I brought my pup here for the first time because my groomer was unavailable. They were very friendly and I loved that they took walk-ins. I left her there for a couple hours so I assumed it would be a really good job. I asked for a small trim, I asked for the under part and all extra hair removed so that it is short but not down to her skin. It looks like they did little trims and snips and she still smells musty. In the picture you can see how it looks, maybe they misunderstood me. I’m not sure what happened but I wish I had a better haircut experience, everything else what okay. I guess this is what 65$ gets you!

It’s alright, It was cheap and they did an amazing job. I recommend the perfume. Long lasting I tell ya. She does kinda look upset. But I think it’s cause we don’t take her to get her hair done so she was anxious. Overall 4 stars.

Won’t come here again. I asked for a medium haircut and they cut my yorkie’s hair too short. It was also uneven. i_i

I will start off by saying that they are great! I been coming here for 3 years and when I tell them to give me what I want they deliver it and leave him with his great haircut and they also perfume him which I love. It’s a great affordable price that comes with everything haircut, wash, cleaning his ears, trimming his nails for the price is great. It’s important to let them know how you want your haircut or show them a picture that way they get an idea and they will do it right.

Took my kitten to get his nails clipped for the first time. TheGuys Grooming were super nice.and took us as a walk in..would recommend this place thinkng of coming here from Now on..🙂👍👍👍

I just want to say bad service they told me. That my dog would be ready in 3 hours I went on 4 hours and still not ready when I got there there one of the lady was yellin at my dog n still not ready she. Told me to go outside cause the dog was not letting himself she did not cut his hair how I wanted n she was all frustrated I will not take my dog there never again

They did a good couple of wash at first but then one time they came back like the soap was not rinsed - their bodies were all sticky. Then one time I went and saw that they lifted my 120 pound dog by the chain around their neck up to the wash bath - I repeat 120lb dog yanked by the chain up 4-5 ft to the wash bath. That's not right - no wonder they always look scared to go in this place and screamed when I went pick them up. I stopped going there.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I brought my pet in that was recently rescued and they was so nice and gentle with her. They cleaned her up and had her looking so pretty. I recommend this place for everyone. Plus the prices are great.

I adopted my second dog a little over a week ago and she is terrified of everything, even going into Petco to buy stuff has her shaking in fear so I was really worried about getting her groomed. She came out of the groomer’s really happy, not shaking at all and I was shocked. There was also another dog in the salon that was very scared and the woman working smiled and picked him up and carried him around, she clearly cares a lot about the dogs and made my dog feel very safe. Not to mention she looked amazing, she is my first long haired dog so I wasn’t quite sure what look to go for and they knocked it out of the park.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. prices are not worth it , they left my dog looking so bad , i recommend joe dog grooming in 20119 Vanowen St, Winnetka, CA 91306 they are WAY better they give you back your dog with a bow or a scarf these people don’t even do anything like that they also said that they cut my dogs nails but when she came back they were still long.

I have been taking my dog since they opened. I am so pleased with Pet Grooming. My dog already knows when we are going and she knows all of them. The treatment they all give my dog is excellent. The grooming is always great and the prices are great.. I have gotten services from other pet groomers and there is no comparison to Pet Grooming.

Went to get my yorkie terrier a hair cut to even her hair out and they cut it too short.It's not a bad job, just didn't asked for it to be so short. Gave a 4 star because I asked them if they could do it and felt they were just agreeing with me, just to agree.

Sorry but never again they charged me $70 for my dog nails not to be cut at all !!! They told me that what came with it and they told me one price & and charge me another price

Staff was friendly but after I got her groomed. I got home and noticed fleas on my puppy. I don't recommend this place and you'd be better off going somewhere else.

I do not recommend this groomer they did the worst job ever on my fury baby with one ear short and the other long, and found all kinds of patches of long hair everywhere. For 50 bucks this could have been sooo much better… WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!

This is probably by far the best pet groomers I've ever been at. It's open so you're allowed to see what they're doing to your pet & the people who work here are so kind. I highly recommend this place if your pet suffers from anxiety like my dog.

STAY AWAYY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Took my Pomeranian for a haircut, horrible job uneven, worst part his coat is super short and it took 7 hrs for them to groom him. I question why they had cut his coat so short and they just replied that he had mats, which was a lie. I provided a picture of how I wanted it cut and even asked if they could do it, they say yes. Now my dog is sad, I hope he does not gets sick.

They do an amazing job I been taking my dog since they been in the plaza del sol and I have never had bad service with them at all I have taken my dog to something lucky grooming and NEVER again this is the best grooming place in the valley!!

Horrible beyond bad!!!! Don’t don’t don’t go there my dog has been sad and scared all day! They never come back this way from the groomer! This was our first and last! Our dogs fur is so uneven and chopped off in different areas.... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLEASE DONT TAKE THEM THERE!!!!

Horrible place. My dog is curly around her belly she was cut. Also the last time she even Pee because she was very scared. Please dont go to this place believe me i love animals and it was not fair what they did to my dog.

Really bad service one of the guys is so rude he ended up cutting my pomeranian entire hair and he left big pieces every where and they still charged me really disappointed. Don't recommend it at all 😡😡

Horrible my pet hair cut wasn't what I requested and left him still missing cut his hair excuse was oh he just didn't let him self second expensive for what he did something I could of done I mess up haircut.
