Had been going there for over 8 years, but this last time I took my baby they clipped his balls badly. He was bleeding for days and they didn't mention it or say anything about it. He was so scared and frighten it took us 5 different places to turn me away do to his anxiety, everyone was recommending I get him sedation before they would touch him but I refused. Found a place that worked well with him until he got comfortable again.

The ladies here are very professional and great with animals. My dogs very skittish but they handled her perfectly and got her nails trimmed with no issues. I guess the ladies aunt sells dog treats there as well when she's there. Imma have to check those out. Once again Celeste and I say thankyou and we look forward to seeing you guys again soon.

Don't let the location fool you! They do a GREAT JOB, GREAT PRICE, AND Your puppy will be HAPPY! Mine literally whines after a month if she doesn't go! They listen and make sure to get exactly what you want! I was nervous just moving to town and picking this place by driving by, but I WAS FOOLED! ITS AMAZING! 😍

Took my baby there for full service and he's older so he is grumpy. They did a great job! All girls (he prefers them lol) He was happy and looked great when i picked him up. I forgot to mention their prices were so reasonable too! He'll be going back.

Amazing! Veronica was great!! She groomed our five year old bichon mix perfectly! Her cut from head to tail was exactly what we asked for, and the price is unbeatable. It also took less than two hours for her full groom. The women who helped us we’re both so friendly and professional. My dog was actually happy afterwards, not shaking and “crying” like many grooming experiences. 10/10 recommend, we will be back!

Today was my first time going to this grooming facility, I didn’t know I had to make an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in due to a no show customer. They did an amazing job on our chico and you can not beat their prices. Definitely good quality, good value, Veronica was super friendly and professional from the beginning. Definitely a reliable place.When paying after picking up our chico and watching my two young daughters I didn’t realize that I left my card behind after paying. Veronica texted me to let me know also made sure I got my card back. I’m super big on customer service since I have always worked in the field for over 10 years. I give this all 5 stars for the great customer service. Thank you, can’t wait to take him back for his next appointment.

I took in my dog and she was in pretty rough shape, I wanted a long haircut but the condition I brought her in was bad, the employees were nice enough to explain to my why I couldn’t get a long haircut, this is my first dog I didn’t know anything about matting, they did a great job explaining everything to me. I’ll definitely be coming back on a scheduled routine to get my dog groomed. Thanks Pets In Style!

I called in inquiring about their prices and they were really friendly and helpful. They took great care of my dog who was very scared and had a great hair cut despite his matted hair. He came back smelling really good and even had a bandana. Thank you

The woman who runs their shop she's very polite very friendly she makes you feel comfortable as if you knew her for a long time she's very good with the dogs and she gets some cut and cleaned and goes that extra mile to see if there's any boo boos or any splinters in your feet she's just the best I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else I'm sure glad I met her I forgot her name but she's the best and her prices are very reasonable I love this place my dogs do too so everybody this is the place to go.!

Absolute best place to take your little loved one in all of Palmdale!! The workers here genuinely care for dogs of all shapes and sizes and it truly shows in their work! Highly recommend and will come back routinely, worth every penny!

Wonderful experience. We travel via RV and so we rely on Yelp to guide us.This dog groomer, Veronica, was lovely. I showed her a picture from a previous groom and she was able to reprot. My CeCe looks beautiful, seemed happy except that she was in a cage when we picked her up. In the groomers defense, they didn't know her and how she works react to other dogs.

They did a great job on our Gracie. She is a medium sized wire hair wiener dog. They only charged me $45 to groom her plus $10 for a oatmeal bath. It was a lot cheaper than PetSmart. I think we found our regular groomer.

I can't speak to their grooming abilities but I can speak to how rude the service I received (or didn't receive was). I walked into the establishment (just a heads up- it's not the nicest building or area) and had one of my dogs on a leash and the other in my arms. I already had to trek to the back entrance, because they're front door doesn't work and there's no parking in back) and then I open up the security gate and the door to the building and immediately one of my dogs doesn't want to go one. He seized up. Not the best sign and because my hands and arms are full I can't shut the door. I anticipated that maybe the three people that were standing there doing nothing might be able to for me as they can see my hands are full. Instead, I walked in and no one says hello or offers any kind of greeting. Instead, the woman says, "can you go back and close the doors?" She sees that my hands are full. I told her as much and she says how rude I am, and I told her I've kind of got two dogs here. The gentleman that is standing there doing nothing suggests I put my glasses back on (they're in my hands because I'm wearing a mask and they're fogging up) and shut the door. Meanwhile no one has offered to take the dogs, said hello, anything. So I said, there's plenty of dog grooming places. I'm out of here. I don't know if they're just having a bad day or what. I wanted to support a small business but this isn't the one.

