Jen is very good with my babies. She was the first to groom my new puppy. She is really good with mini Schnauzer’s. Very polite and professional. I’d def recommend her to my friends.

This girl is a dog groomer and is always doing too much, and not in a good way.She does not do that good of a job and has the nerve to try to act picky.. Very unprofessional with the dogs, has terrible customer service and acts like she not working with animals, but the damn queen of england😂 Will never use her again. My senior dog was acting like a senior dog grouchy, she could have put a muzzle on my dog, but instead charges me full price and legit only cut half of my dog. I also offered to come to her van to check on my dog she declined my offer, but tells me she will never cut my dog again during the haircut!! As a pet mom i felt terrible, and offered tocome to her small van to help with the cut, she refused and was so upset it made me feel very uncomfortable for my dog. I never said that my dog should be allowed to bite her, she should have handled it more professionally as opposed to becoming angry towards me and my pet who is 13 years old..My other groomer was busy so I gave her another try with just my toy bichon who had not been groomed for a few weeks… Here comes the drama queen again now she cannot cut my toy bc she is in heat… ok your a groomer that’s your job.. This girl needs better customer service and a new profession she clearly has no customer service skills with animals or people.. Needles to say I took my bichon to her normal groomer who does a great job every time, I will never recommend her or use her again. She sucks and has a nasty attitude towards pets and human customers.
