Great store low prices great customer service no complaints on Family Dollar, But the Cannabis store next door the odor is so strong I just can’t stand it I leave with a major headache I feel bad for the employees of family dollar that have to smell that all day .

Bought a bag of candy today at this store and this says it is from December 2020, check your products and make sure they aren’t expired because this store does this ALOT.

Ok so the reason I am giving this store 5 stars today is because one every time i’ve entered I have been greeted by the sweetest staff ever . The manager Rachel has always been so positive so kind and extremely hard working, another manager I think his name is Isaac also just as amazing and positive and cares for his customers . Not only does he do his job he personalizes his care to them one on one . Sara is the most sweetest soul ever always happy always working fast and efficiently and so incredibly personable and positive and makes you so happy you came in . Another worker who stood out is Joey he was alone at register on 4/20 w a super long line not a co worker in sight and he just kept the line moving despite ppl being rude to him he remained kind . And these last 2 David and Jennifer are the most amazing workers ever they are so personable they remember you and the stories you talk about at check out. Jennifer goes the extra mile and so does David to show you where things are when needed . Thank you Family Dollar Parlier Staff for being so Awesome !

This Store is awesome all around they are just better, work harder, faster than other Family Dollar stores i’ve entered and they are alot nicer than most . Keep up the good work guys . And thanks for being awesome to me and my family we go in often because of your great customer service .

The protocol during the COVID19 at this location is very poor. Once you walk into the store they hand you a pen device, this is to help keep track of how many customers they have in the store. This pen device is being handle by several induvial (customers) through out the day. The store claims these devices are being sanitized in-between customers, which may be true. However employee negligence is huge in any place of employment, there is no positive reassurance that every device is being properly sanitized. I think there should be a better system in place.

Horrible store. It's always a mess and the workers are disrespectful and Rude! Firstly a lady named Yvvon was incredibly rude to a young man employee and when she rung me up no friendly service. I tried to report to the manager brenda but she was just laughing with other coworkers having a fun conversation while the store is a complete mess! I would recommend going to a local walmart just 10 minutes away to get what you need. Also a plus their ATMs are almost always out of order.

This is the message I sent to Family Dollar. Like this store. WORST customer service.Today Thursday 08/20/15 at 18:37:09 I made a purchase at your store located in Parlier, Ca. I approached the cashier named Melissa who was speaking with her co-workers Johanna and another whom I can not identify due to lack of name tag. Melissa did not acknowledge me, no eye contact either. I asked if the register was open but she didn't respond. I suspect she didn't hear me due to the fact she was paying attention to her co-worker and had her back turned away from me.I observed as a man who was a customer leave another register and walked towards the one I was leaving. I approached another clerk who was standing at a register to see if I could be rang up,however she was closed. I walked back to the register Melissa was working and she was ringing up the male customer and still talking with her co workers. She only acknowledged him to ask if he wanted a bag in spanish, but her voice was so low he did not hear her so she repeated it in english. Once it was my turn she only acknowledged me by eye contact when she gave me my receipt. While she was ringing me up she was gossiping with her co workers about how a couple came in and as she was ringing up the couple they thought she was laughing at them. She went on to say she apologized to them and explained her co-worker (companiera) was making her laugh. She had to explain to the couple she meant her co-worker not like a life partner. When I saw that there were new stores in Parlier I was happy because our town needs to improve. However, with this poor excuse for customer service it makes my town look worse. Please take the time to carefully train or hire qualified customer service representatives in your store located in Parlier, Ca. Thank You Bianca Moreno

Because where i live this family dollar is the only store that has my size clothing we don't have any big size clothing store for us big women and they have nice clothing other than every thing is kinda reasonable where im from for got to mention PARLIER CA 93648
