It was a lot of parking before you went in and a lot of guides were available. There are a lot of vendors inside and if you get here in the morning you have the place to yourself before all the tour buses show up. Also, if you come during the last 2 hours before they close, the place is empty, and you dont have all the tour buses here. I reallyy dont like that you have to pay two different entrance fees, one for the state and another for the actual entrance.

It gets very annoying waiting for staff. It’s a huge inconvenience to my time to go to Walmart and wait after 100 others for locked up merchandise. I have tried to be patient. But it’s absurd. This is why o try and make it my business to shop at target. Because of this. I understand that theft maybe an issue but I don’t steal so I shouldn’t pay for what others do. Y’all need a different system. Because is ridiculous. I amFloored.

This is my home store, and it doesn't disappoint. The store has been updated, and the staff are always friendly. The store is always stocked. The self checkout lines are quick. By far, the most pleasant experience I have going to Wal-Mart is here!

There’s an African American woman who works at money center and has the worst attitude ever. I’m here every month for rent and is still the same and today she told me I couldn’t get a money order cause of my id being “bent”. No explanation no nothing, she could have told me why but just kept yelling at me. Now I know why but some clarity would have been nice. She was also rude to the 4 customers before and the ones after myself. I’m surprised she is still there. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it folks.

The wait times for the auto center are wild. The guy kept walking by me like he was so busy. You only change the oil. How busy can you be? I don't usually do this review stuff, but I thought I would let others know how slow they are and to avoid this place. I was there for about 25 minutes and did not even get a hello. Can I help you?

4/10/24Phone service is Horrible.No one answers the phone. Whatever happened to customer service?I wanted to call before going to get a battery for my car. Wanted to make sure they have one in stock you know. However, no answer in Any of the departments. Terrible customer service.

Yeah ... I absolutely wouldn't ever come here again . If you can see me leave my cart , grabbing ONLY my book && bag , walk to the bathroom , did not see anything else being grabbed BUT a CLOSED bag && OPEN book , then .. why TF would there be food? Better yet , HOW .. did you conclude I picked up anything other than what you've watched me pick up on the way to the bathroom ?? See , I'm not stupid . You're employees are . If you're going to watch && shop with me from the moment I walk in , then you ought to know better , && you ought to not insult me .

I love this Walmart, the bathrooms are super clean always. However I did get my phone stolen here about 6 months ago. So keep your belongings close to you, but that’s what u should do always right !

I live in Downey area and I came here on two occasions for the deli for hot foods specifically. Both of them I waited for at least 30 mins. I don't like making reviews like this but if no one says anything or sugar coats unprofessional ism, the customers suffer immensely. On today, March 30th at 9:47am. I waited at the deli area for 50 mins to be served hot chicken, mind you they open at 1000. I only went here for that. There was a worker there named Anna, she has blond hair and about 32 Years old and is Hispanic descent. She is the worst customer service I had here or that I had experienced anywhere in Southern california. She told me, who didn't even work in the deli area, she worked probably in bakery, she had an extreme attitude, and was very rude to me. I told her that it is unprofessional for her to argue with me and when I called her and the deli area out for being late with items, she started to make excuses saying it is only one person cooking mind you I saw five people, FIVE!. There is no excuses for bad behavior, and onTop of that lateness with food items. When you say open at 10:00, that means ready to go and have everything out, no tardiness. I understand that things happen but this deli store department are very lazy and talk too much to each other and giggle. When I was being served, there was an older hispanic lady there, that was very nice to me , and even though I waited for a while, she helped me remain calm. The Anna worker, tried to intervene and had the audacity to try and ask the lady if I was supposed to get a specific size, which is none of her business. To be honest I should have gotten extra for all that waiting and attitude from that worker. My point bottom line is that Wal-Mart you should not hire people like Anna in this department and the other workers beside her as well , excluding the older lady, because it makes you look bad, even management even cares here. Some of the reviews here are lying, they are unprepared here and that needs to change really soon. When you work hard, it's not arguing management to customers and play time between coworkers, its making sure all items are out and protocol is being practiced. I encourage anyone who has a problem with people like this to speak up because I know things like this will no longer be tolerated by management. Be ready and be disiplined. No time for nastiness to customers who you ignore and argue with, that is not right to people who wait to be serviced but is taken advantage of. People like her, make workers look very bad. You have no right to treat people like that Anna and the others in this department today! I will never come back to this location again, as this is the second time this has happened here with unorganization. Do your job and I will do mine as a customer paying for my items ! No excuses for that disgust, in the future for other customers. Thank you!

