I am very thankful to the Pampered Pooch and their experienced groomer, Jean, who have both helped me in my journey to rehabilitate my maltipoo. She was a KTLA featured rescue who has experienced major trauma resulting in PTSD. Most of her negative behaviors have been eliminated in the last 9 months, but because she had never been groomed for the first two and a half years of her life, grooming is a huge challenge, so she can/will attempt to bite at some point during grooming.It is clear to see that Jean has a rapport with dogs, and a skilled hand in his grooming. What he is able to accomplish with Kelsie, while dealing with her anxiety, is amazing!I would understand if The Pampered Pooch refused to see her, but I will forever be thankful that they said yes. I appreciate the sacrifice they have made for a random dog. It shows you where their heart lies.

I have an elderly lab/retriever mix who's nails grow long quickly. Every time I take her there the staff is always very friendly and trim my old girls nails with care and some sweet talk. THANK YOU!!!

We have 2 Bedlington Terriers that are considered very rare. They also have a unique grooming. TBH I didn't expect anything but maybe a Doodle cut but I was pleasantly surprised to see my girls with the proper grooming. Thank you Tabitha and Dante for a great job. Can't wait to see how you groom my 2 Bolognese dogs

I went in with a very nervous dog; who freaks out when she is groomed. The staff quickly calmed her and was able to groom her easily. I was so impressed and thankful. I won't take my dogs anywhere else from now on.

First time a this place we love it!! Our Huskies smell delicious, they fur its so soft and clean, they clean their teeth, and give them a facial!! We definitely going back for the next shower for our Huskies.

I took my furballs this morning for their nails to get clipped I love their service don't take me wrong one lady made me feel so uncomfortable I was just standing with my daughter just saying a dog was adorable the worker looked already in a bad mood she was yelling at the dog not to move while the dog was just standing not moving afterward she told the owner she was an older lady that I was distracting the dog the worker was just talking really bad about me and my daughter while we were just standing waiting for my two furballs that's not being professional I've never experienced something like that before. I've been going there for over 2yrs.

Brought my yorkie In For grooming and I received worst uneven haircut. Not to mention my pup was so thirty afterwards which tells me they don't give water. I called back and mgmt could care less. Dnt go here worst place around.haircut

This place deserves more than 5 stars! Everyone is so friendly! They make u feel very welcome from the minute u step in! My dog can be a little fussy and hyper to say the least! They were able to still handle him and send him home cute as ever and even gave me very helpful tips in regards to my pup. Price was very reasonable . I’ll def be using them as my permanent groomer Thanks A lot!

Been going here a few years and they always do a great job. I have a small terrier mutt who's a little nervous and she seems happy upon pickup! I'd recommend this place for a groom. I'm not super picky about her haircuts as long as her paws stay trimmed up and they do that great here!

We were visiting in the area and Pampered Pooch was recommended to us when our dog needed grooming. They were awesome! We are full-time RVers so sometimes it is hit or miss when it comes to getting our baby groomed. This is the best she's looked since we started traveling.

I took all three of my dogs there. One had to be cut. She looked beautiful. They did a great job. Everybody was very nice and seemed to care about my dogs. I have an elderly doing that gets stressed very easily. They were very quick and kept her stress to a minimum. So glad I went to them.

The work they do is good but their customer service needs to improve. I called them on a Wed to inquire about a hair cut they did on our dog, the person that answered the phone said I would get a call back from a manager within 24 hours, it's now been 5 days and no one has called me back.*UPDATE - We received a call and they set up appointment to bring in our dog and get issue taken care of.

Everyone here LOVES animals! The want your pet to leave happy and much better looking than it came in. The groomers here just take the BEST care of your pets and fur family members. They understand how much our small (or large) family members mean to us. They feel like your pets need to be happy and you need to be happy with how amazing they look! These people are SO GOOD at what they do, I can't say enough!

Took my new cat who had lots of matted fur close to his skin for a shave and bath. Didn't know what to expect, but was very pleased with the results. Thank you for taking such good care of Rascal. He is a happy cat.

Owners beware! Any stranger can ask for your dog without any checks and balances. My dog had been taken by a stranger. The employee also took off my dog’s identifying collar which should stay on. Few exceptions require removal for haircuts or washing But, should be placed back on the dog. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Warm, friendly, excellent service. You can tell they are great to the animals and they always do a great job for reasonable price. Our large golden retriever costs about $60 for a normal grooming and they even offer a military discount.

If I could, I would give no stars. Every time my Scottie goes to get groomed, she comes back with a Westie haircut. Their groomers need more knowledge on proper haircuts of all breeds and need good customer service. We took our puppy husky in to get her nails trimmed and she yelped many times. I would not recommend to ANYONE this grooming shop.

I am very dissapointed I have been taking my dog for grooming here for a few years. Today I took our dog in and she came back with a cut near her eye. We called to ask of there were any issues and they said no. We sent a pic of our dog where we noticed her cut and sent it in to them. They responded with it was an alergic reaction. It's a cut and she had hair every where in that area except that spot. Just wish they would have said hey she moved she was cut we are sorry but, instead they lie and, they didn't say anything. Never again will I take my dog her again.

I used to bring my animals in for nail trims and had my cat shaved, which turned out to be a disaster. When I tried to bring up my concerns to the owner, she was rude. The services I paid for were not to standard and when I politely bring it up, you’re offended?? Not a good way to run a business or to provide customer care. News flash, not all your employees do good work. Get over yourself.

Okay from 👎 to this 👍I took Sophie back in,. When I picked her up it was her again, she was my beautiful baby girl ❤️ We were both so happy. Pampered pooch fixed everything we couldn't be happier Thank you so much for turning this all around y'all are the best you really are totally awesome.🏆My husband took our pup in this morning, This was our 2nd visit. she was way over grown and need groomed badly I wanted a puppy cut like we always get her. Don't know what happened but it looks like they trimmed her face and that it. She was an ulgy puff ball. I can't stand looking at and I can't even talk to my husband. I'm so upset,. I been out of work for 4 month and getting my fur baby groomed was my number one priority. I paid $75.00 for a bath and face cut. I can't afford to take her somewhere else. I'm so disappointed, dissatisfied and heartbroken. I won't be able to get her groomed for another month. She never been this long ever and it's almost foxtail season. This is so bad. SMH

I Found them On Google read the reviews Prayed & Crossed My Fingers Not Only Did They Answer The Phone, They Take New Customers & I Got A Appt The Same Week. My Baby Looks Amazing & She Loved It.. My dog is a high anxiety shepadoodle. Not easy to handle at all being she is 60 pounds. They are patient with her and give her the isolation she needs from other dogs. She always leaves smelling and looking great.
