Stopped in to checkout this place for the first time. I had my pup with me and he approved lol. Navi was super sweet and they carry good quality food. Prices are reasonable, considering it’s not all typical kibble you can get at the grocery store. They carry brands you cannot get at bigger chain pet supply stores. I love the small business environment.Thank you!

My experience at the store was absolutely phenomenal I loved the young lady named Neslie she Very warm welcoming and informative had all the ants I needed and had great customer service. Definitely coming back and will be a loyal customer from now on.

I usually only go in for frozen rodents for my snake. Today I thought I would buy dog food at Rosita's instead of Stater Bros.Once in the dog food area... there were no prices. The young lady who worked there had no idea what the prices were and tried to guess them. 😶 I told her I was curious about multiple bags and price markers would help. I was told they sometimes have them... sometimes not.Instead of related asking her for help to scan items for pricing, I went to Stater bros.Do better

Very sweet young lady at the counter, always willing to help! Very informative and listens to your questions and concerns and will always try to help you on whatever she can. Their prices are reasonable and they have a decent variety of the essentials for the pets. Nice to have a neighborhood pet store besides the big brands. They've got some brands the big stores can't sell due to exclusivity.

I come here for the chicken jerky my dog loves.They have the best name tags at reasonable prices!!!The associates are always so friendly. Customer service is amazing.

Came here because it’s right down the street from where I live. Very nice staff! I was in search for a new brand of dog food for my picky eaters and they had a good variety of different brands and different sizes. Which I loved because I’m tired of buying big bags for my dogs when I don’t even know if they’ll like it. Also tried a couple of the cbd treats they have, my dogs ate them but it didn’t calm down their anxiety, it was the one with the mushroom. I have a German shepherd siberian husky, and a mixed terrier. Once again I appreciate the small bags because I like to see what works and what doesn’t. I also got them some frozen yogurt and had forgotten to go pick it up because I had left that to go to the grocery store. I went a couple of weeks without picking them up and had went to a dog event in Lancaster where I seen them and told them the situation. The girls were very nice and knew exactly what I was talking about and said it was still in the fridge and could go pick it up. I finally did pick up the yogurt and really appreciate them doing that for me! Overall it’s a small store, great variety for the space they have, a little pricey but I understand because it is a small business.

Its very small and right next to a wing stop but it has a lot of really good pet supplies and has a few food options for your pet that are really good. Prices are less then the competitors like PetSmart or Petco too.

If there's something that I like is walking into the store and seeing what a nice smile someone has on their face which is why I like coming here very friendly and I will continue to go back again and again

I being heard bad comments and I'm afraid to take my dog to them not sure if my daughter brings our Dog to that place cuz the day after we have to rush my pet to a veterinarian after he gets a skin infection

Has alot of pet supplies..we got a cat tower and it was alot cheaper than anywhere else..and she stayed opened for us coming from Lancaster after closing time
