On a whim, i decided to take my dog out and about and then decided I should also get him a bath. After all, we're out and about today. He is a big boy; a German shepherd and mastiff mix. I called this location, the got me a spot, and when I arrived it was all great! They had everything ready for me -- soaps, conditioners, brush, blow dryer, towels, etc. And it didn't smell at all like another dog had been there earlier. Definitely happy with the experience, so I went ahead an purchased 10 trips to use at any time in the future. My dog has such a shiny coat now!!!

It's too bad they closed I liked going here, but to the people who pre-paid.. They are definitely the same owners of the Eagle Rock location! I've been to both and personally saw the ER owner here at Pasadena, we talked for a minute and confirmed he owned both.

Brought my dog here for a grooming service and was pleased so next time I bought a 10 grooming plan for $480. Used it twice and now they don’t answer the phone and seemingly out of business. Going back to the one in Eagle Rock now, but they don’t take the prepaid grooming card I paid for at the Pasadena location, different owners. Seems like a scam and got stolen from.

The store closed 2 months ago without a notice. I still have over $100 store credit and now I can redeem it anymore. The phone number is dead and all other Andy's grooming shops claim that this shop has nothing to do with them and refuse to take responsible. I will avoid any Andy's grooming cause this is a totally scam.

I just moved to Pasadena, and was looking for a self-service dog wash. I googled for places to take my 12 year old lab mix and I found Andy’s. I was not disappointed when I went in to this modest shop. The place was bright and clean, and the owner was friendly. When asked if it was my first time there I said yes and the owner walked me through all the available products and tools he offered. The tubs were a good height as to not cause my back discomfort, but they came with stairs so that my older dog could get up into the tub with ease. I had a really great first time experience, and I will definitely be back!

Amazing !!!! I brought my auggi girl in today to do self wash , and it was great . The owner was super nice and explained everything I needed they had a few soaps you could use and they additional things you could add . They have a lot of healthy foods and snacks ! My auggi girl loved the chicken snack he let her sample . I’m happy This place is there ! SUPER CLEAN !

We brought our dog Sonny here for a self bath. Great, clean, easy to use facility for our big senior dog. The products available to use were also nice. Chris and Gary were both very helpful. We will be coming back!

This is the best place to wash your pet yourself. They have everything you need and are always accommodating. Wouldn't go anywhere else ever again.
