Great place! We've been bringing our baby Luna here for almost a year now. Veronica is amazing Luna always comes back smelling & looking great. She does little things that she doesn't need to do but she does and they are very much appreciated like giving Luna a bag full of treats, for valentine's day she put her this super cute bandana with hearts & for xmas she gave her a little xmas card with a coupon.Touching on a few reviews regarding her not answering the phone..obviously she's not sitting down waiting for the phone to ring she's doing her job and that would be the cause of her not answering the phone right away. Completely understandable. But anyways, I've called maybe once or twice where she didn't answer but she called me back right away. So no complain there.She is running her own business there is no big corporation behind her and she is doing a good job. People can be so harsh and judgmental about everything.

They are a good groomer, the price is cheap but the only thing is they cut my dog, she went in with long hair on her ear so i understand how they accidentally cut her. but her ear is something you should feel for when cutting. Personally wont be taking my dog here again, but they arent bad.

I love this little Gem! They took us the same day, no deposit requires like other places . Just brought our vaccinations records. The grooming lady was really friendly and explained everything we had to know. They have parking in front of them, they take all major credit cards. Thank You from Rocket!!! We will be coming back .

Horrible service, I have my usual groomer and they weren’t available so I came here to get my dog a bath and nail trimming. I understand this a small business but it does not give you a right to be rude. I got turned away because my dog was too “nervous” and he “might” bite. Keep in mind my dog is a pug that weights 17 pounds, as a professional groomer you should be equipped and knowledgeable on how to handle all kinds of dogs. Waste of my time and gas why tell us over the phone to come down and then turn us away, just say you don’t feel like working. save your money folks!

I took my dog here to get his first haircut and it was a great experience for him! I loved how his hair came out and the service was done in a timely manner. The owner was very nice and professional. I will be coming here all the time for my dog’s grooming services!

I called on Friday to make an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:00am. I got there it wasn't open I wait for her until 9:20am. I told her that I need my dog by 12pm because I had an appointment at 1:00pm. I called by 11:55am asking if my pet was ready? My surprise was she was barely cutting his hair after 2hours there I drove over and she start telling me that why I didn't advice her that I need him earlier? When she knew i did said that i need him by the time and then she was telling me that my dog need 2 people because he can't stay still? What? You're the profesional? You should know how to take care them.She even charge me $55.00 when she only bath him and cut his hair up to his neck and she didnt even cut his nail. It was 12:20pm how long more they need it to finish my dog? All day? And when I was leaving she tell her worker to band me from her place just because I didn't let her walk over me? Please I wasn't going to take my dog there again. Last time i took him for the first time she took 6 hours with him too and I had an appointment. i never thought it was going to be this bad. Please don't go with her even if you have an appointment she not on time. Don't take your pet there. She told me that last time a dog pass away on her watch the dog got a heart attack? then she said the owners need to know about the pets health? After i left i got scare that something bad could happen to my dog. Bad service I don't care what she said. she's really bad with people and we don't know with our pets.I did told you about my appointment and if you gave me the bag of food is because you want to. You right you have all the rights to refuse service to any one. But no one is going to tell you all the extra care about their dogs or if they need extra attention. Come on!!! But whatever it's don't don't said that I call you at 12:15 when I did at 11:55 and don't said that I did let you know that I need my dog by 12 and you said the you employee was going to be there at 10am not 10:30 and couldn't start with him as soon a left him? And please don't involve God in this.

I would never take my dogs here ever again!! She literally took 5hours to do one of my dogs grooming and just to do a basic bath on my other one ... And she didn't even bother to call me when my dog was acting up I had to drive over there to see what was going on because it was taking more then 2 hours like she said they was gonna be ready.Once I got there she tells me that my dog wouldn't let her self be touched or anything but couldn't even call me like she said she would ... Never again !!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody... Not worth your money

My dog is 1 yr old aggressive.I told the lady and she took her and my dog didn't even complain with her I was helping her grabbing my dog while she was working with her,then I waited in the lobby while she was finishing my dog didn't see me and she was quiet.My husband and I cutted her hair,we tied her and the mouth too and was real aggressive and bited us.The lady was talking to her and working and she didn't complain and Petco didn't wanted her.oh and good price.I will keep going and recommend it.

Thank you for taking time away from running your business and responding to my complaint. There are many things that you as a business owner can handle differently. Your response proves that these other compliants are correct; you are unprofessional and confrontational when it comes to trying to clean up your mess. If your dog was harmed at a new groomers you would be taking action. Our dog ended up with a spinal injury after leaving your shop. You can blame it on anyone you like but take responsibility as a business owner that our dog was injured at your place of business. She can not pick up her back legs! Whatever was done at your shop to trigger this injury had to be very physical. I have read another review where you lost someone else’s dog and blamed the owner for “not letting you know how the dog was” it is your responsibility to take care of the animal when they are in your hands and when they leave the business harmed or they escape out of the door that is your fault. Be a mature business owner and take responsibility for what happens at your business. You will never admit what was done at your business and so be it, but the hard truth is that our dog now has a spinal injury that was present after leaving your shop. As the confrontational person you are you will most likely respond to this but it will not save your 3.8 rating. Thank you

Good service. Reasonable prices. Only negative issue has been that I have called a couple of times during business hours and left messages after they don't pick up but never get a call back.I am assuming if you are asking to leave a message for you to call back, you would call back.

Super bad service, I took my schnauzer here a couple of times and there was a few times where her eye would be cut. Now I just found out that the owner is very aggressive with dogs. Which scalping why my dog never wants to go there same with other dogs that I have seen not wanting to go inside.

I'm never taking my Dog here again the groomer never told me he cut my dog.when i got home i notice there was brown stuff on her nose so i wiped it and i notice she had a huge cut on her nose when I tried calling the groomer back he ignored all my calls and never answered back to my text.

This place is the complete worst, you will be throwing your money in the trash by going here. I took my dog here for grooming he was dropped off at 10 am and did not receive a call until 9 pm that they were still going to take another 15 minutes & on top of that they have the audacity of charging me $10 more Bc my dog was “too aggressive” after 11 hours they call to say they cannot perform the job. It was ridiculous, they literally gave us back our dog with a full on beard because they are totally unexpirienced. I would’ve rated them a 0 if i could have.
