Becareful of this store with your transactions they do fraud they charge you for items you don't take on wic... also they never gave me back my money when I payed with my card for gas own is a fraud and swears he don't still Aldso they are over priced GO TO DG MARKET.... I don't think am ever going back again unless if really need to for gas

Last time I was there I had a bad experience with o e of the cashiers. She was tall and on the gas station side. I haven't seen her in a while but I specifically told her what I wanted like 3 different times and how I wanted it. Still she did it the wrong way on every occasion and then was rude about it. Even said I still had to pay for her mistakes because it was lottery and she couldn't return lotto stuff. But whatever glad I don't see her anymore. The new guy on the gas side at pm hours is super nice, helpful and polite. The girl on food side is always nice, never has an attitude and it's just a way better atmosphere going into that store now. Glad they made improvements where needed to be. The owner of the store or manager even got up out of his lunch to help. Which is awesome. Love how someone is always at the register and you don't have to hunt someone down or wait for them to walk to the register from wherever they are.

Nice store, most items are way overpriced. The man in the meat dept. Is WONDERFUL! A couple of the gals who cook pizza, chicken etc., are friendly and kind. You can get pizza thru the window at 2 AM haha.

Local store in lake la when you cant get to big town to shop,but watch out for the sales it means experation date are near the end.also this store prices are a lot higher.l like to get the fast food.

The cashier's were friendly and helpful. I'm not from this area but they sure treated me right. Propane tanks were cheap and they have a great selection of items for a store their size. Gas pumps are not so easily accessed in a bigger motorhome but doable with a little bit of maneuvering.

I worked here for a week was fired after not even being told why I guess u could say wrongful termination then I later learned that Maria lied me to save one of the other employees. I confronted the owner whom hired me at the time after calling multiple times and visiting to see why I was not on the schedule the following week everyone looked with their heads down as if I had done something then he lied and said he tried to contact me which was a lie . The veggies and fruits are not always good sometimes expired and I know that some of the meat they cook is expired. Not sure if they still have grilled chicken but that use to be expired as well when I worked there I was told to go get a bucket of chicken from the walk in upon retrieving it I noticed it had a sour smell I told the cook and he said it’s ok and still cooked it .. it had been sitting in there for days and I’m no expert but I know thawed chicken can not just sit in the fridge for a long time. Just a heads up they want the works to not talk that’s why everyone is so silent and looks like they don’t enjoy working there.

Love the place , everyone is nice and its convenient! Has a gas station and grocery side!!! Love love!! People complain about prices a lot but its convenient if you dont like it go ahead and go down the hill and spend more in gas to get what you need! The workers put up with a lot of rude customers and that's the only time they get rude , they need to remember they have the right to refuse service to anyone !!!! The customer is not always right ! I've seen the customers come in and be racist about the owners and that is not right! So remember we ALL have rights here in America and they are Americans now so treat people with respect and it will be given to you as well!

Prices are way too high produce is old most products are expired or just about to expire. Employees do not seem happy and it projects onto the customer. No one smiles they are not helpful or friendly to customers. But they do have a lot of choices good store, liquor store, gas station, deli, and they are open 24/7. The night time guy is awesome he's fast and gets things right the first time. I don't know his name or I would acknowledge him but he is an asset to the store and the other employees should follow his lead they could learn a lot from him.

Been going there for 2 years. Never had a problem till this new employee l.a. blonde young girl, Young kid. Not friendly and was rude. Sorry if i asked to upgrade my smokes. I wont let that make me from stopping there. Owner is friendly and part if the community . I thought it was just me so after a while i found out she has made lots of customers/neighbors upset . Including both my daughters. The way i see they need to fix that employee.

double price of everything,convenience I guess.Staff changes frequently. Pizza is hit or miss. I have had Good pizzas and horrible pizzas depending on who is working. They added donuts and bakery. Maple bacon bars are good. They offer lots of stuff at a price.

This place should have an f and closed. The owner has said multiple times look at the trash that walks in his doors so he doesn't care what the quality of the products are. The meat is bleached and isn't thrown away as needed. Baby formula at one point was 3 yrs old. Someone must be paying the food inspectors. Really don't understand why anyone shops there.

As others have said... Prices are high and the store is not the cleanest.However, the closest grocery store is about 19 miles away, so it can save a trip into Palmdale. A large selection of items can be found there.The cold cases with the soda and such can be hit or miss. Either not fully stocked or not cold enough.

I think there is too much in the store making it very crowded. For the prices charged I would think there would be some plans to invest in a better building across the street and just make the other place a gas and liquor. Quite frankly with the new Dollar General about to open, if they sell any food stuff it will probably hurt the sales at the market. It is unfortunately the only store around that carries the necessities needed in a pinch.

Great when you don't want to go to town. Also very good weekly specials. Their but her puts up some very nice cuts of meat you don't see in regular markets.

was waiting in line at 1:30 to buy alcohol.. employee was slow with customers, by the time it was my turn . he refused to sell me alcohol, saying they stop at 1:45. my time at the window was 1:46...but yet he sells a panhandler a beer before me at 1:46 saying the customer ordered at 1:45.. not my fault his customer before me had change for his beer and was also asking customers for money. the guy at the window just waited and waited for his customer to pull every dam cent out his multiple pockets... Dont know the name of the employee, but only know he has a long beard.

Some inventory is old and its not well lit. Everything os so overpriced....i asked why a 2 litre of rc cola was almost 3 dollars when in palmdale you can get it for 99 cents and was advised "you're not in Palmdale anymore" and to which i replied "and i guess i am not a customer." palmdale and lancaster is too close for such price gauging....sheesh

Handy for emergencies, i could understand prices a little higher for remote location BUT gas was 70 cents higher than town, a monster drink $1 higher and cereal a $1 higher a box...thats too much more...its not like its a desolate island, just country

They own the dairy as well, and they can't seem to get past the color line, but what are they, I've read the reviews, & seen them Filth, Wilted produce, spoiled meat, Dairy products, I would say to all of you out there do your shopping in Lan or Palm, BOYCOTT BOYCOTT BOYCOTT BOYCOTT! Prices are high. The selection is slim. The only good point is that they are the only grocery store in town, which is both negative and positive. Many items are past the sell by date.

Only ever go as an emergency when I’m low on gas and I’ve had 3 cases that they’re out of gas, poor management and rude management to top it off. Just a waste of time all around with the grocery prices being so high.

i just want to say when you live in a small town and you have 1 or 2 residents that live i that one light town longer then you have its very easy to make a person feel uncomfortable . if you want to know something about somebody ask them do not listen to others

It is the best in that area. Very creative. They are always trying new concepts. The amazing thing, you can get whatever you need in the middle of nowhere. Any time you see a complaint, it is usually the person who is complaining is the problem.

This place sucks, and so does the Dairy out here. They are owned by the same people to monopolize on the gas out here. If you need gas to get out of town you are forced to go to one of these super run down gas stations.

This place is a nasty place. The people are all trashy and service really sucks. the only reason they are still around is they are the only market there. I will go 20 minutes more instead of going there. If the owner knows that this please is so trashy with unfriendly people how work there, he would have to be trashy himself.

I like shopping there the store clerks are nice but the price's are a lil high, & I've boughten produce there that is bad like my potatoes that I got so just check em before you buy em.
