I ordered a 5 gallon fish tank on the PetSmart app and went in a bit after with my sister and brother to return a product. The cashier that helped us with the return was Daniella and she was wonderful!! She processed the return in a timely manner and was also able to get me my app order. She was so kind and warm, she didn’t make us feel rushed or like we were intruding. Thank you Daniella!!! We appreciate you.

One of the supervisors named Jose, I think, was phenomenal with his customer service, kindness, and overall willingness to go out of his way to help. Mah boi gets a 10 out of 10 for doing his job and just being an awesome guy and worker. I rarely leave good reviews cause the bad experiences tend to happen more often and honestly stick with me more. But this dude left a great impression on me. More people working in customer service should be like this. Also, whatever you're paying this man, it's not enough lol 😆

We go here all the time. We typically spend around $200 per trip. However, we have A LOT of pets; 3 dogs, 3 cats, a Bearded Dragon, and 3 fish tanks. The staff is nice and helpful. We have purchased many fish here and all are alive and well. PetSmart is our Wal-Mart.

They always have what we need and the workers there are nice. I also enjoy using their same day delivery service! I sometimes don't have the chance to drive out on weekdays due to work so this delivery service is amazing! It always comes in clutch when we are out of the necessary dog food my dogs know and love!

There products are great and I would love to buy it, but it's just so expensive!! I go there for my dogs special dog food and I always look at the toys and treats but they are way too much when I can go get a plushie toy from Rite-Aide for $2. It's going to get ripped up in the first 5 mins anyways. But if you don't mind spending money, then I totally recommend PetSmart!! 🐶🐱

Nice store, tons of different types of dog food, toys, treats, beds, everything you could possibly need. Just got a puppy. He's super tiny and needs special food and tiny chew toys. We found everything he needed.

I go here all the time. Never had any problems. I have 7 pets. Petsmart has everything I need except a vet. There are locations that have on-site vets. This isn't one of them. They have a grooming department. One of my German Shepherds doesn't like his feet meesed with he becomes jumpy. They do a really good job of keeping him calm. Plenty of parking. Located in the same parking lot as Target, Home Depot, Ross, and bed bath beyond.

Friendly workers. Very clean and well stocked store. Took my puppies there for training a couple years ago. The trainer was awesome with my puppies. They loved to come to class. And we (the owners) were well trained when we graduated with our certificates.

This place would not honor my pet grooming appointment because my pet's vaccine records did not reflect the experation date on his vaccine even though his vaccine records do show his vaccine his literally 4 months ago. So, if a vaccine expiration ends in either one year or three, I still have at least eight months when the vaccine expires or two years and eight months to expire, depends on if my pet received a one or a three year vaccine. Thanks Pet Smart employees you not only can't do math you have no common sense customer service.

After fighting eight different pet related stores to find a specific kitten product, I contacted this store. An associate named Michaela picked up. She was over-the-top helpful! She said she wasn’t super busy and was able to leave the register to go find the product. She then told me that she would hold it at her register for the time that it would take me to travel to that store to get it. She was also the associate that checked me out and the only associate working the cash register. She was incredibly busy; however, She made every customer happy in front of me and was extremely helpful eFriendly with amazing customer service! Although it is out of my way significantly, I will return to the store just to have that kind of customer service! Thank you very much for hiring this person!

I walked in and saw a good 10 dogs being walked by their owners. Then the grooming area some of dogs were off leashes getting shampooed and combed out....what a trip. Now u see them in Walmart more n more.

Although the staff is normally friendly, there are never enough working. Today I waited over 15 minutes to get crickets, no one around to help, so I ended up walking out. This is not the first time this has happened. It happens often. I guess I will need to try a different store.
