They had a good selection. I guess better than normal since I guess they're locking everything up because of all the theft. But they weren't real kind to my needs. I'm disabled and they wouldn't let me take the wheelchair outside to put my stuff away in the car. I had to leave it at the store and walk it which was pretty difficult but other than that I guess it was fine

If there was a Walmart in prison, this is how it would be set up. Massive guard force out in front and throughout the store. Many shelves blocked and locked behind plexiglass. 20 self check out registers, 1 worked. You feel safe as you are always being watched.Yet, happy to leave and do not look forward to returning.

Worst customer support,can't get any help. Been waiting in shoes now for 15 minutes for shoelaces and insoles. Someone came 5 minutes ago then they didn't have the right key. If you can avoid this location do it! Button must be for looks.

Everything is locked up. Treat you like criminals. Rude associates for no reason. People are just asking genuine questions and being kind and they respond back with attitude and annoyed like they don’t want to be there especially these Asian older women. Do better.

Lately I've been pretty happy about my visit here. I will say that due to theft, you have to wait for certain items to be unlocked by very busy employees, but they do their best. I believe my last few visits, self check out has been closed. What do you expect when people keep stealing. So keep these things in mind when shopping. They are doing the best they can. So keep your mind open to spending a little extra time shopping here.

Helpful staff, they see you and ask if you need help and know where to actually send you. Prompt attention to the glass case for a sewing machine. Shortest walmart trip of my life- you know how that can go haywire for both time and budget.They have self-check outs, and cashier registers but at Monday noon they were both a bit long. The registers went by fast, so that's good.This is a 2 story walmart with big elevators, and is attached to a mall.Will come here again.

Went early on a Sunday morning, and there was virtually nobody else there shopping. Grabbing a cart, I was able to shop at the store looking at the food items, the clothing, and toys. While I did have a list, I found that there were a few other items I found at good prices. My cart was full when I was ready to go.Overall, it was a good shopping trip, and I do know I saved some cash.

I like it, but every time I come shopping here I feel so uncomfortable because I feel that they follow me. I always take my time to shop and I understand that there are people that shoplift, but wow. They are really obvious when they are watching you.

The most frustrating thing for me is that because of thefts almost half the store is behind glass under lock & key. So you have to call an associate to help & they take FOREVER to answer. Sometimes it's been close to 30 minutes that I have to wait..!! They need to assign more staff to this job. And there are plenty of employees meandering about but most of them just brush you off & say that they 'don't work in said department'. Or they just hide & ignore you sometimes..I'm serious !! This situation needs to be rectified ASAP !! Thank You.

Not the best or even a good shopping experience. First of all all the over the counter meds and washes are behind locked glass doors! Not easy to find an employee to open them either, wasted a good half hour just to find someone that could open the glass doors for a five dollar face cream! Grocery section is pitiful! Only one ailse for frozen food and not much selection. Prices on everything was super high for a wal Mart as well.lastly the whole store was filthy! Parking lot was even filthier! Again selection is not like a normal Wal Mart if you expecting that you will be disappointed as we were. Bottom line is if you have no other options and are desperate try this place, but avoid if there are other options for what you are looking for.

This Wal-Mart is a little weird with the two levels, but the cashiers are generally pretty unique people with odd personalities and I love wal marts like that. This store is never out of what I went there to get, its always clean, and the staff are always a little weird but very friendly, like me.

Walmart is always trying to make life a little easier even though some of there staff can sometimes be a little discriminitory. There are no public restrooms and my wife got food poisoning and so I was forced to try and tend to her from outside the woman's restroom. Most of the woman were understandable but two staff members one tried to throw us out because she was throwing up in there toilets. This Hispanic gentleman almost got knocked out when he put his hands on me trying to force us to walk out the other side of the store even though she was obviously and noticably sick. But I kept my cool and simply told him to back the eff up.

if you can, go somewhere else. panorama sucks so everything is locked up. I went to get microfiber clothes and they were locked up so I went across the store to find an associate. I asked if he could open the displays and he just loudly exclaimed “I HAVE NO KEY”. it literally caught me so off guard and I asked if he knew where I could find an associate with one and he exclaimed again while walking away “I HAVE NO KEY”. I understand dealing with customers can suck but damn this whole experience reminded me why I don’t go to walmart.