This location is a decent store. It's just unfortunate that they have to put so many items under lock and key not. Then you have to wait for someone to help you which sometimes can take 15 minutes or more.

I think all of the Walmart's need to close down because it is insane that i have to wait for a store associate to open a medical case and cases in general for things like laundry detergent and feminine products. Plus i have to go through the hassle of finding a worker who has the keys to do so. On top of that your worker is walking the floor and not helping the customers, what are they paid to do ? Then you got this guy walking fast running into customers screaming In their face. Like the store is a run way just close down if you trying to cut back on people stealing or have the store be an online buy only where people just buys products online and pick them up at checkout out. Another solution would be to get like amazon and have carts that charge people card when they put something in the cart.

Jacqueline Martinez O, is a thief. We complained last time about items missing after we gave it our keys. We were assured it would be fired after we showed them the evidence of its thievery. So, imagine how surprised we were when we went today to get our battery changed, and it took 2 hours and this thief was the one allowed to work on our car (and yours!) again! Do not trust the auto center here. If they're going to keep a thief around you don't ever know what else they're going to do.

This Wal-Mart is one I drive out of my way to, over my own more local Wal-Mart. It is very well-stocked, I never have trouble finding anything. There are actually employees around to ask questions, and they are 9 times out of 10 very helpful. This Wal-Mart has things other Wal-Mart's don't like large furniture and even showroom installations of furniture displayed with bedding and accessories. They have a great pet department, a craft section, and an extensive baby section along with a toddler section. There is also a great marked down baked goods section by the dairy fridge with all kinds of goodies, and it's always there are stocked regularly. They also keep up with their markdowns so you can really find extra great deals.

Please don't order from this location!!!!!!! I ordered from them numerous times, and they dared to lie about delivering my online order. I have cameras and there was no delivery made. I tried contacting them online and was told to call the store directly, but they never answered. I called no less than 5 times over an hour. Customer service does not exist within these walls! Go elsewhere to spend your hard-earned money!

All the ladies that work in this Walmart are really rude and they never have keys. And also I don’t know why you Walmart have the stuff locked up. That’s why I give this Walmart one star because of the attitude of one of the employee.

If I could rate this a zero I would. I've never in my life left a bad review about any company but this walmart NEVER picks up the phone. I have been calling for 2 days straight, numerous times a day because my pickup order was missing a couple of items. I just want a refund and can't even get anyone on the phone to answer it. In the last 3 months I've done 5 pickup orders at this location and without fail have always been missing items. Not once have I ever received all of my items in an order. I've never once complained but this time I honestly just want my money back for items I paid for but never got and can't get a single person to answer the pickup number or even other departments to pick up. Pharmacy was the only department to actually answer and the nice mam told me he couldn't help me but could transfer my call,which he did but no one ever answered like always. Terrible. Don't bother calling. They rarely pick up. Very disappointing. Will not return to this location.

Worst Walmart ever every employee at customer service makes their own rules with returns one day I am being told u could and the next u can't what the hell make up ur mind they act like they are superior when really they are just Walmart employees jeez they walk around hating their job and each day they walk into work and try to get the customer to be as miserable as they are by not doing their job they are a joke when I walk out I feel sorry for these creatures who's only job is to provide great customer service and they can't even manage that

Never, NEVER, picks up the phone. Doesn't matter which department. If you SOMEHOW manage to get a hold of someone, they will put you on hold, indefinitely.I don't understand how such a big store with so many employees can't ever answer the phone (seems like this is pretty common from other reviews)

Usually don't have issues with pick up but this particular pickup visit I was skipped because my order was cleared or shown as picked up...so waited a total of about 30min for my order once I contacted them to inquire about my pick up.

This Walmart doesn't really care about customer service. Complain to corporate and they'll make all these apologies and tell you the store manager will contact you, blah, blah, blah..No one from the store calls because if you complain you must be the problem because they can't do any wrong and cover each other if they do and it starts with the manager on down.
