Let me tell you of my experience Of adopting a petI give it 2 stars just because The cats that they have for adoption there are sick. My cat was $100 to adopt. But it did not show that it was sick little-by-little she was losing weight, Took her to the vet, spend like a $845 🤦🏻‍♀️ But anyway, it looks like she still is sick,so just be careful when you are adopting a pet there, they might be sick. Just hope this doesn't happen to you!

Iv always had a great experience at this location my dogs get groomed here and their always happy to go back, I enjoy shopping for my pets here but today the employees/ team were extremely helpful and I had a amazing experience. Overall thank you to the staff for helping me today, we love our new addition to the family and I appreciate their help.

A nice clean store. I always enjoy people with their pets visiting the store. It was very busy when I arrived, but it cleared out by the time I got to the till. The store was tidy and organized. I would go back.

Never have fish for sale.Excuses I've encountered so far.1. Our fish are sick2. "Maintenance" on tanks (during prime business hours)3. "No employee who can assist in that department " WHAT?!If u need fish go Literally anywhere else.

For pet supplies, they have most of what you would need on a very basic level. Small pets are available but are in cages with zero access to human contact. My daughter wanted a hamster and they literally scooped it out without touching it because the worker was too afraid of being bitten. Predictably, the hamster is too afraid of people to be a good pet. We are trying, but go elsewhere for the actual animals.

Love this place and love the employees! They are just down the street from me and not only do they match Chewy.com, they BEAT Chewy.com's prices! And I can get it today, not days from now. Just in case download the Chewy Application on your phone so you can show them the price to beat. Please be nice to the employees here! I hate when grumpy people come in and take out their anger on these employees. They didn't do anything to you to deserve that attitude! If your grumpy got to Petco.

Love it, they have tons of stuff there for all sorts of animals, clean, well stocked, friendly staff, parking can be kind of tight if you have a big vehicle, we get our dog groomed there, they always do a nice job!! 😊 I've never noticed if they have a restroom when I was there because I never had to use one during my visits.

Perpetually understaffed, but the employees try their best. Didn't have the specific reptile supplement I was looking for, and most of their selection is catered towards the Beardie crowd which contributes to a limited selection for other reptile goods.

My daughter and I appreciate all the friendly and helpful staff at PetSmart. We went there and found a little tree frog for my daughter since that's what she wanted to get for a pet. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They all were able to answer our questions. If they couldn't answer all our questions they quickly had someone else who had the right answer come and speak with us. They helped us pick out the right things for the aquarium. As well helped get us the right food and instructions on how to take care of him afterwards. It was a very pleasant and helpful trip to the store. Especially since my 13 year old daughter had her mind made up on getting a tree frog. So I'm sure glad they had some, it was the 3rd place we went looking for the little tree frog. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be going back for another tree frog in the near future to surprise my daughter with a second little friend. Thanks PetSmart and your extremely friendly staff.

My husband and I took our German Shepard Zoe to Petsmart to get a bath and a de-shed. She has been shedding her winter coat and us brushing her wasn’t helping haha. We were very impressed with what an amazing job they did!! They bathed her, de-furminized her, cleaned her ears and teeth, and trimmed her nails. She smelt so good and we could tell that she felt so much better. We did have to wait a few hours, which wasn’t an issue because we had errands to run. :) & it was $96 for everything! We were so impressed we couldn’t stop talking about it! Needless to say, we will be bringing her back along with our dachshund! Thank you Petsmart staff!!!!

I was disappointed the dog groomer claims she couldn't groom my dog ...I paid for service up front so I was upset my dog is a 3 pound Chihuahua and she " fought hard" ? The groomer offered me a bogus discount like what the bleep do I need a discount for...like why would I pay you again and you couldn't do a simple job right the first time ? She eventually got my dog's nails clipped after I suggested she gets someone to help....why do I need to tell you that? You are supposed to be a professional.

Always a great shopping experience. A few of the cashiers need to pay attention to the customer instead of talking to their co-worker. I had a question to ask but felt I would be interrupting. Thank goodness my question wasnt about a large sale, they would have missed out.Also I wanted an email receipt which I noted but he printed a receipt anyway. Not paying attention!!

Bad customer service. First time using the grooming there for my pet. I asked repeatedly about an 20% promotion they had displayed and the employee acted like the 20% was coming directly out of her paycheck, shee did not offer very much information. The grooming was the worst I have every seen done by a professional. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Took our girl to get groomed and Pam did an amazing job. We have been told our dog is very difficult to groom but she worked with her and left her looking and smelling amazing 💖 staff was very helpful and friendly. Always get greeted when we walk in. 10/10 recommend!

The customer service was terrible! I was there last night, and the employees left customers waiting in the aquatic section for a very long time. It was pretty obvious they wanted customers to leave an hour before closing time. They didn't answer questions and turned the lights off making it more difficult to see the fish.

PetSmart seem to always keep me happy. I stop in the store to get a new filter for my fish tank I looked myself and notice I didn't see any so I proceeded to ask the young man work and he came and looked with me and after about 15 minutes he asked his manager and she let him know they stop making that brand. I just appreciate the effort he put into assisting me .