This place was chaotic. There were like 3 or 4 floors, makeup and beauty were separated and you couldn't take your cart in either section. I was surprised there was no fresh produce and SSSSOOOOOOOOOO many things were locked up. I'm not sure if it's because I'm out of town and my state doesn't have a stealing problem like here but damn....

Haven’t been to Walmart for a while since it’s always crowded and lots of homeless people around. But today, I decided to go to Walmart Panorama City and it was the worst decision ever! I was able to encounter 3 terrible employees named JESSICA, SKY and HASSAN. So I went to the Personal Care Dept. but the things I need was locked in the cabinet. I saw Jessica and asked for help, but she said “I don’t have the key” and just left. That’s it! It was so disrepectful and uneducated. So I let it slide and saw the other employee, named SKY ( she got a very long hair that was pretty much covering her name badge and she was chewing gum while at work, it was very unprofessional) so I asked Sky for help and she said “I don’t have the key”, I’m getting upset but still manage to ask her nicely, “So where’s the key?” and the other employee heard it and showed Sky the key. I was waiting for Sky to walk with me so I can show her what I need but she is giving an attitude and doesn’t want to move until I move. So I walked first and told her what I needed. She just took it and when we reach the cashier, Sky said “I will never open that cabinet again” and just left with attitude. Again very unprofessional! Lastly, I decided not to use the Self check out because my toddler was so hyper, so I went to the cashier named HASSAN, I have pretty much 5 bags and he didn’t bother to help me put all the scanned items in the bag. I’m like, ok fine! I can do this. But then he started scanning the items of the customer next to me while I’m still trying to put all my groceries in the bags. And the other customer was like an inch close to me because she needs to pay and I’m still placing my groceries in the bags. It was a very terrible experience in one day! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Can’t believe they hired these 3 terrible employees.

This was my first time visiting their pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. Oh course I will go back because I transferred some of my prescriptions there. I moved closer to the area so I will be visiting once or twice a month to pick up my prescriptions and at the same time do some shopping. The service on the pharmacy was fast and pharmacy technician was very caring and great customer service.

I was waiting for 20 minutes for spray paint and not body shows up; I went to look for help and Regina was on sporting good , when I ask for help she gave me a huge actitud , I don’t why they have so many rude people working plus the manger should have more employees working, this store is a mess .

Dangerous area, not enough security. Thugs scoping the exterior perimeter along with the interior of the store, very unsettling. Unsafe environment, long lines and wait time, not enough cashiers. It's a loss in my opinion. I would not recommend taking your family here. It's simply just a bad place.

I am tired of the disrespectful cashiers who apparently do not want to be there. This morning before work I decided to go get a few things. The cashier Maria who reluctantly allowed me to see her badge had nerve to yell at the lady in front of me and then when she was corrected several of us proceeded to have an attitude with us for saying something. She was very rude and then I asked foe the manager and one never came. I went to customer service to ask and they never came. I had to leave as I do have a job as well. This store cashiers have gone down in the past 2 years. I am done with this store in Panorama city. They have no regard for their customers.

Worse walmart I have ever visited 2day!!! We shop alot at Walmart n this location is bad. Not sure what's wrong with the employees here but the ones we encounter while shopping has some issues. My daughter needed glitter that was locked in a cabinet. I went to another aisle n asked an.older female worker n she just looked at me like if I was a ghost n ignored me. I walked away n saw another female employee walking by asked if she had keys. Same thing she looked at me like OMG!! Than said I'm gonna b late to my lunch bcuz of u m she went on talking n since she was wearing a mouth mask I wasn't able to make what she said. They need to be trained on customer service. Not sure if anyone else has issues here. Driving by n daughter needed items n to use restroom so we stopped but bad idea. Will not visit this store again!!

