager. And then I called my vet. I explained to them what was going on. I told them I felt bad that I even had to do this, but I was currently at a store being denied prescription food that my cat needs. At this point, I have been in this store for about 40 minutes.The vet said they would fax over a prescription. Then, when I got off the phone, the receptionist told me, “In regards to a manager, that guy you spoke to on the phone previously was the manager.” Then she went back to ignoring me. “So he’s not going to come out?” I asked. I was, as I had been for most of this interaction, ignored.I had to make two phone calls to my vet, who claims they sent the faxes of the prescription and I believe them. After about an hour I was on the phone with my vet who was very understanding. He told me if they still hassled me to call back. I said, and loud enough so they heard. “Honestly man, you’re telling me the fax was sent, and you’ve just re-sent it, and we confirmed the number, if they keep denying me, my next phone call will be to the police.”Finally, the manager came out. The fax they just sent came in. The manager kept trying to talk, instead of printing me out what I needed. I kept saying “please stop.” By the third time he finally got the message. He printed me out a new card. He said “Ron, we’re not hiding anything.” I said, “please just give me my card, I won’t be back, please.” I was, at this point, near tears. For the first time ever, an employee didn’t even take me to the food. He just handed me my card, pointed, and retreated back into his office where he had been avoiding me from the get-go. got the food myself, and got the out of there. I will still go to PetSmart for my cat’s litter because they have the kind we like, but I will not under any circumstance deal with Banfield again.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH BANFIELD.They lie to you about what kind of plan your pets are on. Their vets are always rude.They don’t tell you that you have a 12 month obligation to them.I was loyal to them for 4 years.I lost my job due to Covid and they won’t even put a hold on my account. Can’t cancel. Can’t defer payments. Cant get a cheaper plan. Can’t put a hold on account. Can’t pay a lesser amount.Absolutely no options at all and half the country has lost their jobs. They refused to work with me and said the only thing they could assure me since my card has been declining on monthly payments, is that it won’t hit my credit for 100 days. They are the absolute worst and charge 3-4 times more than a regular vet or any online stores cost to ship medications to your door. Do not make the mistake of trusting them.

Banfield's Doctors and Staff are amazing at taking care of the pets' health and general welfare. Exams are always thorough, never rushed and treatments and advices/ recommendations are spot on. Banfield is the best decision I've ever made for a pet.

I made an appointment for our new kitty who was sneezing. We saw Dr. Vivian Kuei who took her time to explain that what she was experiencing was common for kitties adjusting to a new environment. All the employees I encountered were helpful and we will definitely go back if the need arises.

I was really concerned about my dog having diarrhea. I'm disabled and have no source of transportation so the woman I spoke with helped me in a way that would help my dog, not cause any further upset for him. I'm very grateful for the kind and compassionate assistance she provided. Thank you!!!

I bring all my 3 dogs and cat here. The staff is super pleasant and professional. They provide you with sufficient information needed to help care for your pet and the vets recommend specialists when needed. Highly recommend this establishment.

They are taking care my babies for 14 years,you paid$50 per month with vaccine,dental,visit,blood test,etc every 6 months( dental 1 a year)

60$ a month to wait for months to have my baby seen now her right eye is closing and she is struggling.Daniela had no idea what to do... just a bunch of "uhms & i dont knows".I have to wait til jan for her exam been waiting since oct btw. I hate you all rn. every banfield wont see her til after the new year as well.60$ a month is robbery for this type of service.

Mixed feelings, had great and not so good experiences, but mostly on the positive, the good: great customer service, great veterinarians, great location, the bad: very difficult to schedule an appointment (you'll need to book 4-5 weeks in advance), and no bueno for walk-ins (long long long wait)

The pet hospital is inside of the shopping center. Be careful with people there, too crazy driving around. Their driving very distracted, besides that everything is cool.
