(Customer service) needs to work on their customers service. I needed to pick up my merchandise they were just talking and instead of calling me one of the cashier's called the person in back of me. Nasty attitude I'm choked because I always get great customers service but today around 10:20am horrible service ...need to talk to the two employees working today they need better customer service...focus on customers instead of talking to each other .

1 star because they let anyone park on curbside pick up parking with no one inside🤦🏻‍♂️ on an online pick up order. I had to wait for someone to finish shopping so I can park.. I checked in 10 min ago and they still haven’t came out. never going to place an online pick up here again. I rather drive a little further.

This company is actually my 2nd choice for home fix-it needs but as they are convenient and closer than my 1st choice, they usually get my business.My most recent online search for a specific sliding closet door wheel replacement showed one item that matched what I needed. Photos show the old unit with cracked wheel. Luckily this location had 9 units in stock so I noted the Aisle and Bay numbers for easy in store shopping. They were in the correct spot and I had no problems at the quick self checkout.Not confident at first about the quality of the plastic wheel replacement based on the negative reviews, I was relieved and very happy that my new replacements are quiet and roll very smoothly. The plastic wheels may not last forever but they should be good for awhile.

This review is for the excellent customer service our family received from Home Depot Employee SERGIO at the Paramount, Ca Home Depot. 5/5 stars *****Our family was in search of 2" inch vertical blinds and headed to Home Depot with our measurements. I did my measurements and research just in case any of the employees were too busy I would feel confident going about picking the right sizes.What surprised me was right off the bat SERGIO asks us if we needed any help. The fact that SERGIO approached us first and we didn't need to hunt down a Home Depot employee was very reassuring. SERGIO took the time to go through my measurements. (Sidenote: Everyone knows home improvement projects can be stressful and I will admit I was a little frustrated trying to get the right blinds for my windows. But SERGIO was very calm and collective and very patient with me).SERGIO located the sizes of blinds I needed and also cut our blinds right then and there to fit the exact measurements we needed.As a loyal customer to Home Depot, I must say SERGIO stands out with his knowledge and customer service. I was in and out of Home Depot in no time and returned home and put up the blinds. They fit perfectly. Thanks SERGIO.

I found this keys some one lost in the home depot store ! I hope the owner get it back soon ! Is not easy honest specially if you do not have a job to pay you rent on this hard times !

Typical big box hardware and lumber experience. Did notice that they had a lot of really good deals on clearance items and also especially clearance on home appliances. Not the easiest to find someone to help out or answer a question as they were all busy with other customers. But after a short patient wait the team member I encountered was polite, friendly personable and prompt with a recommendation for my needs. team member asked a few questions to qualify my needs and was right on task with the recommended solution. Even made sure I got a few accessory items that made my project much much easier to complete, it wasn't a sales job to up sell but a genuine care for what my needs were. This is my hometown location and I always eventually get great service it just takes longer sometimes on the weekends.

I was appalled by a recent encounter with one of your employees someone whom i hope is not a representative of your company as a whole , Elena was so rude and did not want/try to help at all. I never received my deposit back from renting a carpet cleaning and i was calling to see what was the issue and instead of helping me she wants to yell “ have u talked to you bank , have you talked to your bank “ and processed by hanging the phone. This is so unprofessional and i hope you have a talk to your employees about costumer services , i can see by these reviews im not the only one having a problem with the professionalism of your company.

It’s a good store for many things but DONT buy the house plants.. they always have a thrip infestation. I’ve been checking their plants over the course of the last year and they always have them and I suspect they just keep spreading.

My mom and I were racially profiled here. A boy went from talking to a customer to standing by us at check out and watching us to make sure we paid for everything. I, nor my family need to steal from a freaking Home Depot. Unfortunately didn’t get the guy’s name but most likely will not be returning to shop here. It’s 2023 there’s no need to do this to shoppers. I’m sure they don’t care but I willbe taking my money elsewhere.

Becarefull alot of tools get stolen from the parking lot they broke my locks and stole everything from my truck .I reported it and cop said that every other day cars get brolen into no security at all .

I went yesterday 04/21/23 and we need something that was locked. I ask several times for someone to come and no one did. To top it off I wasn’t the only waiting it was four of us. They kept overhead paging someone to open and no one showed up. We left the store and so did another customer. You have to many people just standing around watching rather them actually working and helping customers. I asked to speak to the manager and they never came to speak with me. Bad service.

Worst Home Depot ever. I’ll drive to Lakewood instead of coming here. They treat everyone like criminals. There is nothing friendly about this place. I was stopped at the exit by one of the employees because I was walking out with a tool box that I had purchased. It was so embarrassing. Not to mention the professionalism of their staff. Young female staff using profanity at customer service desk. SMH.

I can honestly say home depot 1037 have half of the laciest workers in lumber what's the point of having young guy's working there all they do is just stand there and talk but dam when main heads show up dam you see them working and yes seen it first hand. Paramount home depot is a joke
