Omg. Betty, Jesse, Holly - all amazing! Betty sold us the SWEETEST and CUTEST crested gecko ever as a Xmas gift to our kids this year. She set us up with a great terrarium too. Today I went back to upgrade Gary the gecko’s home with a live biosphere. Jesse set the whole thing up for us there in the store. And Gary LOVES IT! I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone looking to get into/sustain their reptile lifestyle. Great people and animals in phenomenal, healthy condition. Very pleasing! Thank you!

I went in about a month ago to pick up a snake for my daughter and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the reptiles. The corn snake is very healthy and has been eating well, very friendly too. The owner also let my kid have a big piece of driftwood! Very clean nice store would definitely recommend

5 stars for the customer service. I had the pleasure of working with them a few times for other business. From my observation, they were very courteous and friendly with their customers. Very knowledgeable and had pretty much everything you need if you purchase or already have a reptile. I myself would like to just see the reptiles, but it is an interesting place that's local and if they hadn't called me I may have never known they were there.

I love their store! It’s very family oriented, they have fascinating reptiles in a super clean and welcoming environment. They are also great with both reptiles and people. Their social skills make it easy for both children and adults to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves while learning about these awesome creatures. My wife, my kids and myself love coming to paramount reptile's, they always have everything I need for my geckos. As well as give good information whenever I have any questions. I recently just picked up a full breeding setup for my babies and all there pricing is fair as well as quality products. Jesse and his family are wonderful people and I will be a long term customer. This is my first Google review ever. We drove 45 minutes to find a corn snake for our daughter for her 13th birthday. Jessey, whom I presume is the owner was very knowledgeable, kind, professional, caring and patient. It was clear that he cared for the animals in his shop. We had lots of questions and he answered them all with enthusiasm and a smile. The business was clean, Animals seemed very healthy and well taken care of, it was a lovely experience. We highly recommend them. As an important sidenote, they follow very strict COVID-19 protocol, everybody with a mask, including the employees, physical distancing and a limited amount of people in the store. We were incredibly impressed and wish them the best in the future!

I am so happy to share the great experiences I’ve had with holly and her whole family while having their show at various birthday parties. They make it a very enjoyable for both parents/ adults and children. Having a great show with all their animals and involving us to participate by touching the animals or even holding them ! If you love animals and you have a birthday coming up they are the ones to call! I really recommend them 🦎🐢🐍🌿

Nice little spot. Customer service was ok.Judgemental tho . I went to buy not steal. Every second I moved got stared at and literally had to come by stand next to me . It's not nice to stereotype or racial profile anyone.Great feeders and reptiles tho just a little over priced on most items and reptiles but ok thanks

Love this pet store it’s family owned so the customer service is the absolute best I’ve been to so many reptile stores and yet these guys are the best, very knowledgeable and genuinely care about your reptile, amphibian, etc. 100% recommend this store to anyone trying to buy feeders or a new companion. Also if you want to have the absolute best birthday party for your kid book them for the show I’ve got it 2 times and I know I’ll get again because it brings excitement to me and everyone of my family members specially the kids.
