Was recommended by a family friend to this grommer and I have to say that I am super satisfied. From the minute I called to get detailed information to actually dropping my dog off and then picking her up. The lovely lady I didn’t get her name and Apollo who actually did the grooming did great! The first picture was when we dropped her off and the other two are when we picked her up. Highly recommend this place to those people that want their fur babies well taken care off.

My experience was wonderful! The staff was very professional from the time I made the appointment, our visit was so pleasant, Both staff were very nice and helpful with my needs for my baby, when I picked him up OMG my baby was looking good, feeling and smelling soooooo good !! I love this place we will definitely be back and it was very affordable 💯💪🏽 🏽

This was my very shy dog's first time ever being groomed and our experience was awesome! The friendly, professional staff made us feel welcome! Just speaking to Apolo on the phone when I made my appointment was a good experience! I am very happy with the service and my dog looks and feels beautiful! I would highly recommend! Super cool people who do great work on our 4 legged babies !

I usually take my Dog to Petsmart but decided to try this shop and let me tell you I was able to immediately tell the difference it was soooo worth it.Then the customer service is pretty awesome and my pup was very happy with them too I can tell they treated her right. I definitely recommend and will continue taking my dog there

Apollo is the best Corgi dog groomer! Our dog Browley only goes to see Apollo for all his grooming needs. We live in Santa Clarita and we drive to Palmdale to see Apollo. It's worth the drive for my fur baby! Apollo is the most caring and professional groomer and I am so happy that he started his own dog grooming business. He is so caring, welcoming, greets your dog, and meets the customers in person. Browley needed his nails done because they were getting long during quarantine. I only trust Apollo with his nails because he never makes his nails bleed and takes good care of his paws. Other places have left Browley's nails bleeding after a trim but this is never the case with Apollo. As soon as dog grooming salons were allowed to re-open due to Covid-19, we made our appointment. Browley also needed his corgi momo (corgi butt) trim and Apollo is the EXPERT! Other places never perfected the art of the corgi momo trim until we met Apollo. Apollo is very well trained on different dog breeds' grooming needs. I can tell he knows his stuff because when we first met Apollo, we were so relieved to hear him explain to us how he will be grooming Browley because he is a Corgi. Groomers at other salons don't know that Corgis are supposed to be groomed differently. Apollo does his homework. Browley got everything done today. He got his nails done, bath, ears cleaned, teeth cleaned and his paws are sooooo soft!!!! He also got a cute bandana!! Oh and he smells really good too.

Outstanding pooch grooming! Apollo was very friendly and welcoming. He also had tons of patience with my dog. My dog is very nervous and can get loud when it comes to getting groomed as he is learning to get into the rhythm. Apollo was able to get the job done. And I felt like he was in good hands. I know my dog isn't the best behaved and i appreciate the Dogsmith for not giving up on him! The prices are very competitive also compared to the big box stores. I highly recommend this spot! Thanks again Apollo! U tha best.

We’ve been taking our dog for a little more than year. She’s a big Cane Corso and I just love the customer service they give each time and how loving they are towards my dog. She loves going and they do an awesome job with her. Apollo and his staff are the best.

I have been taking my dog there for almost 3 years and have suspected this has happened a few times I went to pick her up the other day and she was not bathed her hair had not been cut her face had not been cut and she reaked of marijuana and so did the establishment and would not give me a refund I would not recommend this place as my dog was getting high

*updated review*In March 2020 I brought my dog to get groomed, usually Apollo was the one to always groom him and did a awesome job, but the last time when I took my dog and mother in laws dog a girl was the one who groomed them and about 5 hours later I got a call they were ready to be picked up, upon getting the dogs mine was really anxious and I did not notice until after he had a cut on his stomach I tried and tried to call and they would not answer my call. A year later I’ve tried to call and even make appointments thinking maybe he got injured at home and they won’t answer my calls so I do feel that the groomer who groomed him cut him and tried to hide it.They always do such an awesome job! Thank you !!

Never been happier with a grooming service as I been with this location. Fair prices and appointments are done at reasonable timing .. no need to wait days or sometimes weeks to give you furbaby a hair cut.

Apollo, the owner, is a god send!! My aggressive shihtzu always gets denied by other groomers and it was really frustrating being turned away. but miraculously this place was able to fix her up im sooooo happy!! They’re super patient and worked on her even if it took hours. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!!

My wife and I came to know about the dogsmith because of their owner Apollo. He was a groomer for PetSmart a long time ago and we always asked for him by name when we would take our corgi in for grooming. When we learned he started his own grooming business, we immediately started going to the Dogsmith exclusively. He does amazing work and you can tell he loves what he does. Our corgi always looks and smells good after his grooming sessions. Genuinely, a really nice and honest guy with fair prices. Will definitely continue to take our dog here.

Every month a diffrent price. Dont understand why and dont like to feel scammed. Wouldnt recommend. Keep a set price and not randomly change it aftwr you go to pick up your dog.

Ive been to a lot of dog salons this one is by far the best. Apollo and his staff love the dogs they groom. My dog actually gets excited to go. They are clearly compassionate. Cant say enough good things about this place . .

I made an appointment for 10:am and had to drive a distance. Nowhere to wait inside. Did the best I could to wait in 108 degree heat only to find out that my dog was still in a cage at 3:30 pm. I finally just took my dog home.

Not sure what went wrong.. her breath was horrible after her 1st and only visit there. She also got ear mites right after her visit.She's an only dog, who stays in doors basically..I've been trying to treat these two things for over a month..No the experience I wanted her to have..😪 her fur was soft tho.

I was satisfied with the experience the first timeSuddenly on day they did not shower one of my dogs and they took so long, I drop my dogs at 11, I have to call them they finally call me back by 05:00 pm, with one of my dogs they did not provide the service to one of my dogs and they still charged me, then they call me to offer another day to come back, at the end they canceled the appointment.
