Excellent service the butcher shop I needed to find butter and I asked a clerk, she dropped what she was doing and personally took me to the butter section. The cashier and her assistant were absolutely fabulous they went on and beyond the call of duty. They greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing and if we found all that we were looking for.

If I could give this store a 10 I would. Alex you and your staff are AMAZING! The customer service is impeccable, the store is clean, the store is well stocked, the parking lot is clean, and everything about this location is impressive. My husband and I drive from Culver City just to shop here. I'm a happy dedicated and loyal customer.Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with the staff. Even when I visited early in the morning, the first three employees greeted me with a warm 'good morning.' It's rare to find such welcoming service in stores these days.

Every time I come to this certain store,the bakery doesn't have anyone back there to take orders. Today 03/13/24 I went to order a cake for my birthday. After 10 minutes of waiting I changed my. Left without a cake and very disappointed!!!!Fix the problem!!!!

VERY NASTY, RUDE , INSENSITIVE, YOUNG AND SMART MOUTH CASHIER GISELLE 1/14/2024. I'VE NEVER ALL IN MY YEARS EXPERIENCED ANYONE AT THAT STORE AS I DID WITH HER. IT HAS TO BE A COMPLETE DESPERATE OR EMERGENCY FOR ME TO RETURN. IT'S SAD WHEN YOU HAVE A NEIGHBORHOOD STORE THEN YOU HAVE TO GO OUT YOUR AREA TO GET BETTER FRIENDLY SERVICE.

The women I asked a question to (which were 2) on separate things, were pretty snotty and answered me pretty short like, I was a nuisance, both of them. So I figured I just won't go back again. Another location solves that problem.

Clean, nice cashier and very helpful. So is the bag person. As far as management, no where to be found. I was going to suggest that he should park the shopping carts by the entry of the store, cause it more better, than getting a shopping carts by the exit. Wrong on whoever thought of that, beside customers that are exiting, you will tend to bump into each other. Other that Staters Brothers grocery is the best. But Where was management on a weekday morning that me and my spouse shopped

Stater Bros has been around a long time because they have consistently delivered good products at reasonable prices. Vegies are select and hold well under refrigeration. Meats are reasonably priced. I have never come out unhappy.

It is a high quality supermarket but the employees are terrible. The worst service in deli and butcher shop. Like some managers and employees, I hope they improve with the new manager and the year 2024 😢 👎 👎 🚫

Was in and out pretty quickly even when it was busy.Shelves fully stocked, store was clean and workers very friendly.Always a great shopping experience but no hot fresh French bread loads 😢

It's a great local starter bros. The prices can sometimes beat little high, but there cooked food (fried chicken, mojo potatoes, etc...), french bread, and there fresh cut meats really makes them amazing. It's about quality.

I love stater bros but this location for the last few times has given me rotten poultry in the butchery. I went in and told the manager my shrimp has gone bad the next day. He switched it for me. I even thought it was my fault. The shrimp I got smelled so bad the next day. My wife for food poisoning. I went back and got the chicken. Froze it immediately (put in seperate freezer ziplock bags, opened it about two days later and it smelled so bad it stank up the house and we had to air it out. Sad to leave stater bros because it’s been my to go. Now we go to el Super to buy meat, fish, chicken, shrimp. about 4 min away from stater bros.Other than that they got good non butcher items !

Same great store, another location! i really spent time (and money) in the deli area. Such great salads, deli turkey, and service! I have since shopped here at least a couple more times since then and will be back in the next day or two. There was one individual who was as helpful as a programmed robot (in another part of the store), hence the four stars instead of five.

Grocery store aspect is fine, but I just left here about a minute ago. I was using their coinstar machine. I had a lot of coins. A hefty Walmart bag full. As I was putting my coins in the rent a cop "security" kept coming really close to me. He passed by about 4 or 5 times. Like, too close in my personal space. Like one more time, I was about to ask him if I was doing something wrong and why he was coming up to me. As I was letting my coins run and be processed while I was finishing he came up behind me and pressed "I'm done" on the coinstar without even saying anything. I genuinely thought this was just some random guy that wanted to use the machine but it was the "security guard". This guy needs a talking to and a lesson on personal space it was getting on my nerves and making me want to say something to him. It was very unprofessional of him and he could've used his words to say something to me instead of being weird.

Love shopping at Stater Bros where I shop for fresh produce. I also like shopping in the meat department. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Excellent service and very convenient, close to my home. Is just that I have notice that when I pay my groceries with my debt card sometimes I ask for cash back, from $40 to $50. Do to not to have a credit union or a bank near by the store, is very convenient for me to get some cash, and most of the cashiers change their attitude towards me making me feel uncomfortable. I'm not aware if that makes them short with cash, but if this is the case, I'll will like to apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you, and I will keep on shopping at my 2 favorite Stater Brothers locations.

This store is clean. They actually bag your groceries for you. The cashiers are always friendly. The employees that stick shelves are rude but the new guy at the meat counter is super friendly.
