I can't believe how long the line is and they only have one cashier.The automatic checkout area is inconvenient and they don't arrange shopping bags in your section，you have to go to them to pick up the shopping bags and they check your receipt to see if you pay for the bags.The company save the cashier's wages and waste everyone's time and I choose to go to another store.

Not a bad grocery store. It’s the closest in to my house in Green Valley but prefer to go to Santa Clarita Smart And Final as it’s cleaner and less busy. They have all the products you need. Trader Joe’s is my favorite but sometimes they don’t have stuff that I need and I go here.

Glad to have a store nearby home again, but usually what I'm looking for isn't at this store and I find myself making this my second choice store and not my first. Lines and lack of open registers are regularly an issue and just the other day one of the employees was sitting on one of the disabled carts right next to the front door on her cell phone. She may have been on break or off work, but it just doesn't look good while still in uniform you know. Often times too the clerks are conversing amongst themselves right in front of the customers they're ringing up about non work related topics. Professionalism. Management needs to step up.

This store is filthy all of the time. The floors are never mopped and it smells of bad produce and spoiled meat. They often lock the second door at night in violation of fire code. Carts everywhere. Steer clear.

This store does not restock its on-sale items. I came last night for mangoes and chicken wings and both were out of stock. I returned today and still the same. Poor quality of management and false advertising at that point since I cam just for that waste of time. I use to order bulk popcorn kernels from this store but I don't and won't do that again.

It's a supermarket that sells in bulk and also retail. Be careful when buying bulk produce. I bought potatoes by the sack and found out most of them were rotten.

The girls bathroom was very disgusting, there was a stall with a toilet that wasn't flushed and has all sorts of things in it, and the other one there was pee on the toilet cover. While I was at the cashier there was around 3 people and were just talking, I had to ask my daughter to put the groceries in the cart. Don't recommend at all, horrible service

I have 2 small children and shopping can at times be an adventure. I am so happy this store has the cleanest by far restrooms. By the time we got out, our groceries were still in the shopping cart and I was able to continue shopping. I have had the same experience in different stores and when we get out our shopping cart is gone.This store is always well stocked and organized. As most parents will agree shopping with children can be stressful. I at times rather shop at Smart & Final buying bulk makes sense.

I like shopping at Smart and Final. The employees are very helpful. The cashiers are friendly. The workers at Smart and Final are always multi-tasking and helping each other in different departments. I like their inclusive model. I am a loyal customer ❤. I also like the young man who always help me put my groceries in the truck. Thank S and M for the positive shopping experience.

I never been to a smart and final extra before. I'm very impressed by the selection , freshness and selection of fruit and vegetables, the selection of even the dog food was pretty impressive. The fast and friendly staff blew me away. So pleased to shop and check out this location. Well worth a visit , fast , short , long or small trip. Well worth stopping in

Always clean and I can always find parking. Compared to the other places in town, this is very relaxing. (And I usually hate shopping!)Good prices and selection. I have found the produce to be nice. I was searching for bean sprouts and the floor stocker helped me find the organic ones. They are the best I’ve ever had! Very very fresh and tasty. And most stores don’t even carry bean sprouts anymore!And, the best part is the rotisserie chicken. It is so flavorful and moist. I always buy it and it is always consistently good! Plus it’s a good price!Thanks for opening a store in Quartz Hill!

Worst service ever! As I approached the cashier Patt was her name I greeted her saying hello, but she never greeted back, since then I thought hopefully everything comes up good because she was not in friendly mood, well after that she brings up my total and I saw some claire earrings were charged regular price but on the display the price was $5.99 so I told her and she said no the price is marked on the earrings so I said then I don’t want them anymore, she started mumbling and saying she can’t delete the item and she has to cancel the transaction and do it over again making me feel guilty, then Jannet came and deleted the earrings from the transaction and I explained her the display showed different price she said they are not responsible for that merchandise since the vendor from claires just comes and leave it there, then I said why shouldn’t the store be responsible for false advertisement then this was my first time in this store since I just recently moved to Palmdale but I won’t be back with such rude employees there

I love this grocery store. It has the feel of grocery stores that I grew up with. Not the automated, big box, corporate, monopolies, like certain other "Markets" around the corner.They always have everything, So need. And I know Sim supporting my community, by shopping there.

This Smart and Final store in West Palmdale/Quartz Hill is the best one by far that I have had the good fortune to visit. Very organized, clean, spacious, and located in a former upscale grocery store building. Fully stocked most of the time...and lots and lots of parking! Friendly employees too!

This Smart and Final was clean and bright. The selection was great, and the wine prices are fantastic. However... the fresh pre-cut veggies we got here were slimy and mushy to the point that they were falling apart in the container, even though there were 2 days until their expiration date and we used them the moment we got them home.

Smart & Final Palmdale/Quartz Hill is my go to for fresh fruits and vegetables and items I can't find at other stores. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I go at least once a week if not more and will continue to do so!

I just love the 50th and N smart and Final. The stockung staff are friendly as are the cashiers. Their managers call me by name and once let me come back to pay. I had forgotten my wallet. Easy access, good parking even with a horse trailer and large truck. 10 thumbs up not to mention their great prices

Certainly not like the smart & finale on 10th st, This place very helpful & kind. this one on 50th, rude and no professionalism. They must think it's funny leaving people on hold, Im sure they have seat warmers of smart & final. Explain someone just works for a paycheck & doesn't care.

The checkout line was the length of the store and they had every register open. I have never gotten through a line so quick! We were all amazed at how quickly they got us through the line! Plus they had everything I wanted. Always friendly and helpful employees, too!

The staff is always friendly and helpful! This particular experience was amazing. I needed a cake made last minute. Anjelica in the Bakery was SO helpful and nice on the phone. She went above and beyond to help me get this emergency cake ordered for my friend's leukemia-free anniversary. Thank you so much, Anjelica, for making it and easy process!

My family and I have been going to this smart and final since it's opened. It's in a very convenient location, the staff is usually very friendly and extremely helpful. However, I've been putting off this review for so long, giving this location the benefit of the doubt. Now, this store is not known for its exceptional produce and I'm aware. During multiple visits, I've found produce on the stands in horrible condition and clearly too rotten to eat. I've informed staff of my findings and received nothing but apologetic responses. Today, being 8 months pregnant and at home with my 2 kids, I made a request for my husband to make a quick trip to pick up some bulk items for thanksgiving and some fresh fruit in accordance to my cravings. After he came home.... We found multiple packaged fruits such as the grapes, melon container, rasberries and blackberries growing some mold and completely inedible. As grateful as I am for my husband making the trip..... I'm equally very disappointed in my neighborhood gorcery store for it's subpar quality. I hope one day I can remove this review as well as my horrible expectations for the "fresh" food from this establishment.

All good. Lines were rather long, sounded like one of the registers was not operable. The romaine lettuce didn't look as good as it has in the past and even in other Smart & Final stores.