This place is horrible to pick up there phone I got a ten dollar gift card for my self I waited 30 minutes in a line at the electronic section then they told me I can’t buy them there no more and the lady tells me I can perchase it at any register so I wait another 30 minutes and then they tell me again I can’t purchase it there so they tell me to go to the money center and I wait 20 minutes and when I get home the card doesent verify so I just wasted 1 hour and 30 minutes for nothing this place sucks and now nobody answers not even the building owner doesent respond I want a refund because that’s not fair

Panorama city walmart needs to step up on their deliveries. I'm a driver and everytime I go the orders either "don't show up on their system" or the "order has been canceled". Just so you know I talk to a handful of the employees that work in the pick up section and they say that because the order isn't ready. Many drivers rather not wait but If I'm telling you I'll wait for the order because I want to work and get my sht done then yall need to step it up and do your part. I can wait an hr or 2 I don't care please do your job.

Horrible service, and long wait time for just to buy some hair dye or shampoo don't understand why EVERYTHING needs to be locked up and employees are slow and take forever to just come to open a case for shampoo takes about 1-2 hours to wait for 1 person to come and unlock them, THEN you'll need to wait another 1-3 hour for someone to come and open another case for laundry soap or a shaver. They need to hire more employees to come an open the closed cases it's ridiculous.

Only come to this Walmart if it's your last option because it is not a clean or safe place. The only reason I came here is because it was the only store that had what I was looking for. The online pickup process here is great because it's in another area rather than sharing with customer service. The process is easy, put in the last 4 number of your order or check in through the Walmart app so your item will be ready for you when you're there. The location where this Walmart is terrible because it's not safe, there a higher chance of people who shop here won't park properly and it's not organize.

I'm remodeling a friends home office and this couch works perfectly in the space. The couch is comfortable and affordable.It comes already fixed except for the legs. There's two areas under the couch that holds the legs and tools needed. It's very easy to put today by yourself; I'm 5'3, 135 lbs for reference.My order came pretty fast: two days after I ordered it. FedEx delivered it. The man carried it where I needed and I did the rest.

I had the worst experience at my local Walmart after living nearby for 14 years. The last time I shopped I thought the young employees were bad, but today was the worst. I waited at least 10 minutes to get my item that was locked up behind glass. Usually It would take about 5 minutes. To top it off there were several customers, I counted about 10 including me, that were also waiting or have waited for a lengthy amount of time. Someone even mentioned they were waiting 20 minutes. The woman that was helping customers when I got there disappeared before waiting for 2 other different employees with keys to arrive.What makes matters worse, this particular Walmart has some of the most rude customers ever. They either give you bad looks or walk around with negative energy. Lately the employees have gotten younger and dumber as well. I highly recommend visiting the Walmart in Burbank where none of the basic essentials are locked up behind glass. And the customers are nicer and full of positive energy. The employees are mildly better.The ONLY employee I praise and love to interact with at the Walmart in Panorama City is the British guy who never has bad customer service and is always full of energy. If you visit you can't miss him. He has a strong British accent and flies the British flag in his attire sometimes. I told him today when he helped me out that this wasn't his fault and to keep up the good work. 🇬🇧👍🏽Everything getting locked up behind glass at retail stores in Panorama City is the result of how you vote in local elections. When you end up feeling sorry for drug addicts who are free to steal what ever they want, the result is you wait longer and end up paying more for what you need for things that were cheaper in 2020 and before. I don't recommend shopping in Panorama City overall anymore unless you are here to support small business restaurants. There are drug addicts and criminals walking all over the place and it keeps getting worse.

This store is older and not as welcoming as other Walmart locations. Mainly because it spreads out on three floors making it harder to navigate and it just feels cluttered inside even though it usually isn't. For the amount of traffic in the store the staff does a good job at keeping things organized.