This is the only place I will take my saint Bernard to get groomed. The staff is always so friendly and they also have the best prices in town. They have quality work for a more than reasonable price. I always make sure and refer my friends to this groomer.

On March 5th 2020 the day after we got our dog we went to get our new dog groomed, they did a pretty good job on grooming him, but we did see a small cut on his neck, the one star is because the next day we went to the vet since the shelter we got him from had a free vet check for any dog once adopted, the veterinarian said he has 2 teeth that were lose and when we got him the shelter said that his teeth were fine, we figured that it must have been from the tooth brushing we bought along with his grooming, it cost us over 400 dollars to have 2 of his teeth removed along with other fees for sedation and medication to prevent infections, so going to another groomer who may have been 10-20 dollars more expensive would have saved us more than $400. There grooming is great but stay away from their tooth brushingWe had a multicolored grey toy poodle size dog named hatchy.

I cannot reiterate enough how awful this woman is. She's really earning her reputation For having zero customer service skills. Her attitude seems to be "the customer is always wrong!" As you can see here in the reviews when people call her out for acting like a monster, instead of having any accountability and saying "We could/ should have done better" she always makes excuses for why it's your fault as the customer that she's got a rude and nasty attitude. Stay away from here if you're having a good day and don't want her to wreck it. Can't imagine she's very nice to animals if she's this bad with her customers.

Owner would not give me her name and was very rude over the phone after I was told to bring my dog in at 2 she then yelled at my mother and 7 year old daughter because my mother told my daughter to grab her dog and go. Very unprofessional staff was in the background getting ghetto with me after I asked for the owner names. She’s a liar I have a recorded call of how rude she was over the phone. They are very unprofessional and looking at the reviews I’m not the only one who feels that they have no customer service skills.

I called this place to see if they can see my 3 month old shih Tzu since he needed a trim they told me over the phone that they had an opening for today and that they could see him, I get here the lady in the front tells me they can’t see him until he’s 4 months old, who ever I spoke to I let them know his age before to make sure they could take him in. I literally drove from Rosamond to this place because they could see the soonest compared to other places that are near me booked. Will not return here since they wasted my time.

Veronica & her crew went above and beyond my expectations. My furbaby was in dire need of a bath & trim. I was concerned that her fur couldn't be salvaged (she likes to sit out in the sprinklers but her curly hair isn't cut out for it). Pets In Style under promised but over delivered. My baby came home fluffy as a cloud. Very happy & soon to be returning customer!!!

I used to rave about this place. Prices were reasonable and they would clip your dogs nails in between full service appointments for free. Then everything closed for months. When everyone re-opened, I stopped in to get my dogs nails clipped because I've been shaving him myself while everything was closed. Not only did I see signs for upcharging for ANY mats, also one for ANY foxtails starting at $20 and up. (It's the Antelope Valley)Obviously knowing everyone hasn't been able to get haircuts for months, so there is going to be more foxtails and mats, but you are now going to be paying at least double. They also don't clip nails free of charge and won't even do it as a stand alone service. You must purchase your insanely expensive full service grooming. Taking advantage of an already hard time. I understand making up for lost time, but so is everyone else.

I recently got a husky from the pound who's fur was very matted, uneven and damaged.The staff from pet in style did an amazing job, treated him fantastic, and were very professional and caring individuals. And affordable as well I wouldn't go to any other animal groomers in the AV.

I just adopted a little dog and was looking for a good dog groomer close to my home that was a small own business with a passion for customers service and great skills in pet groomering I was very impressed with the staff professional performance. Come here if your dog want fleas and to be cut on. Nasty place and owner daughter is running the business in to the ground. Very rude place. They don’t know how to talk to people at all after trying to have an adult conversation with a young kid they have running the place. STAY AWAY they are very dirty.
