I've taken my dogs to Patricia for several years. After we were displaced when our house burned, I had to use other grooming services. One groomer in Chico kept my dog on the stand for hours. She's an older dog; and the experience crippled her so badly, I thought I was going to have to put her down.Fortunately, she was able to recover after 3 days. I swore to myself I'd never take her to another groomer again. Then I saw that Patricia was back in Paradise. I totally trusted her, and I was so happy to know my dog was in good hands. She did a great and humane job - I was so grateful! Patricia's the best!!!!

Lovely dog grooming salon! My little schnauz Mr. Frodo looked beautiful, very kind and pleasant groomer and surprisingly quick service. We just moved back to Paradise and very happy to have found this wonderful shop.

We take our 13 year old Boston Terrier there to get just his nails trimmed. She does a great job on a walk-in basis. She is super reasonable! Great business!!

I wish I had gotten to see her quality of work. She seemed sweet on the phone. I missed my appointment as a friend had an emergency. I called 30 minutes after the scheduled time and apologized. I would have gladly paid a cancellation fee if that was offered as I felt terrible for essentially wasting a booked time slot. Her “silent” l policy is that she will not reschedule you if you miss your first appointment. I found that out after the fact; it was not disclosed beforehand and she was very rude about it.Life happens. We are in the middle of a pandemic after all.Side note to others looking to book here: her preference is to work on dogs under 50lbs.

My standard poodle 🐩 got her first grooming. She is still being trained and was very frightened going in. But, when I returned to pick her up, she was beautiful and happy. I'm thrilled about how well things turned out.
