I bought two nuts and two washers $.19 each. I realized when I got home, I needed the smaller size. I went up there, thinking I could just ask a Home Depot associate that I could exchange those for the smaller since they are the same price.They refused to allow me to do that. I had to go through the return line to get reimbursed and then purchased them again separately. All over $.80 worth of two washers and two nuts.When I complain to the associate, who was checking me out that this was stupid and a waste of everyone time. She refused to check me out. I had to go to a different line and a different person.These associates act like they own Home Depot Instead of work there. In the future, I’ll be going to Lowe’s because I don’t want to deal with the entitlement of theassociates who work there.

I was help by an employee from lumber. We were getting a screen doors. When the worker put the screen doors on the cart he put them upward. When we were loading the truck one of the screen door fell on my foot. That hurt so bad do you think Home Depot would care no. If I call and complain would they do something no. They probably would tell me is my responsibility to fix it. But the employee was the one that set it up that way.

Great if you ready for complete self service, lack of inventory and employees on the floor who seem to be avoiding work and customers. When asked they will refer you to the website- again great if you are looking for self service. Which if there was a discount involved maybe it would be a win win-

My local home depot gets 3 out of 5 for 2 reasons. I spent 5 hours there today. A nice lady with her kids asked me for help and I did because I'm use to that, women asking me for assistance. The next 2 situations reflect on Home Depot. I was on screw aisle and a lady walked up and got my attention and asked me to make her a key. The 2nd situation I was talking to an employee and when we finished the customer started talking to me instead of the employee. I did not have on an orange apron, a name tag or clothes that would suggest I worked at home depot. I had on headphones and everything except my shirt said adidas. The watch, the event bag, pants, shoes. Nothing said hardware. Then again I was in the store for 5 hours and no one offered me any help.The lady knew I didn't work there she also asked for help because she wasn't receiving any. The other male and female that approached me, I don't know what that was about. I don't know why they don't want to help people anymore. Reason # 2. Who else carries Ryobi besides Home Depot? Exactly so why do they have all the tools but none of the accessories. No jigsaw blade, No circular Saw blades. No sign saying this is compatible with Ryobi. We already talked about the customer service. This extended my time and really irked me. However the guy who rang up my order was nice and any employee I asked something was cordial. 3 until they get back to being the Home Depot we know.

Bad customer service, 99% of the people that work there including managers ignores you. Every time I ask for help to find something no one knows or they try to pretend that they are busy when all you see is them hanging around with other coworkers, there is only 2 people that really knows they stuff and that is 2 old men that they are being there for very long time, so very disappointed with this company.

Love Home Depot bcuz as a big store it has a great variety of everything for my home and the best that I can do it myself, love every department but the ones that I enjoy the most it's the "Gardening area " they have a great variety of plants for indoors and outdoors and there's always associates that are always willing to help and give interesting tips in how to take care of your garden, besides that, they always have great SALES that are very convenient for anyone and they're up to date with every holiday season, beautiful decorations and ideas... Love HOME DEPOT 💖🎉🎈

I just went to buy something and the cashier forgot to put my stuff in the bag I came back to get my stuff and the manager was so rude she didn’t help me I am so upset about their mistake and now I need to pay something that I didn’t get.

I will say… out of all the Home Depot’s here in the antelope valley… this one is by far the most organized, clean, easy to navigate store and worth the drive to the edge of town for it.. thumbs up to this store.

Seriously, HD are very helpful. Yesterday we went in and got blinds custom cut for our downstairs windows. Today we're going in for the sliding glass verticals... I was kinda irritated with Vince in the blinds section from yesterday because I took pictures of all my windows and measurements and he cut one of them 2 1/4" too short. No big deal to go back and return faulty blind. It was just a pain to do when you have a rhythm and it gets broken to have to go back to the store and replace it.It gets replaced, and I go home to install it, only to realize that the 2nd associate cut the wrong blind. It was the perfect width, but she pulled a 48" length blind off the shelf instead of a 64" one. Now im going back (again) today to get the proper blinds.

The Home Depot is my favorite store. I love there products and employees. I can (and do) spend hours in that store searching for materials for new projects to do while getting the things I need for the one I'm working on at the time. TOOLS, I LOVE TOOLS! You can create so mush with them. And The Home Depot has every tool you will need. But mainly, their staff are the BOOM! SO HELPFUL

Justine at the front desk has made it a great experience in buying interior paint for the first time. It was a little overwhelming with the wait time at the front desk. However, she helped me find the correct color less than five minutes.

I drove 8 miles to pick up a gig delivery only to be told that the product wasn't available. The store should have cancelled the order before I got there rather than summon me to pick the order up for a $4 courtesy pay. This happens far too often with Home Depot. I won't take orders for Home Depot again. I can't count on you to get it right.

Linda at customer service is a mess to check out, takes forever, scans wrong items, over counts and overcharges. Then when returning acts as if doing you a favor for fixing her mistake. Box of tile was 88cents a pc she charged $1.99 a pc. Of course I want back what I paid for. Check your cameras. I'll gladly send the transaction numbers.

PRO DESK AND RENTAL IS A JOKE!!!The kid Richard and Joshua at the desk is nothing but attitude and problems…every single time I send an employee of mine to pick up rental tools it’s always the same story. Attitude and disrespectful and acts like he can careless about the customer. Save your time and headaches and just go to Lowe’s. Store manager must be related to this kids because I would have fired him years ago..I always advise all contractors I know not to go to Home Depot specially rental department at this location. But if you must like I have in the past keep an eye on your account he never returns deposit. I’ve noticed that with Joshua.

Sad to say, it is the worst Home Depot customer service in the Antelope Valley. Extra long periods of waiting time just to get materials of the top shelves. Because they say they don't have enough licensed drivers. Talking to the shift manager about the situation just made it worse because she was just excusing everything instead of reasoning or finding a solution to the problem.

I always come w my dad to this store before it was always so helpful return or store credit was easy because he works in construction and now they could never do anything associated don’t even acknowledge you simply no can’t do it contact through email with and attitude then we were walking out and later on says they could figure it out… cashier name was Linda .

Had an issue last month with lack of pre-registering ( at a different location) where they refused to give me a kids work shop kit because I hadn't registered told me I had to wait until 12 than I came back at 12 only to be told I had to wait until 1 to make sure pre registered people had received thier kits.So for this month I pre registered only to be told I had to wait for everyone who hadn't pre-registered to be done at 12pm for me to receive my kits. Can someone please explain what the truth is?

My wife and I bought twelve pallets of step stones for our backyard project on a Monday, the same week on Wednesday my wife received a call from the store associate to let her know the product order was canceled on their behalf, because the nearby stores did not carry the amount pieces we had ordered and that they called thevendor but that the product is discontinued after the fact the day before we had the landscaper remove our backyard grass because we were anticipating on our date and time delivery for March 4th as set on Monday. Poor communication skills on behalf of the store associates Luis and Marion as they guaranteed us on delivering product and that the pieces would be gathered from the local home depot stores to complete our order. Big disappointment to know that the store associates did not deliver customer satisfaction and the broken trust between store associate and us as customers. Do not trust store associates on placing orders if you do please make sure that they triple check if your order product is really available. This was the third time we placed an order which expectations of a customer were not met especially on a big product order not great at all. My wife and I believe discrimination is taking place especially towards her at this point is what she feels because of the three times of ordered product being a failure to our property projects.
